Chapter 1 : Hinata Hyuga

Hinata Hyuga was the Hyuga Heiress, heir to the Hyuga clan. One of the most prestigious clans in Konoha. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan. It's a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see through solid objects, even the chakra circulatory system. Members of this clan also possess an innate ability which allows them to expel chakra from any of the tenketsu in their body.

She was considered royalty to the villagers of Konoha. Since she could remember, she always had expectations to uphold. Always keep your head held high. Always be the best of the best. If a person wasn't a Hyuga or Hokage, they were beneath you. Never show any emotion. Especially sadness. To do so would ruin the Hyuga name. So she did as she was told. She was the perfect heiress to the Hyuga clan in the eyes of her father and the elders.

Hinata Hyuga didn't have many friends in the academy, only people that would be near her. One was Ino Yamanaka. She practically attached herself to Hinata's side. She would always drag Hinata along to wherever she went. Naturally she rejected her friendship offer, because the next Hyuga clan head didn't have time for such things. She needed to focus on her studies and on her clan. Unfortunately Ino didn't take no for an answer. Regardless of how many times Hinata told Ino to leave her alone, she never listened. So Hinata just did her best to ignore her, but doing so didn't phase the Yamanaka heir. She would still run her mouth off to her.

The second, was one Sakura Haruno. She was best friends with Ino Yamanaka. They would always sit next to one another, which was also next to Hinata. Ino and her would spend lunch together, hang out together after school, and sleep over with each other sometimes. They were best friends and would be inseparable.

The third and final person that would not leave her alone, no matter how many times she would tell him to do so, was one Kiba Inuzuka. She absolutely detested him. He would always ask her out, claiming that she would be dating the class's alpha male. All she was to him was a prize to win, that's all she was to her male classmates. All expect two.

One of them was Sasuke Uchiha. The brooder of the class, emo if you will. He usually kept to himself in class. Never talking to anyone since the night of the Uchiha Massacre. He was always top of the class. Always being bombarded and annoyed by his fangirls, which was all of the girls in class excluding Hinata. He never paid attention to any of his fangirls, always ignoring them.

The second one, was Naruto Uzumaki. The dead last of the class. He would always fail every test. Never paid attention unless the topic was on the Hokages. The village's pariah. He always threw pranks, causing everyone to yell and belittle him. Hinata herself was confused on why one would act like that, but decided against asking him. Anything he did wrong would cause the whole class to laugh at him. She would pity him, but if he just put the effort to learn what they were going over, he wouldn't be in that situation.

"Can anyone tell me what are the Shinobi Ranks?" Iruka asked, bringing Hinata out of her thoughts. "Yes Sakura?"

"The Shinobi ranks are Academy Students, Genin, Chunin, Special Jonin, Jonin, and Hokage." Sakura said proudly.

"Correct. Now can anyone tell what happens if you all will turn into genin?" Hinata raised her hand. "Yes Hinata?"

"We will be put into a squad made up of three genin and one jonin." Hinata stated.

"Excellent. Now can someone tell me how Shinobi can get promoted through the ranks?" Naruto's hand went up. "Ah yes Naruto?"

"Academy students turn into genin by passing the genin selection exams. Genin turn into chunin by passing the chunin exams. Chunin become jonin when they are recommended. Jonin to Kage when they become the strongest in the village and if they are recommended."

"Correct. Although one doesn't have to be the strongest in the village, just maybe one of the top strongest." Iruka said with a smile. "Ok class, today you have no homework." Everyone in the class cheered. "Alright everyone, have a nice evening!"

As all the students rushed out, the only ones left were Hinata, and Naruto. Hinata stood up and started to make her way out, when something caught her eye. Hinata spotted several books in Naruto's lap that were all pretty thick and relating to their class's lessons. 'So he's finally taking his studies seriously.' Hinata thought as she left.

After arriving home, she went straight to the dojo. Where she was expected to be, after arriving home from school, for training. As she entered the dojo, she immediately spotted her father, sister, cousin, and elders.

"Welcome Hinata." Hiashi said with a small smile. "Today you are to spar against your cousin Neji."

"Understood father." Hinata said as she got into her fighting stance, making her cousin do the same.

"Good. Now, Begin!"

Ok so in this story, Hinata is going to be like the "Perfect Hyuga". I'm kinda basing her character off of Hinata's character in "House of Glass" by UrBoiPedro12 on FanFiction. It's an amazing story and I highly recommend reading it if you haven't. It's one of my top favorites to reread when I'm bored. I'm not going to have it be a carbon copy, because that's plagiarism and so not cool. I'm just having Hinata being cold as the only similarity.
