Dipper was fast asleep in his hospital bed when he heard crying. He slowly opened his eyes and saw Mabel running into the room with tears spilling from her face. She climbed onto the bed and buried her face in Dipper's chest. BRO BRO, I WAS SO WORRIED THAT YOU WERE GOING TO DIE, I THOUGHT I'D HAVE TO LIVE THE REST OF MY LIFE WITHOUT YOU! At this point Mabel was now throwing a tantrum. Dipper put a small smile on his face and began rubbing the back of Mabel's head. It's okay Mabel, i'm right here he said weakly. And i'm always going to be no matter what. Dipper had a tingling feeling inside his heart. He was in a lot of pain but was not alone. As long as the ones he truly loved were there to keep him company he would always feel safe.

Shortly after Mabel's visit to her brother she needed to make a quick bathroom break. Before she walked into the ladies room she could not believe what she was seeing. Pacifica Northwest was actually walking into the bathroom holding her stomach. Mabel was confused as to what she was doing in California. Did Tambry bring her? no that couldn't be, Mabel couldn't recall a single time back in Gravity Falls where the two of them were in the same room. Mabel walked into the bathroom and went into the stall next to Pacifica's and lowered her pants and panties. She then began emptying herself. She then began to break the silence. Hi Paz. DON'T CALL ME PAZ, MY NAME IS PACIFICA! shouted Pacifica. I didn't know you were in a bad mood said Mabel. HAVE YOU EVER EATEN EXPIRED HOT DOGS BEFORE AND WENT ON A FIVE WEEK CONSTIPATION STREAK? IF YOU DID YOU WOULD BE PISSED OFF AS WELL! Shouted Pacifica. Why on earth would you eat expired hot dogs? asked Mabel THAT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS BITCH! shouted Pacifica. NOW SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LET ME SHIT IN PEACE! The two went silent for twenty seconds before Pacifica started sobbing. Mabel i'm sorry, i've just been going through some tough times she said. Do you want to talk about it? asked Mabel. No but I probably should said Pacifica. I can sympathize with your brother because I know what pain feels like. My parents raising me to be a spoiled brat was practically donating toys to an orphanage compared to what else they did. They never wanted to have kids, the only reason why they would need one would be to keep the family branch alive. Due to my mother's constant drinking I have twenty older siblings that are miscarriages. It was a miracle that I was born. The reason why I have to keep up the popularity act is because if I don't I get severely punished. Whenever I put a single toe out of line my parents would go crazy. Whenever I talked back they would inflict severe harm on me. I lost count of how many times I had to go to the hospital due to injury. They wanted me to be the best at everything and if I ever finished second in anything they would not feed me for a whole week. I really need to stop denying this, because Dipper finally showed me how bad my family was I started to grow attracted to him. I knew it, I knew you are in love with Dipper said Mabel. I was upset when he started going out with Tambry but at the same time I was happy for him as they make a good match said Pacifica. I gained some respect for Tambry and we became friends. She kept telling me about how good he was at baseball. I really wanted to see him play in person so I told my parents if they took me here to watch the championship game I would do anything. Feeling as though they wanted me to earn this prize for every dinner I had to eat expired hot dogs. I haven't pooped or vomited for five weeks because of how sick I was. While we were sitting in the stands my dad caught on to how I was feeling towards him and wanted to put a stop to it. He was the one who threw a rock at him so he wouldn't get any ideas. He then put the blame on an alcoholic who was in the stands right next to us. He was so under the influence that he actually thought he did it and requested that he go to prison without a trial. I came here to visit him but I thought before I talked to him I should at least try to get the tiniest nugget out. I HATE MY LIFE, SOMETIMES I WISH I WAS ALSO A MISCARRIAGE!

When they stepped out of the bathroom Mabel had finished her business and Pacifica hadn't even started. Her skin was going pale because of her condition and she looked horrible. Pacifica, everything is going to be alright said Mabel. You're at the hospital and you'll soon be treated for your illness. Then we can tell the authorities everything and you'll be safe. Thanks Mabel said Pacifica. The two then hugged each other.
