so here's an idea I could not get out of my head for awhile now so I decided to write this one-shot enjoy

izuku was down and more than usual like when your idol tells you to give up on your dream down so with a heavy heart he walked down the stairs and back home but as he was crossing the street he saw a beam come down strait on him he stied to dodge but the stress on his body form today's events left him to weak to jump out of the way.

ZZZZZZzzzzzz.

and then he was out. waking up he saw he was in an endless sky while he was laying in water?

"why hello there young one"

"what who are you"?

"why I'm. well I guess you could say I'm a very powerful man with a strong quirk and I need your help"

"help with what"

"you see my quirk creator was once a god tear quirk but with great power not gained comes great arrogance and I became stupid and split it into three parts and those three parts are all for one, one for all, and all for all. the power to take and give quirks, the power to stockpile quirks, and finally the power to create quirks. can you tell which quirk I have."

"um um, all for one"?

"no I have all for all and I'm going to give it to you with a mission"

"whats my mission mister um-"

"I have no name but the mission will be for you find and combined the three parts of my quirk together and become my successor do you agree"

izuku hesitated but then his resolve hardened someone needed his hel he would be the hero this man needed "yes I accepted the power and the mission"

"good here now remember your mission. once you combined and reawakened my quirk talk to me I will show you true power like no other". and with that, the mysterious voice disappeared and he woke up in the street just as he got up he heard a massive explosion running in that direction the sight he was met with was kastuki being held hostage by the slime villain he met earlier that day.

noticing that none of the heroes were helping he rushed past them using the new quirk he obtained he created himself a quirk called perfect dodge which allowed the user to dodge any attack perfectly. he dodged all attacks the slime villain did perfectly then he realized the flaw in his plan his stamina wasn't the best so he created a quirk that gave him stamina he then came to another realization he could only have one quirk at a time so he stuck with infinite stamina and tried to outlast the villain but the villain didn't look like he was gonna tier out soon so he went in to grab kastuki only to realize he wasn't strong enough to pull katsuki out and right as the sluge villain was about to crush izuku he was saved by all might who after seeing what he thought was a quirkless kid rush in despite the odds eventually worked up the will to transformed into his buff form and save the kids.

"How can I call myself a hero when I don't follow my own words" and with that said all might blew away the villain with one punch yelling "Detroit smashhhhhh"

after all was said and done the heroes took izuku aside to scold izuku for his recklessness and then prase katsuki's quirk. while walking home he was stopped by al might himself.

"I AM HE-" he said before he began to cough up blood

"izuku do you know what I saw today... a quirkless young man running to save some when no one else would step in and for that, I chose you to be my successor I deem you worthy to inherit my quirk one for all. do you accepted"

izuku didn't hesitate to accept but unknown to everybody that decision wasn't even his as the three parts of the quirk creator were kinda sentient they had desires that could be forced onto their welders like one for all once had the immense desire to stockpile power but that eventually combined with the desire to be used by a heroic heart and thus the requirement for a heroic heart was born.

all for one however was a vast and complex story when all for one (the person) gave one for all to his younger brother using a quirk that allowed him to copy another quirk permanently which allowed him to have a copy of one for all and when all for one's (the quirk from now on) desire to take and give combined with one for all's desire to stockpile it morphed all for one's original desire to take and give to just take and store eventually corrupting the original user and resulted in the clash between the two brothers.

the there was all for all which had the most interesting desire all it wanted was to be combined with its self and recreate the perfect quirk creator which would rival the power of any god in any religion so without anyone realizing it izuku might have been the same in both body and spirit his mind, however, was changing as he began to sync with his quirk there desires becoming one. izuku's desire to become the number one hero and the quirk's desire to become the number one quirk again melding into an extreme desire to have the number one quirk so they could be the number one hero.

"haha well then meet me tomorrow at Takoba Municipal Beach Park where we will begin your journey to being the next symbol of peace." with that he walked away and began making his aim to pass American dream plan.

the next day he arrived at the beach and was treated to a dump all might explain that after he cleaned the beach while sticking to his all American dream plan he would receive the quirk one for all so creating a quirk that would accelerate his growth by tenfold and cleaning up the beach in less than 4 months.

"ha ha well done young midoriya now eat this" now a normal person would question why but izuku now synced with all for all was willing to do anything to acquire all for one and one for all. swallowing the hair in an instant thanks to a quirk he created called vacuum throat. then creating a quirk that would speed up his metabolism.

when one for all finally integrated itself into his system he felt something big happen inside of him. like something being violently absorbed into another he also felt the thing being absorbed fight back as if it feared what would happen to its self if it lost but eventually it wasn't strong enough to fight the greater force. then like a sea of calm overcame him then a massive wave of knowledge hit him like a truck and he began creating quirks that would help him master the power now contained in him he also grew stronger with every single quirk created his power grew exponentially stronger. he also realized that he just ended the long line of generations of one for all users in the span of 5 minutes. as all for all had absorbed one for all now all he needed has all for one.

izuku may have gotten a little power crazy and created so many quirks that all for one (the villain) would have gotten extremely jealous. the problem with the three quirks was that they needed each other to be strong. all for one could only have one quirk at a time and one for all could only store quirks and getting quirks into the quirk was hard, and near impossible without the other quirks to load into the dam thing, the same problem that all for one had was the same one all for all had as there could be only one quirk at a time. however one for all was the cheat both quirks needed.

due to unknown circumstances the quirk all for all could not be stolen nor copied and one for all could be copied but not be stolen which made one wonder how the villain all for one managed to get a hold of it. however, the least protected quirk was all for one as it could be stolen and copied. it was a wonder the 200-year-old villain had not lost it already. then again he did suppose quirks that could take other quirks was insanely rare.

over the remaining 6 months, he had "mastered" "one for all" which really was him just messing around because he created a quirk that allowed him to master every quirk he had and would create. and today was the big day teleporting to the Yuuei's entrance gate he knew he would pass because of the intelligent boosting quirk he created for himself. (A/N now you may be thinking with all these quirks izuku would be confident and overpowered well he still has to hide his true power and all he had was complete mastery of his "one for all" power so that's what he will be limited to that and he'll slowly "unlock" the past user's quirks. and as for his confidence I want him to still be shy and awkward around people because that's just how izuku is and even in the manga izuku might not take bakugo's shit anymore he's still awkward and I want to capture that.)

just before the exam started he could hear the whispers of the others thinking he was too skinny to worry about (A/N izuku isn't any bigger than he is in cannon the quirk may have sped up his growth by ten I personally feel like izuku's body type will forever be lean and compact rather than bulky I honestly can't see him looking like all might when he's older.)

then the exam began and while he didn't just blitz through the whole thing rather he had the perfect plan for his quirk he would pretend like while he could use the quirk 100% he still couldn't hold back. so every time he punched the robots he unleashed the full force of the destructive power nearly taking out the buildings behind it thankfully all the force went into the robots and completely incinerated them. (A/N think what happens to the overhaul boss villain fight and how when at one hundred it seemed like he just disintegrated the monster thing hey can someone comment what that monster was called not overhaul but the monster he created P.S. sorry for the long author notes.)

when there were 5 minutes left izuku with the magnitude of detection quirks was able to feel a rumbling deciding it was not important he continue to walk and find more robots until he got onto the main road the one that leads to the start gate. as he began walking down the path he saw multiple people running down the path screaming telling him to run away. looking past them he heard a faint sound so faint that even with the collection of sound-based quirks he nearly mist it.

as they would say old habits die hard running towards the sound it was only now he realized the massive robot standing there. jumping up to the head he proceeded to uppercut the robot instantly taking off it's head in the process. landing in what he hoped was a superhero landing pose. running to the ruble he proceeded to lift it off of her and helped get recovery girl to her.

"here young man have a gummy" taking it without hesitation he ate them quickly and after making sure the girl he saved was ok he walked home.

a week later izuku got the letter he didn't really care about the letter its self and was a little peeved it took forever for them to announce he was in Yuuei. and while he was happy he was in, it was for an entirely different reason you see all for all and all for one could sense each other and while he was sure he could win that fight against the villain. the problem was they at least needed to be on the same street and if he fought the villain he would be a vigilante so him being a hero could help him search for the villain. that and nobody would bat an eye if heroic izuku stayed behind to let the others escape.

then it happened.

somehow all for one ether died or lost possession of the quirk but then he felt it, he felt all for all rejected it and then he realized. this wasn't the real all for one but somehow a copy of it and it seemed to have lost its holder or the holder died so it did what the original would have done and having a fake didn't mean the quirk creator would be realized it would still be inactive as it was like substituting a part of a car engine with a different part it would give the same result but would deteriorate both the part and the engine fast, as a result, all for all rejected it. hell this form of the quirk wasn't even all for one now that he looked at it closer it was more like a weird mix between all for one and one for all but not a real one for all like someone had taken an imitater and used it as the one for all substitute.

this made him wary if someone mastered the duplication of all for one it wouldn't do much it was the creation of another one for all but for now he would wait to see what would happen if he got "his" way he could eliminate all traces of the three parts of the quirk creator. for now, all he could do is wait he hoped the future he wants come to fruition.

ok so this is where I explain the quirk creator it essentially allows the user to create any quirk the user desires with no limits the original user got arrogant and created a quirk that could split apart quirks and he used it on himself splitting the quirk into three parts how he lost the parts will be unknown at least for now while if nobody likes this then I won't continue this but if you guys want more please give me ideas on quirks izuku could create and while he won't be giving away quirks any time soon I could still use ideas.

so this is my personal theory that one for all doesn't store power but its story quirks and all for one gave the brother another quirk that would make the user stronger the more quirks the user had which is why in the manga and I guess the anime now izuku can use the past user's quirk like all for one.

so all for all cant be copied nor stolen and one for all can be copied but not stolen and all for one doesn't have any protection but like how many quirks you think could take all for one not that many but it's still there and you guys might see how izuku gets a hold of all for one
