Natsuki Needs A Break

Natsuki feels exhausted, because of all the tiresome antics that she has to deal with. Shizuru wants Natsuki to stay with her and relax, but an important mission comes up.

Natsuki Kuga drove to her house after having an exhausting day. She had to stop Gonna Getcha for the eighth time of the month. Natsuki was sick of it. It felt like she had to stop a criminal once a day. Although she got a lot of happiness and happiness from stopping the forces of evil, it was a tiring job.

Natsuki went into her house, while using her willpower, to keep herself from falling down. Natsuki's mom walked to her and asked, "How are you doing?"

Natsuki answered, "To be honest, I feel really worn out. I usually only have to stop each criminal, once or twice. However, when it comes to Gonna Getcha, it's a whole different story. He seems to be the master, at breaking out of prison. He's not hard to defeat, each time, but it does take my energy away."

Natsuki's dad walked by, while spilling coffee, on the table. He asked, "What's going on?"

The mom answered, "Natsuki's feeling tired. She's had to deal with a lot, in recent months."

The dad tried to look caring and supporting, while saying, "I'm going to help her." He walked by his daughter and said, "Sit down, Natsuki. I have some important advice to share with you."

Natsuki replied, "Okay then." She sat down, while not being very excited, to hear another one of her dad's "lessons." After all, her dad's lessons were more about saving money than about helping her. However, she loved her dad, so she tried to be open-minded.

The dad said, "Natsuki, things have been kind of rough and I know why. You're moderately smart and talented, but you've made some reckless decisions that have been damaging your life. The primary thing, that you need to work on, is saving money. If you started saving money, your outlook on life would be more optimistic and delightful than ever before. If you start saving money, I'm going to start being proud of you."

Natsuki gave her dad a disapproving look and asked, "You aren't proud of me?" The dad shrugged his shoulders, while Natsuki walked away.

Natsuki went into her bedroom and laid on her bed. She was tired, of Gonna Getcha's constant robberies and her dad's greed. She turned on a fan, while getting comfortable. The fan's breeze started making her feel better. She did a few stretches, while grabbing a few pillows. However, her cellphone started ringing. She grabbed it and saw that her girlfriend, Shizuru Fujino, was calling her. Natsuki wasn't in the mood to talk to people. However, Shizuru was an exception, because she warmed Natsuki's heart and made her comfortable in a way that nobody else did. She answered the phone and said, "Hi."

Shizuru replied, "Greetings, honey. How are you doing?"

Natsuki answered, "I'm so tired."

Shizuru had a concerned look on her face, while asking, "What's wrong?"

Shizuru had a more passionate amount of care and concern for Natsuki than anybody else. Because of that, Natsuki didn't want to worry her. She said, "Shizuru, you shouldn't be worrying. I'm just tired, because Gonna Getcha keeps breaking out and robbing banks. Even on my first adventure, I was able to beat him and after learning more fighting skills, it's becoming easier and easier to stop him. I'm just tired, because I've had to stop him, so many times during the past few months."

Shizuru replied, "Natsuki, I'd never boss you around or make you take a different job, but I do think that the job you currently have is too dangerous."

Natsuki fiddled with her own hair, while asking, "What do you want me to do? Do you want me to let the police take care of the crimes and cuddle up to you, all day?"

Shizuru blushed and replied, "Sounds like paradise."

Natsuki blushed back and responded, "Shizuru, don't be so cute!"

Shizuru had an amused look on her face, while saying, "I'm sorry, but it's something I inherited from my parents. However, when it comes to being cute, you're the Queen."

Natsuki asked, "Will you stop saying that stuff? Do you have any idea how hard my face is blushing, because of you?"

Shizuru replied, "I usually like being sweet, but when it comes to making you blush, I can be quite sinister."

Natsuki jokingly responded, "Believe me, I've noticed. When you want to make me blush, your standards go away. You'll say anything to make me blush, no matter how much cruelty of cuteness it'll cause me."

Shizuru replied, "Oh, Natsuki, when you're on the phone, you're almost as cute as you are, in person. Of course, seeing that blush of yours is the most adorable sight that the world has ever seen."

Because of all the cute things Shizuru said, Natsuki's face was redder, than ever before. Natsuki's mom came into her room and nervously said, "Your face is turning red. I've never seen such a big amount of red, in my entire life. You must have a terrible illness."

Natsuki replied, "You could say that. It's called lovesickness."

Shizuru responded, "Aww, now I'm the one, who's blushing."

Natsuki smirked and replied, "Payback."

The next morning, Natsuki opened her eyes and got out of bed. She opened her window and saw Yuuichi Tate, who was dancing on her lawn. Natsuki was so tired of dealing with eccentric weirdos, that she didn't feel like dealing with Yuuichi's nonsense. However, she didn't want to hurt Yuuichi's feelings, so she quickly got on her day clothes and had breakfast, before stepping outside.

Yuuichi was still dancing, while Natsuki walked by him. Natsuki folded her arms and asked, "What's going on?"

Yuuichi grinned and answered, "I have news that will melt your socks off."

Natsuki replied, "I wouldn't even be wearing socks, if you hadn't come here so early. Why are you dancing on the lawn?"

Yuuichi answered, "Because I have news that's beyond exciting. It's one of the most exciting announcements that anybody's ears have ever heard."

Natsuki asked, "What is it?"

Yuuichi was soo excited, that he felt like he couldn't speak. In order to work that out, he did more dancing. A few minutes later, he finally gained the willpower to make his announcement. Yuuichi said, "Today's my birthday."

Natsuki replied, "I'm glad, that you get so much passion, from your birthday. If you want, I can buy you a coffee or something."

Yuuichi stuck his hand out and responded, "Hold on there, Natsuki. I usually avoid being selfish, but when it comes to my birthday, I think I'm allowed to act like a greedy monster. I ask a few things from you, here and there, but this time, I have a big request that I want from you."

Natsuki started feeling uneasy, while asking, "What is it?"

Yuuichi answered, "I want you, to start dating me."

Natsuki replied, "I'm sorry, but that's not going to happen."

Yuuichi had a confused look on his face, while asking, "Why not?"

Natsuki was surprised she had to explain this, because she had been telling Yuuichi the same things, for months. She was getting tired of having to repeat herself. She wanted a break, from this nonsense. She said, "First off, I'm in a relationship. Second off, I'm not attracted to guys. Thirdly, whenever I tell you I'm with Shizuru, you keep asking me to dump her, to make you happy."

Yuuichi replied, "Yes, but today's my birthday. My parents used to tell me, that I could whatever I want, when it's my birthday. They stopped telling me that, but I don't know why."

Natsuki angrily groaned and responded, "It's probably because you took them too literally, which is to be expected. I know it's your birthday and I want you to have a good one, but that doesn't you can force people, into doing whatever I want."

Yuuichi replied, "Birthdays aren't as cool, as I assumed they'd be."

Natsuki sternly responded, "Act your age, Yuuichi." Natsuki got in her car and started driving away. She was feeling so tired, so she wanted to pay Shizuru a visit, so she can relax and have a pleasant time, with the love of her life.

Yuuichi was so distracted, by his cluttered mind, that he wasn't paying attention to where he was going. He walked around the city for several minutes. After a long period of taking random steps, he decided to look around and find out, what his current location was. He looked around and realized he was roaming around next to some cells. He looked around and saw the cell that Gonna Getcha was in. Yuuichi walked closer and said, "Greetings, Gonna Getcha."

Gonna Getcha replied, "Um, hi. What's going on?"

Yuuichi had a big grin on his face, while saying, "Today's my birthday. However, this birthday hasn't been as magical as I wanted it to be. I was hoping that I could win Natsuki's heart, but that failed. Because of that, this birthday is lacking the special charm that it's supposed to have."

Gonna Getcha started twirling his mustache, while saying, "I have a plan that'll improve your birthday."

Yuuichi asked, "What's the point?"

Gonna Getcha answered, "If you let me out of prison, I'll give you a special birthday. I'll get you party supplies, cakes, presents, a party and every magical thing that you could think of."

Yuuichi asked, "How am I supposed to get you out and wouldn't that be illegal?"

Gonna Getcha said, "In order to get me free, you'd just have to steal the key, from the guard. Besides, it's just harmless fun."

Yuuichi replied, "Okay." Yuuichi ran to the guard, punched him, and took his key. He ran to Gonna Getcha's cell and unlocked it.

The guard ran by, but Gonna Getcha got out of the cell and put Yuuichi in the cell, along with the guard. He twirled his mustache, while doing an evil laugh and running away.

The guard looked at Yuuichi and asked, "What's going on?"

Yuuichi had a fussy look on his face, while saying, "It's my birthday, so you better start singing." The guard sighed and started singing some birthday-related songs.

Natsuki drove to Shizuru's house and knocked on the door. Shizuru opened the door, while grinning, because Natsuki's visits always charmed her. She embraced Natsuki, while saying, "It's so great to see you, darling. I could look at two dozen paintings and their beauty would be nothing, compared to your beauty."

Natsuki started blushing, while saying, "Great, you're already making me blush."

Shizuru replied, "That's lovely news."

Natsuki and Shizuru went inside, while Natsuki said, "I still feel so tired, because of the antics, of Gonna Getcha, my dad, and Yuuichi. Because of that, I just want to take it easy and relax. I know this isn't the most captivating of visits, is it?"

Shizuru answered, "It's always a delightful charm, to have you around. Even when you're tired, you still want to hangout with me. That's so adorable."

Natsuki sat on the couch. Shizuru sat by her and put a blanket over Natsuki. Natsuki looked around and saw some milk, cookies, and chips. The milk glass and the plate, that the snacks were on had her name written on them. Natsuki raised an eyebrow and asked, "What's going on?"

Shizuru answered, "I figured you'd be coming, so I prepared a snack, for you."

Natsuki replied, "Aww, you're the sweetest girlfriend, in the whole world." Natsuki and seizure kissed each other, before Natsuki started eating her snack and watching TV.

Natsuki started watching a news report. The reporter said, "Gonna Getcha has broken out of prison. I know this might sound like a repeat, because of how often this happens, but I assure you, that this is new."

Natsuki replied, "Oh, no, Gonna Getcha is loose, once again. Because of that, I'll have to go after him."

Shizuru asked, "Do you have to go, sweetie? Like you said, Gonna Getcha's not as big of a threat as he thinks he is. Because of that, you have no need to go after him and stop him. You can let the police take care of him and stay with me, so we can cuddle." Shizuru cutely smiled, to try to convince Natsuki, to stay.

Natsuki sighed and replied, "I'm sorry, I really am. I'd rather be here, than anywhere else, but I have to stop Gonna Getcha. It's my duty." She kissed Shizuru and started heading out.

Gonna Getcha went into the bank and started walking to a teller, while fiddling with his mustache. He asked, "What do you have, at this bank?"

The teller asked, "What are you talking about?"

Gonna Getcha asked, "What kind of items does this bank contain? Most banks contain money, which is great and all, but it'd be nice if banks start carrying other items."

The teller asked, "What items do you want, sir?"

Gonna Getcha answered, "I want these banks, to star carrying jewelry, fancy paintings and gold. I believe that type of stuff would make banks more tempting and convenient, for criminals."

The teller replied, "We're not interested, in benefiting criminals."

Gonna Getcha responded, "Then you suck." Gonna Getcha slapped the teller and started heading to the vault, while saying, "After I rob the bank, I'll rob the jewelry store, the museum, and the goldmines."

A few minutes later, Natsuki drove to the bank and parked her car. She went into the bank and ran to the vault. She looked around and saw Gonna Getcha who was bagging money away. Natsuki was so tired of Gonna Getcha's bank robberies. She sighed and said, "Greetings, Gonna Getcha."

Gonna Getcha asked, "Are you tired or something?"

Natsuki answered, "I'm tired, of your bank robberies."

Gonna Getcha had a confused look on his face, while asking, "Why?"

Natsuki said, "Instead of making changes, to your life, you keep robbing banks. You're not forward-thinking and you don't seem to have any desire, to improve yourself."

Gonna Getcha defensively replied, "That's not true. Although I always rob banks, I make an effort, to rob different ones. I never the rob the same bank, more than once or twice, in a row. Since the nearby cities keep getting new banks that makes things more fresh and exciting than you could ever imagine."

Natsuki responded, "This routine has been overplayed and you've done too much, of this petty nonsense. Because of that, I'm going to stop you and I'm going to ask the Warden, to start hiring better guards. That way, you won't escape, as much."

Gonna Getcha was filled with smug confidence, while saying, "That's not going to do you any favors, you bratty troublemaker, because I'm never going back to prison. After I defeat you and finish robbing this bank, I'm going to rob this city's other nice locations and scram, forever." He twirled his mustache and did an evil laugh.

Natsuki confidently replied, "That's not going to happen, you outdated robber." Natsuki started punching and kicking Gonna Getcha. Gonna Getcha started fighting back, while feeling like he was the most imposing and dangerous threat that any bank has ever dealt with. However, Natsuki flung Gonna Getcha around and kicked him to the ground. After a few minutes of fighting, Gonna Getcha had been defeated.

Natsuki drove to the prison and walked to the cell, that Yuuichi and the guard were in. She used a key, to get the guard out and throw Gonna Getcha into the cell. Yuuichi asked, "What about me?"

The guard answered, "You need to stay in there, for the rest of the day, for punching me and taking my key."

Yuuichi whined, "This has been a lousy birthday."

Natsuki said, "If you need some cheering up, Gonna Getcha can start singing."

Yuuichi looked at Gonna Getcha and said, "You better start." Gonna Getcha angrily sighed and started singing random songs.

Natsuki drove back, to Shizuru's house. She went inside and sat by Shizuru who had been waiting for her. Shizuru asked, "How was your bank-related adventure?"

Natsuki answered, "It was repetitive and exhausting, just like the other bank-related adventures."

Shizuru replied, "Then it's time you got the break that you've been craving." Shizuru put a blanket on Natsuki and had her lay down on the couch. They cuddled, while smiling and blushing at one another.

Natsuki asked, "How long will we cuddle?"

Shizuru answered, "The rest of the day sounds good enough, to me."

Natsuki replied, "I couldn't ask for anything better." Natsuki breathed a happy sigh, while being thankful, that she had gotten the break that her heart had deserved.
