Katie's pregnancy wasn't that much of a surprise - they had been down this road before. The biggest shock was twins, something which threw everyone for a loop (despite her own unplanned pregnancy years earlier, Tami laughed in Katie's face after the first ultrasound revealed the second baby). And now that both babies were home, the Ottos tried to quickly adjust to the new status quo.

Oliver carefully and gently picked up his new brother from the baby carrier and sat down, fearful he'd drop the newborn if he continued to stand. "Can't believe I finally have a brother. Comes with another sister but whatever, I'll take it. You win some, you lose some. Look at how tiny he is." He was in awe of the twins, despite initially being upset about Katie's pregnancy.

Cooper eyed them both with a big grin on his face. "You and Wyatt look adorable together. Can't wait to have one of our own in the future."

Oliver melted and kissed him, much to the annoyance of their family. "No kissing in front of the baby," a scandalized Taylor chided.

"He's sleeping," Anna-Kat pointed out, shrugging when her sister glared at her.

When the little girl, Blair, woke up and started crying, Katie scooped her up and she immediately calmed down, going back to sleep. "Just wanted her mama. You better not be a clingy baby, Blair Louisiana. I'm not going for that."

"I still can't believe you convinced Dad to ease off on the weird historical middle names and then agreed to a state." Taylor was still confused.

"It's because your mother likes New Orleans and wants to go there again at some point." Greg still couldn't wrap his head around the fact that he and Katie had newborns. They both figured their days of unplanned pregnancies were over, especially with two teenagers in the house. They had gotten too compliant and it had blown up in their face. That and the drunken night of unsafe sex they had laughed about the next morning.

"I want one," Trip mused, squeezing Taylor's hand after he finally stopped staring at a sleeping Blair.

"Not yet. Maybe in five to ten years." Taylor was nowhere ready to have a baby, as much as she loved him.

"Thank fuck," Katie muttered under her breath, earning a relieved snort from Greg.

"Sounds great to me. Love you, Taylor."

"Love you too." Trip kissed her and then went back to staring at the babies.

"My uterus is permanently closed for business so please enjoy forever being the babies, kiddos." Katie glanced at Anna-Kat. "Sorry you're no longer the baby."

Anna-Kat waved her off. "Eh, it's okay. I was the baby for a long time."

Franklin grinned at his girlfriend. "You're sweet."

She winked at him. "Thanks. I really appreciate that."

"You're welcome."

"Welcome to this crazy family, Wyatt Jasper and Blair Louisiana Otto. You'll get used to it," Cooper assured the twins. Blair responded by cooing, which he thought was absolutely adorable.

Oliver shook his head in fond amusement. "I am so glad you're one of us. I chose the right man to love."

"And you two are sappy as fuck, which got old real quick, but at least you pulled your head out of your asses and woke up to what everyone else already knew." Taylor was already tired of their antics as thrilled as she was that they were finally together.

Just to get back at Taylor and annoy her, Cooper and Oliver kissed. "Stop traumatizing the babies!" Anna-Kat glared at them.

"They're still sleeping," Trip pointed out.

"And all of you are causing chaos. Get out, and leave us alone with the babies." Katie shook her head, still in disbelief they had added to said chaos. Damn alcohol and the lack of contraceptives. "And this the consequences of unsafe sex, Trip and Taylor. Remember that." She stared them down, which scared them, and they fled upstairs to Taylor's room.

"Let's go, Franklin." Anna-Kat tugged on his shirt, and they too made their way upstairs.

Cooper and Oliver made their way downstairs to the basement after reluctantly handing Wyatt over to Greg, leaving Katie and Greg alone with Wyatt and Blair. "It's still fucking with my head that we have five kids now. Well, technically six," Katie murmured. Cooper had unofficially been one of their kids for years but they really stepped up as his parents in the wake of his father cutting him off when he decided to go to culinary school.

"We really went all in on unplanned pregnancies. Really knocked it out of the park this time, though." Greg would never go over the shock of that day when Katie whipped out a pregnancy test right after Taylor, Oliver, and Anna-Kat's bombshells. Fortunately, everything had worked out and they had figured out solutions for their three eldest children over the summer.

Katie laughed. "Understatement, Greg. I still want to kick your ass so you're lucky I'm exhausted from birthing these two babies." To her amazement, labor had only lasted seven hours - her shortest so far.

"Have I thanked you for that yet?" Greg asked, already knowing the answer.

She narrowed her eyes at her husband. "You can keep on thanking me because I'm not forgiving you for this one," she teased just as both babies woke up and started crying.

They quickly got to work, tag-teaming taking care of the babies. They were both extremely grateful they had kids old enough and semi-willing to help because otherwise, they'd be lost and flailing. Once Blair and Wyatt had eaten, been burped, and had their diapers changed, they went right back to sleep. "This is going to be a long eighteen years," Greg murmured, only half-serious.

"Forget the next eighteen years; first we have to get through these first few months and then deal with toddlers. Two of them at once, Greg!" She couldn't find it in her to regret having the twins, however - Katie loved them just as much as she loved the older kids. And if it scared Taylor and Trip off from having one of their own for at least a decade, that was just a bonus. She wasn't ready to become a grandmother immediately after her own unplanned pregnancy.

"We got this, Katie."

"I love how confident you are about this." Katie wished she had his confidence but that was a big ask right now.

He kissed her, careful not to wake up either baby. "I'm so glad we're done having babies now." They had saved up enough money for a vasectomy shortly after learning of her pregnancy, and that was that.

"As I am. And I know we had several meltdowns over the past nine months but I adore the hell out of these two." She kissed both babies' foreheads, relieved when they continued to sleep.

"Yeah, same here." How could he ever regret having more adorable babies with the woman he loved? She had looked so beautiful carrying them, even as she endlessly complained about how much bigger she was this time around. Greg didn't even mind when she laughed because of his numerous complaints about the middle of the night food excursions (at least the others had chipped in to help with those).

As much as Greg and Katie couldn't wait to get Taylor, Oliver, and Cooper out of the house, they were going to miss them. And they ached for an empty nest but that wouldn't have happened for several more years anyway because of Anna-Kat. The Otto family was finally complete, and at least Blair and Wyatt would have each other growing up. Greg and Katie definitely couldn't wait to discover the pandemonium the twins unleashed upon the family.
