hi, this is my fanfiction, so it's like AU but not really, it will be short 5 chapters most likely so summary (but you will figur it out from first chapter):when Dean and John get arrested last person they espect to be their lawyer is Sam, they haven't heard a word from him ever sience he left for Stanford, 17 years ago. But has Sammy left the hunt. No, he upgraded it

Dean Winchester looked anxiously at his father, who was sitting in a chair next to him with handcuffs on. They were supervised by four security guards as they sat in the dock waiting for the trial to begin. This time they really messed up.

Dean has been hunting with his father for almost 35 years. Yes, they were arrested many times, but were never arrested by the FBI and placed on 24-hour surveillance before trial.

They were tried for multiple murders from the many hunts they were on, rescuing people. But it not like thay could said jugde the truth.

Now they were both sitting in the courtroom, without any plan. Dean's only idea was to pray, like he belivet that that will work. A few minutes before the trial began, lawyer Miller approached them. He was assigned to them by the state and definitely did not work for their good. He thought trash like them should rot in a cell. Dean remembers when he asked him about possible punishments, and later asked his father as well. Both answers were the same

"Electric chair if we're happy."

When the clock struck noon, the trial officially began. The courtroom was filled with people in uniform, police officers, sheriffs and several FBI agents. Anyone who might be important to their case. The judge sat down and pounded with a hammer.

"Silence. The trial for Dean and John Winchester for multiple murder and fraud begins. Please all stand up" Dean and John struggled a little for handcuffs on their hands and ankles, but managed to get up. The judge continued "I have one important information before. Mr. Miller will not represent the accused. Orders have come to change lawyers."

"Who ordered that?" Asked mr. Miller.

"Force majeure sir," the judge replied.

"But the state appointed me for this case!"

"That's right, this decision comes from the government," the judge said. There was silence in the courtroom.

"Your Honor?" called Dean "Which lawyer has been assigned to us?"

There was a brief moment of tense silence in which John and Dean exchanged glances, but in the next they both turned pale.

"Samuel Winchester," the lawyer replied, "do you know him, perhaps?"

So, this was short, I will post soon
