A remix or retelling of Ultra Despair Girls in a alternate universe, follow the journey of the kid sister of the Ultimate Hope Makoto Naegi and the former Ultimate Literary Girl Touko Fukawa as they try to survive the chaos of Towa City, while also battling against monokuma robots,the Towa City kids who have suddenly decide to kill any adult they see, and The Warriors of Hope

1. Chapter 1

Chapter 0- introduction

Hello reader, First I want to start off by saying thank you for taking interest in my story here.I will admit that writing is not my strongest subject but I love the danganronpa series so much that it inspired me to make my own fan ideas and visions into fanfic form. Hopefully my writing will get better over time, or if someone would like to beta reader for me that is also great too( but if not that's ok, no sweat), so to just to let you know you find some grammar mistakes here and there but hopefully that will not bother you too much. I also hope you will get what i am talking about in this lol.

Danganronpa Another Episode Ultra Despair Girls is one of my favorite games of the series. I love the story, the art, and the characters. Komaru is cute and a good female Protag and I wish she got more time to shine in the rest of the series than she did. also the game made Toko Fukawa a lot better than how she was in the first game, but let me get to how Kari was made.
Now I still love Komaru( she will still be part of the Naegi family but as a cousin)but i had this thought about what if he had a kid sister and the Warriors of Hope viewed her as a kid traitor (mostly because Monaca told them she was a traitor after Kari did not want to join their team to kill adults, and called them psychos and that they are horrible for doing what they are the warriors love Monaca to death that they are willing to kill a another kid for their princess and also part of her plan to get the new despair), now Kari has to deal crazy kids that kill adults and she has to prove to the adults that she is not like the kids in Towa City.

Hikari was inspired by me thinking about all those young badass females in cartoons back when I was a kid. examples like The Powerpuff Girls, Atomic Betty, Life And Times of Juniper Lee, Kim Possible,My Life as a Teenage Robot, W.I.T.C.H,Totally Spies, etc.. lol. also Clementine from the Telltale Game Series The Walking Dead

She is sporty, selfless, maternal, tomboyish, emotional,confident, cheerful, friendly, sweet, assertive, strong-willed, spunky, energetic, and has nasty temper when pushed to her limit. Just imagine Mikasa from Attack on Titan but Kari does not have super god strength but can still give you a beatdown. So my advice is don't piss her off lol . A little bit of her mannerism comes from her grandma Setsuna who looked after her and Makoto while their parents were working. I want to give her and Toko a big sis/little sis type relationship building in the middle and at the end of the story. Similar to Joel and Ellie having a dad/daughter relationship in the Last Of Us, Also what Lee/Clementine or Clementine/ AJ had in the Walking Dead.

For Karl's voice English voice I would pick Wilhelmina(Will) Vandom from the cartoon W.I.T.C.H. Will's VA is Kelly Stables. And just in case you're curious on how she sounds here is a link to a youtube video of hearing Will talking. Just skip to 0:58, For Kari's kid voice it will be a bit higher pitched. Then when she is in her teens she will have Will's normal sounding watch?v=H6NkAEr3wK4 / For Kari's Japanese voice it will be Kari Kamiya from Digimon, the VA is Kae Araki. Also for teen Hikari japanese voice is Kagome Higurashi from Inuyasha,VA is Satsuki Yukino but if you just want to use your own imagination of her voice that's great as well.

Ok I think that is all for the intro chapter, Next chapter will be the start of the again thank you for having an interest in my alternate universe fanfic for Ultra Despair Girls, I hope I will be able to keep your interest in this till the end. I'm also looking forward to reading your comments as well to see what you also making the story in art form as well, so that way people can see what my fanfic would look like. I will not be able to make every scene of the game but i will try my best to show what it would look like in a fangan fashion.
