Ep. 2: Thinking Love
The new morning Sunil woke up to the sound of his loud annoying alarm. "Ehh Jesus Christ another morning for school, do my nights everlast enough". He got dressed for school and headed to the kitchen "Sunil, How's my little Mongoose this other morning? '' his mother asked. "Well...it's just another day to do whatever now Mom. It isn't like I have anything interesting anymore you know but I might try something today with some pets' '. His mother never asked him about girls or finding someone but she thought he was the age that would care for such things but now. "Well, sweety i'm fine with you being with a girl just be careful and don't get in trouble with them okay" his mother said. After a short morning Sunil went off to school.
Sunil had to ride the bus because Russells car was in a shop which he hated a lot. The buses were crowded and never quiet because of all the small kids and teens chatting the whole time. He stared out his window when he saw someone behind him "Oh God!!, I just met you and i'm going insane seeing you for no logical reason so the least you can do is just not pop up out of nowhere and scare the living shit out of me!". "Oh really what do you expect me to do knock knock on the fuckin door for you next time" Fred told him in a sarcastic tone. "I get it you really don't have a way. I guess I will have to get used to that but I still can't believe this is happening". "Look I get you I know it's confusing hell I don't even understand things after the 50 thousand years I have been on this damn planet but hey I got it narrowed down" said Fred. Sunil couldn't really believe Fred was real or been around for so long but everything seems normal to him so he knows best for now.
The bus arrived at the school and therefore ment a long boring day for Sunil. He saw Russell and went to talk before class "Hey Sunil buddy hows you doin?" Russell asked. Sunil sat beside him "Just the same it's all the same now another day in here barely anything happens now". Russell didn't get why Sunil was acting differently today so he tried his best to be normal about it. They were eating breakfast and Vinnie showed up "Vinnie! hey buddy how's you doing?" Russell said. "Nothin much Russ im doing pretty fine and hope today is gonna be my day if you get me" said Vinnie. "Oh...I get you tryin to get yourself something that isn't yet". "You bet buddy but ya know i don't even know who to look for" Vinnie said. Sunil sighed about all of this because he could care less for his friends talking and thinking about girls and romance; it made things boring or awkward for him. After a long talk Russell asked "Sunil what do you think about it, you looking for someone soon?" Sunil said "I don't know all you guys talk about is girls and i'm not interested in anything even if i was what the possibility someone would ever want to be with me anyway". "Okay, Jeez calm down Sunil i was only asking you no reason to be all tough and defensive" said Russell.
It was 3rd period, Zoe and Pepper were in art doing their assignment they were to sketch an object that meant personality. Zoe just didn't care too much about art; she only joined it because Pepper did as she enjoyed the class a lot. Zoe decided just to draw a Jewel because it stood for fashion, beauty, and riches but she doesn't care too much. Pepper though cared about the assignment and she always put thoughts into her work and cared a lot. So she chose something that she loved a lot. She drew a car from the 1950s as she always loved them. The cars to her had a presence not found in most new cars; they were strong and alone with nothing in its way "Hey Pep whatcha drawing there" asked Zoe. Pepper jumped a bit she didn't like when people sneak behind her. "Oh..um..i'm just drawing a 1958 Plymouth...you know the one i like the most'' She said. "Oh...you and you oldies Pepp either way it looks great sweaty you always liked that car didn't you". "Yeah...but I've never seen one before because there are never any around anymore you know Zoe". "Yes I know Pep but one day you will and I will help you if I need to," said Zoe. The class was a bit long and Pepper was really trying to make the Car look shiny and pretty as they were but she wasn't skilled enough. "Zoe, can you step outside with me for a minute?" said Mr. Stirling. Has Zoe left with the teacher Penny watched Pepper with her friends and mocked Pepper by making fun of how she did things Look at it girls she thinks she worth shit hell she is shit to be honest. Hey you know what i bet even if she ever had a "Nice" car she would wreck it as soon as she drives it. And what's even worse for her is that she thinks she can own something decent but even then an old car would make her even lonelier because nobody cares about that. "Ohh look at my grandma looking ass driving my rusty shit car down the road" I mean how can someone be so weird and lonely". Penny left her friend to scare Pepper by jumping her. As she slowly walked behind her and saw her drawing she looked at her friends and gave them a face of disgust for Pepper's drawing. Pepper was really happy with her car. She lifted it up and smiled at it "HEY!!!OLDY!!" Pepper gasped and jumped up as Penny scared her a lot "Ohhh did I scare you well everything scares you it's not much of a surprise is it guys. Anyway watch drawing Skunk? An old car you will never own so you should stop dreaming it's never happening. Is all you ever think about? If I could ever help you I would tell you to stop acting like you're in the "Good old days" because you're not. Nobody wants you Pepper, you're boring and I wonder why Zoe even has the thought of hanging out with you and putting up with you. So get that in your head because you are never going to be a better person because of it". Penny grabbed Peppers drawing and ripped it in half and dropped it in front of her "I hope i'd helped you Pepp because it's all your getting" said Penny. As she walked back to her laughing friends Pepper looked down at her ruined drawing she loved so much. It made her cry over it "Ohhh look class Pepper being that little baby she is. Grow up you dumb little bitch". Zoe came back with Mr. Stirling to see her best friend crying "Pepper? what's wrong with..." Zoe stopped as she saw her car ripped in half and crumpled. Zoe sat beside her "Pepper it's okay did you do this by accident or..." Zoe stopped again to see Penny and her friends mocking them and laughing at the scene. "It's okay, it was beautiful when you made it Pepper and you did a good job" Zoe said as she hugged her best friend for comfort.
At lunch time everyone chatted and ate. Sunil wasn't eating at all because he was in a mindset at the moment. As he sat there Fred came to see what was going on "Hey kiddo what's going on in that brain of yours now ehh?". "Nothing Fred...well I'm thinking about what Russell and Vinnie said this morning you know" Sunil said. "Well you know there is ready for that part of life and may you be to you just don't know it yet kid". "Well Fred who could i look at who is any options?" Sunil asked. Fred wanted Sunil to look around at girls he knew and see who he would like to talk to "You see you don't know until you look. What about...her?". "Gale? She dated nearly 16 guys last Summer". "Okay...then what about...her?". "I don't know Fred Sprinkles has gone out with Captain and if someone goes with him you already know you can't compare or they don't want love at all". "Who the fuck is Captian?" Fred asked. "Captain is like the school chad in some kinda way if you date a cute girl chances are she has been with him". As Sunil brought him up Captain came into the Cafeteria with a present like no other. With a tough body, sharp clothes, and a smile as bright as a new car. Not many guys have ever matched his ways with girls. He had a smell in the air that attacked girls. "Hey you guys. How's ya doin Sunny still sittin in the back mopin like some kinda town drunk heh?" "Yeah whatever you say Captain" Sunil told him. "Anyway...hows the search?" Captain asked. "Search?'' Sunil questioned "You know the search to find that and get something worth it...A girl Sunny that's the search". "No Captain, I'm not in many searches' '. "Oh well that's too bad Sunny we'll keep doing whatever it is you're doing I gotta go talk to that Kate right now see ye". Fred appeared again "Wow what a piece of fuckin something that kid would probably be a crowded desk" Sunil agreed.
At the same time Zoe was with Pepper "So...Pepper let me ask you something" Pepper listened. "What do you think about a guy or do you ever want a boyfriend?". "Well...Zoe I...I never really thought about it...you know" said Pepper. "Well that's okay Pepper I've just been thinking about some guys i'd like to talk to". Pepper started to think about that and looked around at the pets in the room and just noticed Sunil there the most sitting there alone the most. He wasn't always this sad or lonely normally he had his friends with him. "Hey Pepper!" Zoe said "Huh...oh... i'm sorry...i was just thinking about...what you said...can i tell you something?" Pepper asked. Zoe let her "I...I...really...think Sunil is nice...you know". Zoe Gasped a bit "Oh my god! Pepper you like him? I mean that's not bad I'm just surprised out of all the guys you see Sunil as a cutey...and there's nothing wrong with that at all...does he know at all?". Pepper knew Sunil didn't think anything of her and she hasn't done anything like that before. Pepper wanted to keep it a secret forever but Zoe deserved to know as she was her best friend. As the lunch period ended every pet went to there next classes as the day continued and so did everyone wonder in that love was really out there.
