I originally wrote this between 2013 and 2014. For roughly 6 months, I posted a chapter each week without fail, which is by far the most consistent I've ever been with spitting out a story.

A few months later, I took the story down when I realized it was less of a Gendrya story and more of a baseball story. I fiddled with it, reworked it, changed the names, wound up with an original work, and played around with that for a while. It never really took off.

To me, when it was here, it brought joy. So here I put it back, in the hope that it brings you joy, too.
