"So what do we have?" Olivia says breaking the hushed conversation between her squad. She looks to fin who is the only one not with the team. Carisi Kat and Rollins all go back to their desks and Fin looks at Olivia. He doesn't look happy.
"Can I speak to you a second Liv?" Fin asks and Olivia looks at him.
"Yeah sure, my office." Olivia says and begins walking to her office.
"No... no. Not the office." Fin says quickly and the captain stops before and turns around.
"Fine." She walks out of the squad room with Fin and as soon as the door shut she looks at him. "Why won't you let me in there?" She asks and fin smiles.
"David Haden is in there." He says.
"As in, former executive assisant district attorney David Haden?" Olivia asks and Fin nods.
"What the fuck is he doing back here? I haven't heard about him in years." She asks and fin shrugs. "What did you tell the others?"
"The others don't know who he is. They don't know about what happened. They think he's your lover. I took David into your office and we spoke. He's... a lot different since you last saw him, Liv."
"What do you mean different?" She asks and Fin looks down before back at her.
"He's... you'll find out when you walk in." He says with a smile. He places a hand on her shoulder "you got this."
She walks back into the squad room with Fin and takes a deep breath before walking into the squad room. "David... Hi." She says.
She realises pretty quickly.
