Chapter 1:

It was a beautiful peaceful morning when 6 car bombs detonated and a very popular restaurant exploded. The death toll was estimated to 150 dead and the wounded were estimated to be 4 times that number. CPT Olivia Benson knew all of this as she looked Deputy Christian Garland in the eye and asked, "Why is SVU here?"

Then to clarify she continued, "This was a terrorist attack we handle sex crimes."

Deputy Chief Garland said, "I understand that but I want you to assist a special unit in the investigation."

She nodded as she said, "Yes sir. Where are they?"

He replied as he handed her the address, "They're located in a warehouse in lower Manhattan."

She nodded left.

As she made her way to the warehouse, she called SGT Odafin "Fin" Tutuola and told him to have the rest of the squad to meet her there. He said they would meet her there.

When she arrived, she saw an old dilapidated warehouse; She climbed out of her vehicle as the other three members of her squad joined her. They walked up to the door and were about to knock when the door opened and a man stepped outside. He stood 5'11" tall, and weighed 195#. He a lithe muscular build, short dirty blonde hair, and intense stormy blue eyes. He was wearing tight dark blue jeans, black cowboy boots, a tight black t-shirt, and a battered black leather jacket. He also had a 9 MM Sig Sauer P229 Elite Stainlessin a Black Galco HALO Belt Holster on his right hip, a highly encrypted Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge on his left hip, astainless-steel .357 S & W snub nosed 686 in a black Galco ankle holster strapped to his left ankle and a black Microtech Halo 5 S/E OTF Automatic Knife in his right hip pocket. He also had stainless steel dog tags around his neck, a stainless-steel Rolex Submariner 16610 on his left wrist, and several outlaw tattoos covering his arms and back. He removed his mirrored Gatorz Eyewear WRAPTOR POLARIZED sunglasses as he asked, "CPT Olivia Benson?"

She nodded as she asked, "And you are?"

He replied as he led them inside, "I'm Assistant Director Anthony McQuade; FBI."

Olivia said, Nice to meet you AD McQuade."

Tony grinned as he said, "Please call me Tony. Now let's go meet my team."

She and her squad followed Tony into the main room and saw two women and three men. Tony introduced the four SVU detectives to his team; then he said, "The girl on the couch is SSA Daria Burnett, the Italian chick is SSA Drea Santini, the guys playing cards are SSA's Dekek Powell and Michael Booth and lastly the guy on the laptop is SSA Danny Riordan."

Olivia asked, "If you're all FBI why are you working out of this place?"

Derek replied, "We're not your run of the mill G men."

Drea shot him a look as she added, Or women."

Tony stepped in, "We're a black Ops unit of the FBI. We handle...ah...very...ah sensitive cases."

Fin asked, "Have I met you somewhere? You look very familiar."

Tony grinned as he said, "I should. We were in the same barracks back in the Mog. I was the Marine Corps Fore Recon sniper that was attached to your Ranger platoon."

A big grin spread across Fin's face as he said, "Yep I remember you all right. When did you leave the Marine Corps?"

Tony replied back in 10. This unit was created 18 months ago."

Olivia asked, "Do we know who is responsible for the attacks?"

Danny replied, "As of yet no one.

Olivia shook her head; unfortunately, this happened quite a bit when something like this happened.

Lebanese national Imad Khomeini looked around at his 6-man terrorist cell and felt nothing but pride; They had carried out the various attacks flawlessly. He was still deep in thought as former Navy SEAL turned Mercenary and Imad Khomeini's advisor; Tyler Washington walked up. Khomeini said, "You helped us immensely."

Washington said, "Thanks; Mr. Dawson will be happy."

Mr. Dawson was Clayton "Clay" Dawson founder/owner and CEO of Valkyrie Security. Clayton "Clay" Dawson was a LRRP and later on a Green Beret in Vietnam then after the war he became a plank owner with Delta Force. He stayed with them until his retirement at which time he created Valkyrie Security. That was 25 years ago and since then they had become a massive organization. Washington had been with Valkyrie Security since his dishonorable discharge in 2005. He had been lucky he had not been incarcerated but thanks to Valkyrie Security all his teammates had disappeared or convinced not to testify. Suddenly Washington's cell rang. He pulled it from his pocket and excused himself and answered, "It was a success COL."

Dawson said, "I'm very proud of you Navy SEAL. Now the next phase of the plan is to hit all of the subway and destroy all of the ports."

Washington said, "I don't if Imad is ready for that."

Dawson said in commanding voice, "I don't care what he's ready for. This is what Moscow wants. Remind our sand pounding camel screwing friend that he is being paid handsomely by our benefactors."

Washington knew what Dawson was saying was true. Due to not wanting to declare open warfare on the US Russia had contracted Valkyrie Security to conduct a campaign of terror on the US; namely in New York and had also hired Imad and his Hezbollah cell to take credit. He said, "I'll let him know and I'll have his cell take credit for Hezbollah."

Dawson said, "Good."

And with that the connection was terminated. Washington pocketed his phone and rejoined the Hezbollah cell leader.

Both teams were getting to know each when Danny yelled, "We have a group claiming responsibility."

They all gathered around Danny as Tony asked, "Who is it?"

Danny replied Hezbollah; more specifically Hezbollah Al-Hejaz
