Full summary: Shizune takes some weeks off to relieve stress, but she needed to find a replacement to fill her position but also not threatening it, that's the part where Naruto Uzumaki enters in scene, he was already a grown and responsible man, so he takes the job, he does a fantastic until the day where he had to perform Tsunade's weekly massage, due to unfortunate circumstances, he messes things up, but Tsunade is confused about it, what will she do?.

Chapter 1: The brat isn't a brat anymore.
Thirty… That's the cursed age for most people, the age where they think they wasted their life and that they're too old to chase their dreams but still the age where they're too young to die or at least that's what a short, raven haired woman thinks as she looks at a mirror thinking of all her life choices.
- Thirty… Soon I'll be thirty – She was pale thinking about that fact – What have I've done with my life!? – She almost screamed before she slammed all the stuff that was in a little table.
She looked at the mess she made and she started crying before she locked herself in a corner. Suddenly, an older, big breasted blonde woman came with a broom.
- Come at me bastard, I'll kill you! – The blonde woman moved the broom from side to side before she looked at the little brunette – Oh, thank god I thought that someone entered in our home… Shizune, what's wrong? – The blonde woman got on her knees and hugged the younger woman.
Shizune just looked at the older woman with tears in her eyes.
- Tsunade-sama… I wasted my life! – Tsunade held the sobbing girl.
- What are you talking about? You're too young to say that! – Tsunade didn't look happy.
- I'm almost thirty and I didn't do anything with my life! – Tsunade sighed at the way Shizune was acting.
- Shizune… Shizune! Look at me! – Said in an angry way Tsunade and the younger woman obeyed – You have done wonderful things with your life, you're an amazing nurse and a great assistant, yes, the world revolves around leaders like the kages, but without you assistants we would be nothing – Tsunade smiled at her and Shizune wiped her tears – Come on, we have to work today too, trust me I'd rather be at bar filling myself with sake but, you know… - Tsunade didn't look that happy.
Tsunade thought that maybe Shizune will get better soon, sadly that wasn't the case and that was reflecting on her work, two days after the incident in Shizune's room, Tsunade was in her office after they started their shift, fifteen minutes passed and Tsunade was in her office waiting.
Usually she would ask Shizune to not give her more paperwork, but she usually gave her five minutes before she handled the papers, but after fifteen minutes waiting she wasn't coming, Tsunade got on her feet and went outside the office to find out what was happening with the raven haired woman.
When she got out of her office, she found Shizune in her desk with lost eyes starting at a wall.
- Shizune… Shizune… SHIZUNE! – Tsunade moved a hand up and down trying to catch her attention until she raised her voice.
- W-What… What's wrong Tsunade-sama? – Asked the raven haired woman.
- Shizune, almost twenty minutes passed since we started our shift… Bring me the paperwork – Tsunade was serious.
- Oh god… Forgive me Tsunade-sama, I don't know what happened! – Shizune got on her feet and grabbed many papers before she gave them to Tsunade in her office, the older blonde just sighed.
That was the first incident on the week, the second one happened on the night of their last working day, they usually went to a bar and take some drinks in Shizune's case of course, Tsunade drowned in alcohol these nights, but not on this night, the roles were reversed tonight.
Tsunade watched amazed at the way Shizune was drinking, she swallowed the sake as if it was water, but that wasn't the worst part, all their friends realized that Shizune was an emotional drinker, talking about her childhood dreams her fear of loneliness and end up like Tsunade who looked at her in an angry way before she tried to take her home.
Shizune was strong willed, she did everything in her hands to stop Tsunade from taking her home, but the blonde finally took her home, she was surprised by the raven haired woman trying to kiss her and she tried to convince her so they won't be alone, Shizune wanted to fuck Tsunade tonight, and she might have succeeded if she didn't just fall asleep, Tsunade was surprised but thankful that Shizune fell asleep.
The third event and the one that finally made Tsunade snap, was a weird one, they usually sleep ten hours every day, but now, in the middle of the night Tsunade hears sounds every night, one night she finally got off the bed to investigate what was causing that noise.
She was surprised to see someone in the kitchen, it was Shizune and she was baking, apparently she did it every night, but it seems like she hides all her creations before Tsunade wakes up, but that wasn't the worst part, it was the fact Shizune was a sleepwalker, her eyes were open while she baked but she was in a dream state, this had to stop, so the next morning, she woke up early and did the same to Shizune, they were in the kitchen and there were having some pancakes.
- Tsunade-sama, what's wrong? Why did we have to wake up so early? – Shizune yawned.
- Shizune, you have some big problems to take care of – Shizune didn't understood – Did you know that you're a sleepwalker? – The raven haired woman was surprised.
- What!? – She couldn't believe it.
- These pancakes that you're eating… You made them in the middle of the night – Tsunade showed her.
Shizune looked at the pancakes and her eyes widened.
- These are the same pancakes that were in my dream last night! – She then looked at Tsunade who just nodded – Oh god, what do I do now? – Shizune was worried.
- Shizune, i got an idea, you've been overworking yourself for some time, I think that you should get some vacations – The blonde suggested and Shizune didn't look that happy.
- What!? Please Tsunade-sama, I can do better—She tried to argue but Tsunade cut her off with a sternly look.
- Enough is enough! You need this, you deserve it, and if you don't want to take them consider it an order from me, this is your new mission, you'll have three weeks off to have some fun, maybe that will make you feel better – Tsunade looked sternly at her.
- But Tsunade-sama… What are you going to do without me! – Tsunade looked offended but she didn't express it.
- Just find a good replacement, a handsome one if it's possible – She winked jokingly and they both laughed.
Shizune walked down the street looking worried, she didn't have any idea who could take the job she had to find someone in the course of this week, suddenly something caught their attention, it seemed like some kind of parade of blonde guys, there were five copies wearing an orange jump suit carrying many things.
- Hey Shizune! – Another one of them appeared behind her, he had a wide grin but he wasn't carrying anything.
There it was, probably the most popular guy in the village, many women were lusting after him after the fourth ninja war, and she was one of them, unfortunately it seemed like he only saw her as some kind of older sister, not as a woman, and she felt guilty for feeling like because she had known him since he was a kid, she quickly shook her thoughts off, she had stared at him too much, she had to say something.
- Hey Naruto… What's going on? – She asked him blushing before she kissed his cheek he did the same to her.
- I'm moving out, I finally saved enough money to move to a better apartment, my new life is starting after all! Today's the day where my countdown to become a hokage starts! – He smiled and she did the same.
Shizune realized something, Naruto was a hard worker, and it seemed like he could do many chores at the same time thanks to his clones, he was young so he still made mistakes, this was a crazy idea but it could work.
- Tell me one thing Naruto, do you want to get used to what a hokage does? – Naruto was confused.
- What are you talking about Shizune? – He was confused but interested anyway.
- I'm taking off some weeks to relax and as you know, our beloved hokage will need an assistant to take care of her more than two hundred chores – She smiled at him – Seeing at the way you work thanks to your clones and the fact that you want to be the next hokage, I was wondering if you'd be interested in taking the job? – Naruto was surprised but still smiled – In that way you would not only be on one of the positions of the village in terms of a job but you will see also what the hokage does every day and you will learn from her good and bad decisions – She finished and Naruto was scratching his chin – Think about it but not so much, someone could take the job before you – Shizune was ready to go before Naruto grabbed her shoulder gently.
- Wait Shizune! I accept, I accept! – He said with a big grin.
- Great! I'm glad to hear that – She hugged him.
- When do I start? – Naruto was excited for the experience, he needed some experience and this was the first step for him to become a hokage.
- Tomorrow! But first let's go to my office, first I'm going to give you some notebooks that you will need – Naruto nodded.
- Okay, let's go… Guys take care of my stuff – He screamed to his clones.
When they were already in her office, she wasted no time, and she placed notebook after notebook on Naruto's arms.
- Okay, let's see, this notebook has the full list of Tsunade's chores and obligations, in this one the months schedule, these four have the detailed chores and what to do – Naruto nodded – I'll give you the key of my desk, you'll find useful books inside – She smiled.
Naruto was having a blast of information, he wasn't prepared for that, he thought that the job was easy.
- Okay, tomorrow I want you to be here before eight in the morning – Naruto nodded.
Naruto was really nervous, but still he was excited, so after Shizune gave him the notebook he put some clones to study them, the moment they disappear all the information will be transferred to him and he didn't even have to bother, still he studied some of the chores, there were many strange ones, but he'll ask Shizune tomorrow.
The morning finally came and Naruto woke up early, before seven, he got dressed quickly, he was so excited to finally have a job that was related to his dream, he couldn't wait anymore, so he got outside his home wearing his classic orange jumpsuit at seven and a half.
He waited for some time and the consequences of waking up so early were starting to show, he was feeling a little sleepy.
- Naruto… Naruto… Naruto! – Naruto woke up fast thanks to a voice in his head, he turned out his head and saw a big breasted blonde – Naruto… What are you doing here so early? – Asked Tsunade surprised to see the blonde outside her office.
- Oh yes, there is something you need to know Tsunade-sama – Shizune told her before opening the door, the three of them entered, Shizune told Tsunade and Naruto to sit in of the couches.
Tsunade was confused, this was unexpected, she had too much work but Shizune seemed more interested in her talk.
- Okay Shizune, what's the big fuss? – Tsunade was starting to get annoyed.
- Tsunade-sama, do you remember that you told me that I need to get some rest and have fun and then ordered me to get vacations? – Tsunade nodded not so sure if she wanted to hear her explanation.
- Well, here's your new assistant – Shizune pointed at Naruto and he smiled at her.
- You're joking right? – Asked Tsunade surprised – I don't mean to offend your Naruto, but we need someone more experimented – Naruto made an offended expression.
- But Tsunade-sama, we need someone young to keep track of you, Naruto is strong and hardworking, I think that you both will be a great combination – Shizune smiled as she explained Naruto's positive treats, he blushed as he looked at her.
Tsunade looked at Shizune and Naruto and sighed, she was sure that she will regret what she was about to say.
- Okay, but just one chance Naruto, the first mistake you make and you get fired, understood? – Naruto didn't look happy but nodded anyway.
- Great, then, I'll leave you both to work, I have to get my baggage from our house Tsunade-sama, I'll see you both in three weeks – She hugged them both.
She didn't stop talking she was giving tips to Naruto and she seemed to find excuses to stay and not take her vacations, until Tsunade kicked her out of the hokage tower, when Tsunade tried to get back to her work, she was surprised when saw Naruto already making coffee and printing some papers.
- Extra cream right hokage-sama? I'll get you your coffee in a while – Asked Naruto with a smile.
- Yes please – Tsunade nodded before she went back to her office.
When Tsunade sat on her office she sighed.
- I hope he doesn't screw things over, it wouldn't be good to ruin shizune's vacations – Her little speech was interrupted by Naruto who brought her coffee and some papers.
- There you have it Tsunade-sama, black with extra cream – Naruto smiled.
- Thank you… And please Naruto, call me Tsunade – She nodded at him.
- As you wish Tsunade… It feels weird not calling you granny – Tsunade made a sarcastic laugh – By the way, these are the assigned papers to sign for the morning – Naruto handled her some papers and she nodded – If you don't need anything else for now, I'll see you at lunch… Katsudon right? – He smiled before he got out.
Tsunade was surprised at the brat's attitude, she thought that he wasn't going to take this job seriously, she sometimes forgets that he's already a grown man not a kid, he was so cute and annoying and now he was so mature and responsible, she smiled before she saw the papers and her spirits went down again.
Tsunade was honestly surprised of the younger man's way to work, he wasn't that bad, and he seemed to have everything in control thanks to his clones, he had one to go after lunch or if she wanted anything else, other one was delivering messages while the main one attended the office.
Friday finally came, Tsunade was happy, today was the day where she received her weekly massage from Shizune, even if she wasn't there, she was confident that Naruto will know how to do it so when he entered into her office at seven.
Tsunade got on her feet and walked towards a sofa near the window, she laid down and waited for Naruto to start but he didn't, Tsunade looked at him as he was blushing.
- Come on Naruto, what are you waiting for? Get onto it – she said with a smile.
Naruto blushed more as he looked at her and nodded, Naruto started to massage her over her clothes, he started with her shoulders, according to Shizune's book, that was the most important part for Tsunade, so he was focused in that part of her body.
Surprisingly, Tsunade was enjoying the massage, Naruto had some strange movements, he was touching in different places, not just her shoulders, but some delicate areas of her body and she started to feel weird as if heat was increasing in the room.
But she was still enjoying his movements, he had good hands.
- Wait a minute… Why am I getting so excited? – Tsunade thought while she was blushing before she looked behind Naruto to ask him something.

Back with Tsunade and Naruto, she was surprised by how things turned out, the massage was supposed to be something innocent and calm.
