Sword of Akasha
Charles zi Britannia is looking at the Sword of Akasha, which he believed that will destroy the Gods, leading to the construction of his ideal world. After he looked at his ultimate weapon, he left and went back to his throne at Pendragon through a Thought Elevator. However, when Charles zi Britannia went back to the living world, the Collective Unconscious responded and was very unhappy with Charles' plan. As much as it wanted to destroy the Sword of Akasha itself, it can't interfere directly. It must find a powerful soul in order to destroy Charles' device. As such, the Collective Unconscious has found someone who can do it: Lelouch vi Britannia.
Thus, as a gift to him, it will send a very powerful ally to help Lelouch in fulfilling his dream of a gentle world for his sister, Nunnally vi Britannia. Suddenly, powerful surges are striking down near the Sword of Akasha and came down a Code Geass user, which has never happened before in ages. Just as nothing seems surprising anymore, the Collective Unconscious sent another one to assist the Code Geass user, and surprisingly, it's the Princess that is already killed by Zero as seen by Suzaku during the SAZ Massacre. Her name is Euphemia li Britannia, Third Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire.
"Where am I? I thought I'm already dead." Euphy wondered as she already knew that she was dead but surprisingly, she wasn't.
"But you're alive. Isn't that what mattered? As for your question earlier, you're in C's World, the Collective Unconscious of Mankind." The mysterious person beside Euphy replied.
Euphy replied, "Thanks for the heads-up." She now looked at the mysterious person which is wearing almost the same attire as Zero. Then, she asked, "Now, here's the ultimate question, who are you?"
"You may call me Destiny." The mysterious person replied in earnest.
"Nice to meet you, Destiny. My name is…" Euphy said with respect but was interrupted by the mysterious person named Destiny as he continued her introductions.
"Euphemia li Britannia, Third Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire, who created the Special Administrative Zone of Japan, which led to a massacre, up to the point that you were killed by Zero, or rather by Lelouch vi Britannia, Former Eleventh Prince of the Holy Britannian Empire. Am I right?" He finished as Euphy was now in awe that Destiny knows her but was disappointed that the SAZ ended in failure. Thus, she replied,
"Yes. You're absolutely correct. But I know Lelouch. I saw his final moments when he shot me. My brother was sad that he was forced to kill me to cease my suffering." She informed Destiny with honesty.
"I can see that, but now, we must hurry, Euphemia! Lelouch and Suzaku are about to shoot each other because of your death!" Destiny replied to Euphy with a loud voice filled with urgency.
Euphy was shocked by Destiny's statement. As such, she responded,
"I know what I must do! I must help Lelouch! And please call me Euphy, Destiny." She said to Destiny as she knows that he's a friend that she could count on.
"As you wish, Euphy. By the way, I'm sure that you know about Geass now, am I correct?" He asked concernedly.
Euphy replied with a sad tone. "Only a little bit, but it's more than enough for me to know that Lelouch would never use his Geass on me on purpose."
"Unless it's forced by someone, thanks to V.V." Destiny reminded her.
"Who's V.V.?" Euphy asked with curiosity.
Destiny replied with honesty, "He's the one who tampered your brother's Geass while you were talking with him, thus, he's the true culprit behind the SAZ Massacre."
"I knew it! I'm relieved that Lelouch would never do something so despicable on purpose with his Geass." Euphy said with happiness written on her face.
"I'm glad that you see that way. Let's go! We're going to Kamine Island. We can exit C's World through the Thought Elevator here and we can teleport to the island in an instant." Destiny said to Euphy as he knows that she's his partner that the Collective Unconscious sent him with.
"I'm with you!" Euphy replied with trust in her new friend and partner.
With courage, Euphy, and Destiny went down the platform and saw the Thought Elevator exit. As such, Destiny, as a Code Geass user, activated it and said to his new partner,
"Are you ready to go back to the living world, Euphy?" Destiny said as he reached Euphy's right hand.
"I'm ready, Destiny!" Euphy replied as she accepted Destiny's request with courage written on her face.
With that, Destiny declared, "Then, let's go, Euphy! Onward to a brand-new future!" As he entered the Thought Elevator, along with Euphy, leading to Kamine Island.

At the same time, Lelouch was found out by Suzaku and Kallen as the terrorist Zero. As such, the conversation between Suzaku and Lelouch continues as Kallen listened to both of them while still shocked to know that Lelouch is Zero.
Kallen said with her voice shaking, "But how? [falls to her knees] How could you?" As she realized that Zero was Lelouch.
"I didn't want it... to be you." Suzaku doesn't want to accept that his best friend was Zero.
"L-Lelouch is..." As Kallen was still in shock that her leader is the man whom she regarded as a useless Britannian.
With a loud voice, Lelouch proclaimed, "Yes, I am Zero, the man who leads the Black Knights, who challenges the Holy Britannian Empire, the one who holds the entire world in his hand."
"You used us, the Japanese people? You used me?" Kallen asked her leader in doubt.
"And, as a result, Japan will be freed. You certainly can't complain about that." Lelouch replied to Kallen seriously.
"I should have arrested you while I had the chance." As Suzaku informed Lelouch about what he should have done when he was freed by Zero during the Purists' incident.
"You knew it was me?" Lelouch asked his best friend in earnest.
And Suzaku replied in disgust, "I wasn't sure at first, so I convinced myself that it wasn't true. But I really wanted to believe in you. But you were lying to us, to me. To your sister Euphy. And Nunnally."
Kallen stands and stumbles while Lelouch speaks to Suzaku with a bold statement.
"Yes, and now, Nunnally's been kidnapped. Please, Suzaku, can't we call a temporary truce? Together, we'll be able to save Nunnally. There's nothing in the world that you and I can't do together." Lelouch said with honesty as he knows that together with Suzaku, they could do anything.
"I'm done with that! Had you only joined up with Euphy first, we wouldn't be here! If you and she had combined forces, things would be different! The world could have been..." Suzaku reminded Lelouch but was interrupted with words he never knew that his best friend would say.
"That's all in the past! Over and done with." Lelouch said with a loud voice.
"Past?!" Suzaku exclaimed in anger.
"You killed your own father, didn't you?! Wallow in remorse when you have time for it!" As Lelouch reminded Suzaku about the incident that happened with the Prime Minister of Japan seven years ago.
"No! You're hopeless!" Suzaku insisted with rage.
"What?" Lelouch was shocked by his best friend's statement.
"I know you! In the very end, you'd betray the entire world, the way it's betrayed you! I'm not going to let your sick, twisted dream be realized!" Suzaku was still angry that Euphy was dead because of his best friend.
"You fool! You think ideals alone can change the world?! Fine! Then go right ahead and shoot me! Come on! [Attaches a Sakuradite bomb to his chest] Set your aim on this liquid Sakuradite!" Lelouch challenged Suzaku with courage.
Kallen gasps loudly as she saw the Sakuradite on Lelouch's chest.
"If my heart stops, this vial will explode, taking you both with me." Lelouch reminded his best friend with the challenge still in play.
"Damn you!" Suzaku exclaimed to Lelouch with disgust written on his face.
"Listen, I'll make a deal with you. I want to know who told you about Geass. Did they abduct Nunnally?" Lelouch pleaded with Suzaku in exchange for Nunnally's safety.
"Nothing that happens now is any of your concern! Your very existence is a mistake! You need to be erased from the face of the Earth! I'll take care of Nunnally!" Suzaku exclaimed with rage in his heart.
"SUZAKU!" Lelouch exclaimed as he aimed his gun at Suzaku.
"LELOOOOOOOOOUCH!" Suzaku exclaimed and aimed back at Lelouch, creating an echo of voices surrounding the cave.
Just as both Lelouch and Suzaku are about to shoot each other, the Thought Elevator suddenly opened. Then, Kallen saw two people coming out of it. The first person that she saw is a man who is in his 20s and he's wearing almost the same attire as Zero, only the main difference is that the color is purely white. Then, when she saw the person behind him, she was in shock beyond belief. She could never have imagined that his partner was the Third Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire, which she knew that she was killed by Zero, thus, starting the Black Rebellion.
Still in shock to see her, Kallen slowly said, "Princess Euphemia?"
When Lelouch slowly turned around and Suzaku looked behind his former best friend as Kallen said the princess' name, both of them were totally in shock to see Euphy alive and she's beside the mysterious man. Thus, both Euphy and Destiny said to Suzaku with loud voices,
"Stay away from Zero, Suzaku!" Destiny said to Suzaku as he's now in front of Lelouch.
"Please, Suzaku! Don't kill my brother!" Euphy pleaded to Suzaku, knowing his nature.
"And why should I do that?! He used his Geass on you, Euphy!" Suzaku reminded Euphy as he knows of the fact that Lelouch still used his Geass on her.
"Not on purpose, Suzaku!" As Euphy already knew what happened before the SAZ Massacre. Then, she informed both Lelouch and Suzaku. "Thanks to Destiny, [as she pointed at Destiny] I managed to figure out that V.V. is the one behind the SAZ Massacre!"
"What do you mean, Euphy?" Lelouch asked with curiosity.
"V.V. is the one who tampered your Geass!" Euphy said to her brother with a conviction.
Lelouch is now thinking about what Euphy has said to him. As such, he said in his mind,
"V.V.? Who is that? Is he the same as C.C.? Anyways, how do I get out of this mess? I need to contact the Black Knights so I could commence a full retreat. But what about Nunnally? Nunnally… I'm sorry, my little sister, but for your sake, I must stop searching for you. I have messed up big time. Please forgive me. I hope that you're safe wherever you are at the moment. Right now, I need Destiny, Kallen, and Euphy on my side before it's too late."
"So, Suzaku? What's your decision?" Destiny asked as Suzaku was given a chance to change his view of things. Instead, Suzaku replied to Destiny as he believed that Euphy was not herself with the mysterious man beside her.
"I don't know what you did to Euphy, Destiny, but I know it's related to Geass!" Suzaku exclaimed to Destiny as he's still blind about the conditions of being controlled by Geass.
Then, as he looked at Euphy, he said, "I'm sorry, Euphy, but in order to free you, I must kill this man!" as he aimed his gun at Destiny.
"Don't do it, Suzaku!" Euphy pleaded with concern for her partner's life.
Suddenly, Kallen runs towards Suzaku and disarms his weapon. Despite what her leader said to her, she needs to know more about it. Thus, she won't abandon Zero when she was needed by him the most. Not now, not ever.
Suzaku, in shock to see Kallen stopping him, replied, "Kallen, regardless of what Lelouch said to you, you would still follow him?!" As he questioned the captain of the Zero Squad, as he already knows that Lelouch tricked her too into following him. But Kallen replied back to Suzaku with anger written on her face.
"I know what Lelouch has said, but seeing how Princess Euphemia wanted to change your opinion about Zero, (as she looked at Euphy) and what Destiny has said to her about what happened during the SAZ Massacre, (as she now looked at Destiny, knowing that he just saved her leader's life) I have realized, (as she looked back at Suzaku) that not all members of the royalty are like the Emperor himself and you're the only one who's crazy here. Change Britannia from within?! What a fantasy, coming from the one who deprived our nation in the first place by killing his own father!"
"You're wrong!" As Suzaku knows that he did the killing on impulse.
"Don't deny it! YOU killed our nation; thus, you will suffer the consequences!" As Kallen released her anger, knowing a part of the reason why Japan became Area 11.
"Well said, my Q1! I knew that you could see my lie through!" Lelouch congratulated his queen as he saw that Kallen managed to figure out the true meaning behind his lie.
Kallen, shocked at what Lelouch had said, responded, "Wait, so you're saying that you consider the Japanese people, especially the Black Knights, as your allies and comrades?" As she questioned her leader as she wanted to know if he didn't see her and the Black Knights as 'tools for his victory'.
"Of course, Kallen. Besides, if I used my Geass on the Black Knights, we wouldn't have this conversation. A slave army under my absolute control is useless against Britannia. Wars are won through passion, courage, and most of all, trust between the commander and his own army." Lelouch replied to Kallen with a smile on his face.
"That's right! After all, as Lelouch once said, If the king does not lead, how can he expect his subordinates to follow? Am I right, Lelouch?" As Destiny supported Lelouch's claim.
"It is as you said, Destiny." As Lelouch concluded his reasoning with Destiny.
"Lelouch… Yes! I'm going to remember your words. You have my absolute loyalty, Zero!" Kallen was so happy and relieved that her leader never used her and the Black Knights as chess pieces.
"I'm glad, Lelouch!" Euphy was happy that Lelouch has found a loyal friend that he could count on.
And Lelouch replied, "Yes. Oh, and one more thing. Welcome back, Euphy, and thank you for bringing her back to me, Destiny." He gives a Japanese bow as a sign of his thanks to Destiny for bringing his first love alive and well.
"Lelouch…" Euphy was touched by Lelouch's sincerity of his love for her.
Destiny replied back as he gives a Japanese bow back at him with respect. "You're welcome, Lelouch."
"Anyway, you should contact the Black Knights to retreat before it's too late!" He reminded the Collective Unconscious' chosen. "I'll take care of Suzaku. I have something special for him." As he was thinking about using his Geass for the first time.
With the intention of bringing Destiny into joining the Black Knights, Lelouch proclaimed, "Alright, Destiny. I'm counting on you, co-leader of the Black Knights." As he gave the position of being his equal to Destiny as a start of a new relationship between the both of them.
"You won't regret your own decision, Zero! I accept my responsibility as the co-leader of the Black Knights." Destiny accepted the position, knowing that's just what he wanted in order to help him in achieving his dream of a gentle world. He's now looking at Suzaku and Kallen as he knows what to do with Lelouch's best friend. "Keep Suzaku still, Kallen." Destiny ordered the captain of the Zero Squad with his new authority.
"Yes, Destiny!" Kallen complied with the order as she realized that Destiny can be trusted along with Zero.
"You won't get away with this, Lelouch and Destiny!" Suzaku exclaimed, knowing that Destiny has chosen the wrong cause.
And Destiny replied to Suzaku, "Oh, I think I can." He opens his left side of the mask as he's revealing his Geass to Suzaku.
"Geass?!" Suzaku exclaimed as he had realized that Destiny has this despicable power too.
Destiny said to Suzaku with a creepy voice. "I will use my Geass to make you forget that Lelouch is Zero and you will also give me your code and key for your Lancelot."
"NO! You're just like Lelouch, you're despicable!" Suzaku exclaimed as he knew that he's like Lelouch with that power.
"Make him forget about me too, Destiny." Euphy pleaded to her partner.
"Euphy?!" Suzaku said as he's surprised that Euphy is communicating with him normally and requesting that he should forget about her through the use of Destiny's Geass.
"Are you sure, Euphy?" Destiny asked concernedly as he knows that doing this request will break Euphy's heart.
Euphy said with courage, "I'm sure, Destiny." She now walks towards Suzaku to tell him that she's now breaking up with him. Holding her feelings away, she said with scorn on her face. "I don't love you anymore, Suzaku."
"Euphy!" Suzaku replied as he was surprised that Euphy would break up with him. He's now crying as he seeks mercy to his first love. "Don't let Destiny do this to me!" Suzaku pleaded, but to no avail.
"Do it, Destiny!" As Kallen brings Suzaku's face within range of Destiny's Geass.
And Suzaku replied in shock, "Kallen, not you too!" Knowing that Euphy stayed silent on his wishes.
"Very well." As Destiny points his Geass through Suzaku's eyes, and he's granting Euphy's wishes using his power.
"NO!" Suzaku screamed, knowing that all his will is slowly disappearing as Destiny activated his Geass.
Thus, Destiny is now using his Geass. He commanded, "I, Destiny commands you, to forget that Lelouch is Zero and Euphy is still alive and well! Also, you will forget that I exist and you will go to sleep until Lelouch, Kallen, Euphy, and I leave Kamine Island. Finally, you will give me the code and key for your Knightmare, Lancelot."
Under Destiny's Geass, Suzaku said in a monotone voice, "As you command, Destiny."
Suzaku whispers the code and gives the key to his Lancelot to Destiny before he sleeps after the Geass command.
"You can let go of him now, Kallen. Thank you." Destiny said to Kallen with a smile on his face behind his mask.
"You're welcome. I know now that Lelouch only uses his Geass on his enemies, as you did to Suzaku." As Kallen realized that both Lelouch and Destiny have Geass and they only use it if necessary, on their enemies.
"I'm glad that you see it that way. Lelouch is grateful to have a very loyal soldier such as you." Destiny knows that Kallen is trustworthy for both Lelouch and him.
Euphy assures the captain of the Zero Squad. "He's right, Kallen. My brother is happy to have someone like you."
And Kallen replied with respect, "Thank you, Your Highness."
"Please call me Euphy, Kallen." As Euphy wanted for Kallen to use her nickname.
"As you command, Euphy." As Kallen respected the princess' wishes.
Thus, in a quick form, Lelouch contacted the Black Knights through the radio as he removes the Sakuradite bomb from his chest.
Using the radio, Lelouch ordered the Black Knights with a loud voice. "This is Zero to all remaining Black Knights in the area! Retreat at once! I repeat, retreat at once! Ensure that the Ashford Academy's Student Council members are evacuated along with all of you. Black Knights, you all have fought well against the Britannian forces on this very day but I'm afraid that enemy reinforcements are on your way! We have suffered massive casualties today but I assure you all that their sacrifices will not be in vain! Don't despair for we shall fight yet another day! Long Live the Black Knights! Nippon Banzai!"
After Lelouch used the radio to instruct the Black Knights on his last orders, Destiny informed him about Suzaku's special treatment.
"Lelouch, Suzaku will not trouble you again. Although it's quite extreme, I used my Geass to make him forget that you were Zero. Also, I got permission from Euphy that Suzaku must forget about her so that the public will not know that the Third Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire still lives. I'm sorry if this action I made would upset you."
"None was taken, Destiny. As much as I hate to admit it, Suzaku, as of today, is no longer my best friend." Lelouch said sadly, knowing it's now true after what happened between Suzaku and him.
"I'm sorry for doubting you, Lelouch. Also, I'm sorry for your former friend." Kallen said to Lelouch as he's still hurt about Suzaku's change of character after Princess Euphemia's supposed 'death'.
"It's okay. I did it for your own safety. Euphy, are you okay?" Lelouch asked concernedly to his beloved half-sister.
"I'm fine, brother. If he's still in his right mind, I would still love Suzaku, but now, I don't love him anymore." Euphy said the words sadly.
"Coming from someone for asking me to use my Geass on Suzaku to make him forget about you, Euphy. Are you sure it was necessary?" Destiny questioned his partner with honesty.
"As much as I hate to do so to Suzaku, I have to do it to keep my brother safe." As Euphy now knows that her love for her half-brother is stronger than her supposed love for Suzaku.
"Euphy…" Lelouch said slowly as he knew Euphy was being sincere in her feelings for him.
"As much as I wanted to continue this conversation, should we get out of here before Suzaku wakes up?" Destiny reminded everyone around him.
As Destiny said that statement, Lelouch replied to his new co-leader of the Black Knights. "You're right, we should go. I already contacted the Black Knights submarine to bring us out of Kamine Island. Kallen, go back to the Guren in order to protect me and the Black Knights submarine. Euphy, stay close to me, I don't want to lose you again." As he reached for Euphy's hands to see if he's not dreaming about seeing his half-sister. When Euphy holds his hands, all doubts were erased as he knew that Destiny truly brought his half-sister back to him alive and well.
"Yes, Zero!" Both women replied to Lelouch with smiles on their faces.
"You guys go on ahead. I should go looking for C.C. before the Britannian forces capture her again." Destiny informed Lelouch, knowing that without his immortal witch, Zero's identity would be revealed to the Britannians, even if he knows that C.C. won't do it.
As such, Lelouch replied, "I'm counting on you, Destiny. Make sure that C.C. is safe. The rest of us will retreat back towards our Black Knights submarine. I assure you that it will be comfortable for you by the time we assure ourselves to be safe."
"I'm looking forward to it." As Destiny waved goodbye to his new friends for now.
Lelouch and Euphy managed to fall back safely to the Black Knights submarine as he already contacted them in advance to extract them as they evacuate the area. At the same time, Kallen entered the Guren and takes off using a VTOL transport plane in order to protect the Black Knights submarine within the distance. Meanwhile, Destiny managed to find the Lancelot and enter its cockpit. Then, he inserts the key and types the code in order to activate it. Despite his first use of the Lancelot, Destiny managed to control Suzaku's Knightmare with ease. Now he is searching for C.C. in the ocean near Kamine Island.
"Now, where's C.C.? I must get to her before it's too late." As Destiny searches far and wide for her.
Area 11

Tokyo Settlement
While Destiny is looking for C.C., in Zero's absence, the Britannian forces have managed to rally and push back the Black Knights.
"Hold your ground! Victory's within our reach! Be strong!" As Darlton inspires the Britannian forces.
At the same time, Nagisa said to her fellow Black Knights, "Damn it, we can't hold out!"
Then, Asahina reported, "Enemy reinforcements will be here soon!"
"What should we do?!" Sugiyama questioned his friends.
As he said that question, Sugiyama watches Inoue's Burai get shot and explode, thus, killing her.
"Inoue?! Ugh, where the hell is, he?! Zero!" Sugiyama exclaimed, knowing that he needed Zero now more than ever.
"All forces, charge! We'll smash these filthy rebels with one blow!" Guilford informs his forces as the Black Knights were pushed back.
Tohdoh's custom Gekka attempts to slice through the Britannian offensive.
"Fight to your last breath! Stop at nothing! Because if they break through here, our forces will collapse completely!" Tohdoh orders his forces when Zero transferred his command to him.
Meanwhile, Diethard's forces have been forced to retreat to Ashford Academy.
Diethard is thinking about Tohdoh's leadership. Thus, he said on his head, "It's not that Tohdoh isn't a brilliant military leader. He simply lacks the incredible charisma that Zero possesses. We need him! He can't run out on us, not now!"
Kaguya has been left to look after the G-1 on the outskirts of the Tokyo Settlement.
Worried about the Black Knights and Zero, Kaguya said on her mind, "Oh, Zero, have you really abandoned us? Have you abandoned Japan?!"
Just as things were about to go from bad to worse, Zero's last orders managed to reach the Black Knights.
"This is Zero to all remaining Black Knights in the area! Retreat at once! I repeat, retreat at once! Ensure that the Ashford Academy's Student Council members are evacuated along with all of you. Black Knights, you all have fought well against the Britannian forces on this very day but I'm afraid that enemy reinforcements are on your way! We have suffered massive casualties today but I assure you all that their sacrifices will not be in vain! Don't despair for we shall fight yet another day! Long Live the Black Knights! Nippon Banzai!"
As the Black Knights heard Zero's last orders, they chanted, "Nippon Banzai!"
"Zero! My best buddy! I knew you won't abandon us!" Tamaki, the captain of the second special squadron was happy that his best buddy didn't abandon him and his comrades.
"It's about time! But still, thank you for worrying about us, Zero." Asahina said as Zero issued his last orders.
"Inoue, my friend, looks like your sacrifice will not be in vain. Farewell." As Sugiyama said goodbye to his beloved friend.
Following Zero's last orders, Nagisa instructed her forces, "You heard Zero! All Black Knights, retreat!"
And the Black Knights replied, "Hai! Long Live Zero!"
"What about Kaguya in the G1 Base?" Senba asked as he's worried about their princess' safety.
And Urabe replied, "Toudoh said that Kaguya has already evacuated from the area and she's on her way towards our Black Knights submarine."
With that statement, Senba replied back, "Thank the heavens! It's a good thing that Zero initiated this order before we're completely surrounded."
"No doubt about that. Speaking of doubting Zero, I won't do so again." As Nagisa already changed her opinion about her beloved leader.
"Agreed! By the honor of the Four Holy Swords!" As the rest of the Four Holy Swords agreed with Nagisa's statement.
Back at Ashford Academy, Diethard just heard Zero's last orders and is now complying with the order. He instructed his forces to bring the Student Council members with him as they evacuated the school. Knowing the Avalon is above them, he ordered the second special squadron, led by Tamaki, to capture Milly, Shirley, and Rivalz. At the same time, Sayoko was also recovered by the Black Knights since she was still unconscious due to V.V.'s attack. While the Student Council members are too focused on their students, the second special squadron managed to capture them with no resistance. But with Nina already in Britannian custody, only Milly, Shirley, Rivalz, as well as Sayoko, who recently recovered from V.V.'s attack, have no choice but to comply with Zero's wishes because they think that's what Kallen would have decided on these circumstances.
At the same time, Diethard also instructed his forces that Ohgi will be under custody until further notice and he will let Zero deal with the betrayal himself. Toudoh, on the other hand, is staying behind, along with the Four Holy Swords, to defend against the remaining Britannian forces who are about to attack Ashford Academy. Fortunately, Zero, with his radio in hand, and onboard the Black Knights submarine, informed his forces about the success of his last orders and his final words of wisdom over today's operation.
"Well done, Black Knights! I have already received the Student Council members. They are safe in our submarine. Now, it's time for us to depart! But fear not, comrades, I have not abandoned you. Tell your Britannian friends that we will retreat but remind them that we shall return. Tell them that wherever oppressors use their power to attack those who are powerless, we shall appear again, no matter how mighty, how formidable our foe may be. Those of you in power, fear us! Those of you without it, rally behind us! We, the Black Knights, shall be the ones who stand in judgment of this world! Long Live the Black Knights! Nippon Banzai!"
"You all heard Zero! Four Holy Swords, retreat!" As Toudoh ordered his elite forces to fall back.
"Wilco!" As the members of the Four Holy Swords replied in unison.
"You won't escape, terrorists!" As Darlton saw that the Black Knights' elite forces are retreating.
As such, Guilford encouraged his forces, "Go after them! For Princess Cornelia!"
Meanwhile, back at the Avalon, the Ashford Academy students, along with Nina, are watching the Black Knights retreat and leave Ashford Academy. At the same time, Prince Schneizel is issuing his final orders to all remaining Britannian forces using the speakers on the Avalon.
"All Britannian forces, retreat! Pursuing the Black Knights will only lead to more casualties. Princess Cornelia has disappeared and taken away by unknown forces. I repeat, call in a full retreat! Failure to comply will be counted as insubordination! Let's face it, this battle is a draw!"
With those orders, Guilford issued the retreat order as he said, "Forgive me, Princess Cornelia. All forces, retreat!"
As such, Darlton cursed, "Damn it!"
Prince Schneizel is now congratulating Zero for decimating most of his forces before retreating. As such, he said in his head, "Looks like Zero knew about our additional forces. I shall let you and your Black Knights retreat for now. However, the next time we meet, I will ensure your destruction. So then, what should I do with Nina Einstein?" As he had planned on bringing the Ashford Academy student to Camelot for further development of their weapon technologies.
All Britannian forces have retreated to the Viceroy's Palace, thus, ending the First Battle of the Tokyo Settlement. Many Britannian soldiers were very upset with the decision made by the Second Prince but they can't do anything lest be faced with the charge of disobeying orders from a superior officer or in this case, from a Prince of Britannia.
Ocean near Kamine Island

C.C. was floating on the ocean while Destiny, using Lancelot's arms, managed to grab her. As C.C. thought that Britannia managed to capture her once again, Destiny is speaking, using the speakers on the Lancelot to inform her that he's not an enemy, but rather that he's an ally of Lelouch.
"Are you alright, C.C.? You should know that Lelouch is worried about you." Destiny asked C.C., which surprised her.
As such, C.C. replied, "Since when Lelouch cared for me? I thought he was looking for Nunnally."
"He changed his mind when I brought Euphy to him alive and well. Surprised that it's not Suzaku on the Lancelot?" Destiny asked C.C. amusingly.
"Hardly. But first, who are you? If you did something to Lelouch, I'll…" C.C. questioned the new pilot of the Lancelot as she was fearing for Lelouch's safety.
"C.C., my name is Destiny, and as of today, I'm the co-leader of the Black Knights." Destiny informed C.C. of his name and position in the Black Knights. Then, he continued, "Don't worry, Lelouch himself gave the position to me. Oh, and if you're worried about him, he's fine. He's back on the Black Knights submarine along with Euphy."
C.C. was relieved that her contractor is fine but Destiny is now questioning her,
"Wait for a second, you like him, don't you?" As Destiny was interested in C.C.'s love affairs.
"What are you talking about? I'm just his accomplice, that's all." C.C. reminded him.
"Where's the Gawain?" As Destiny was concerned about Zero's Knightmare.
And C.C. replied, "Destroyed, along with the Siegfried on the bottom of the ocean floor."
With that statement, Destiny replied back, "I see. Anyway, let's go back. The Britannian forces are retreating as well. We should use this opportunity to escape."
And C.C. agreed with him, thus, she replied, "I'm with you. It's funny. I gave a kiss on Lelouch's lips for good luck and still, he's worried about me. Really, Lelouch is an interesting man."
"You're right about that detail. That's why C's World sent me to help him." Destiny informs her.
In shock, C.C. said, "C's World?! Well, that explains Princess Euphemia's return to the living world. I wish to learn more about you, Destiny." As she wanted to know more about this mysterious Destiny.
"All things in good time, my immortal friend. But for now, let's go back to the Black Knights submarine. Lelouch is expecting us on our arrival." Destiny informed C.C. with respect.
C.C.'s thoughts are in a whirl right now. As such, her mind replied, "How did he know that I'm immortal? Could it be that Destiny is like me, a Code Bearer? Anyway, I hope that Lelouch is alright. I still need him for my wish to be fulfilled."
"What's wrong, C.C.?" Destiny asked concernedly.
And C.C. reassured him, "Nothing, Destiny. Let's go back to Lelouch."
"Alright. Oh, if you want to get closer to Lelouch, I could help you fall in love with him." Destiny told C.C. with a smile on his face behind his mask.
"As I said, I'm just his accomplice!" C.C. exclaimed as she blushed at her statement.
"Yes, I know that." Destiny laughed when C.C. was blushing, knowing fully that she is in love with Lelouch.
Near Shikine Island

Black Knights Submarine
Meanwhile, Lelouch, disguised as Zero, is addressing the Black Knights about their future actions against Britannia and their overall analysis of the aftermath of the First Battle of the Tokyo Settlement.
"Black Knights, I have underestimated the Britannian forces on holding their ground against us. Even my secret mission during our offensive ended up in failure when the pilot of the Lancelot, Suzaku Kururugi, managed to corner me and almost captured me in the progress." Zero lied about the secret mission part, knowing that if they know about the existence of Geass, things could go from bad to worse.
All Black Knights were shocked to figure out that the reason they lost is because of the secret mission that Zero initiated. Some of the Black Knights' members are now doubting Zero's leadership. However, Kallen, captain of the Zero Squad, confirms the actions made by her devoted leader.
"I can prove that this secret mission exists. Ohgi, the deputy commander, asked me to go after Zero so that I could protect him against any intruders. While using a VTOL transport plane, I chased after him with the Guren. When I saw Zero going to Kamine Island, I followed him within the distance. When I already saw Zero, Suzaku is about to kill him when suddenly, two people appeared out of nowhere and protected him. When Suzaku was distracted, I stopped him, put him to sleep, and evacuated along with my Guren while I'm protecting the submarine. That's all." As Kallen went along with Zero's lie, knowing of the consequences.
"Thank you, Kallen. So, does anyone wanted to say something? If you don't think that I'm a good leader because of the fact that I'm doing the secret mission, will someone pull out their gun and shoot me now?! Someone?! Anyone?!" Zero challenged his army with courage. At an instant, the Black Knights replied,
"No, sir! We will not do it because we know you always have a reason for doing it so we respect your decision! Long Live the Black Knights! Nippon Banzai!" As they cheered for Zero, knowing that despite everything that happened during the First Battle of the Tokyo Settlement, their doubts were nothing but history since they still trust him.
"Thank you, everyone." As Zero knows that trust is something to give through not just words, but with actions. "Now, we shall wait for the arrival of my new ally." He informed them.
"New ally, Zero?" Toudoh asked curiously.
"Yeah. As stated by Kallen, the man who saved me at that crucial moment will be here at any moment. His partner is already here with us but I decided not to reveal her until he arrives." As Zero loved bringing secrets with a dramatic entrance.
Suddenly, the radar on the Black Knights submarine is detecting something in the distance. Thus, Nagisa checked it and informed Zero,
"Zero, I'm detecting a Knightmare near our position. The analysis suggests that it's the Lancelot."
"What?! The Lancelot, here?!" As the Black Knights are already afraid that the Lancelot detected their position.
But Kallen reassures them with the statement, "Everyone, calm down! Zero assures you all that it's not an enemy."
"How can you be so sure, Kallen?!" As Tamaki is panicking along with some of his resistance members.
Thus, Kallen concluded, "Because, onboard on the Lancelot, is our new ally."
With that statement, Zero ordered, "She's right. Bring the submarine to the surface and let the Lancelot land. I repeat, let the Lancelot land." The Black Knights were confused by Zero's actions but nevertheless, they still obeyed the order of their beloved leader.
Right now, Zero is thinking about the future. As such, his mind replied, "Now that the Lancelot is in our hands, Rakshata will be happy to improve it exclusively for Destiny. He saved me from despair when he brought Euphy back to me. I owe him my life. I know that I have many questions to ask from Destiny but for now, I need to trust him. More importantly, I shall not use my Geass on him, for Euphy's sake. Nunnally… I promise that I will come back to save you. I love you, Nunnally."
Kallen informed her leader. "Zero, we're on the surface and the Lancelot is now landing near Shikine Island."
"Good work. Inform Rakshata that the Lancelot is now in our hands. Kallen and Toudoh, let's go meet our new ally. The rest of you, continue your duties. The meeting is adjourned." As Zero dismissed the organization meeting.
And Kallen and Toudoh replied in unison, "Yes, Zero!"
"Hai! Long Live Zero!" The Black Knights cheered.
Destiny has arrived on Shikine Island along with C.C. and saw Lelouch, disguised as Zero, Kallen, and Toudoh coming out of the Black Knights submarine. As he landed, he's greeting them with a Japanese bow as a sign of respect.
"I'm back, Zero. As I promised, I bring back C.C. to you." Then, Destiny informed about the status of Zero's Knightmare. "Unfortunately, the Gawain was destroyed along with the Siegfried, a Giga Fortress, on the bottom of the ocean floor. It's unsalvageable."
As such, Zero replied, "Rakshata will not be happy about this, but fortunately, the Lancelot is now in our far more capable hands."
Then, Destiny reassured Zero, "Well, it's a good thing that I disabled the I.F.F. signal while I landed here. That way, even if the Britannian forces managed to find this last transmission, we would be gone by then."
"Good work, Destiny." As Zero informed Destiny that he has done a great job despite the fact that he just gave the co-leader status to him. Then, Toudoh introduced himself.
"Nice to meet you, Destiny. I'm Kyoshiro Tohdoh, leader of the Four Holy Swords and the head of the Black Knights' military operations."
And Kallen followed suit, "Destiny, forgive me for not introducing myself earlier back at Kamine Island. I'm Kallen Kōzuki, captain of the Zero Squad and I'm in charge of protecting Zero on the frontlines."
With his new authority, Destiny informs them. "Nice to meet you all. I am Destiny, and as of today, as requested by our beloved leader, I'll be the co-leader of the Black Knights along with Zero."
As such, Kallen and Toudoh responded in unison with salutes, "We understand, Destiny. We shall serve you along with Zero."
Then, Destiny informed Zero of his plans. "Very good. Now, with your permission, Zero. I shall meet with the Ashford Academy Student Council members in their room. I want to explain to them our situation as of now. With good luck, they may become my special forces under my command with proper training and patience."
Agreeing with the plans, Zero responded, "Very well. I'll allow it. Just don't force them to join if they don't want to."
And Destiny replied, "Noted. C.C., you should go with Zero."
C.C. complied and said, "Very well, Destiny."
Then, Destiny whispers to C.C. as he's teasing her, "You should practice kissing more often if you want to stick to Lelouch."
And C.C. blushed and responded with, "Destiny! I told you before! Zero and I were just accomplices, nothing more!"
"Yes, I know that." Destiny laughed again when C.C. was blushing.
"Stalker!" C.C. replied with scorn.
After that, Destiny informed the captain of the Zero Squad. "Kallen, you should go with me. Let's talk with your fellow Student Council members."
Thus, Kallen replied in earnest. "Yes, Destiny. Oh, and thank you for rescuing Zero. It has strengthened my desire more to protect him. Anyway, Euphy is about to see them."
Shocked by his partner's courage, Destiny said, "That's bold of her. We should go. I bet that Euphy is already waiting for us to go to the temporary Student Council room."
"Agreed." Kallen acknowledged Destiny's decision.

Temporary Student Council Room
Meanwhile, Milly, Shirley, Rivalz, and Sayoko were just resting in their temporary room. Suddenly, Euphy entered the room and all the Student Council members, as well as Sayoko, were surprised and in shock to see that the Third Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire is alive and well. Still in shock, the Student Council members started with,
Milly exclaimed, "Princess Euphemia?!"
Rivalz exclaimed as well. "That's impossible!"
Shirley, on the other hand, replied with scorn on her face. "This woman can't be here! I thought that she was killed by Zero to stop the genocide!"
Knowing that this would happen, Euphy replied, "I used to believe that I'm already dead. But thanks to Destiny, I lived once more in order to help my brother."
"Who's Destiny?" Milly asked concernedly.
And Euphy replied, "He should be arriving shortly. [door knocking] Oh, and speaking of my partner, he's already here."
As Euphy said that statement, Destiny, along with Kallen, has entered the room. As he saw Euphy and the members of Ashford Academy Student Council, Destiny said with a smile on his face behind his mask,
"I came here to talk with the Ashford Academy Student Council members but it seems that you're already here, Euphy. So, were they surprised to see you alive and well?"
Euphy acknowledged, "Yup! I'll leave it to you, Destiny, to tell them what happened during the SAZ Massacre. Kallen, will you protect my partner while he's explaining things?"
"Yes, Your Highness!" Kallen replied with respect.
But Euphy insisted, "I told you to call me Euphy."
With respect, Kallen said, "I know. It's just that it's proper to say it according to your position on this occasion."
With that statement, Euphy sighed and replied, "Alright. But, just this once. You're my friend now, Kallen, so it's best for you to call me using my nickname."
"I understand." Kallen acknowledged.
"See you later, Destiny. I should go to Zero since I don't want the rest of the Black Knights to know about my existence. It's a miracle that no one has seen me yet." As Euphy informed Destiny and Kallen.
"Yeah, see you later, Euphy. Give Zero my regards." As Destiny said goodbye to his partner for now.
Just like that, Euphy exited the room to let Destiny reveal what happened during the SAZ Massacre. Kallen, on the other hand, is fulfilling her duties of guarding Destiny.
"Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Destiny, co-leader of the Black Knights. Care to introduce yourselves?" Destiny said in earnest.
In response, Milly introduced herself. "Nice to meet you, Destiny. I'm Milly Ashford, Ashford Academy's Student Council President." Then, the other members introduced themselves.
"Rivalz Cardemonde, Ashford Academy's Student Council Secretary."
"Shirley Fenette, a member of the Ashford Academy's Student Council and also, a member of the Swim Club."
"And I'm Sayoko Shinozaki, maid of Lord Lelouch Lamperouge and Lady Nunnally Lamperouge."
With introductions in order, Destiny said, "Nice names. Now, I know you have questions to ask. Shall we start?"
As such, Milly asked, "Yes. Care to explain why Princess Euphemia is alive here and now?!"
And Destiny said, "I'll do just that but I need to do something first." Then, he said to Shirley, "Would you come near me, Shirley?"
"What do you possibly need Shirley for?" As Rivalz is cautious about Destiny's actions.
And Shirley reassures her friend, "It's fine, Rivalz. I'm sure whatever Destiny needs me for is part of his explanation why Princess Euphemia is alive."
Rivalz responded, "I got no choice now, do I?"
"Please, Rivalz. Do it for Lelouch." Kallen pleaded with Rivalz.
"I understand. Do what you must, Destiny." Rivalz understood.
And Destiny reassured Rivalz, "I shall. I assure you that Shirley will not be harmed."
As Shirley moves forward, Destiny removes his gloves as he reveals his Code on his right hand. Then, in an instant, he puts his right hand on Shirley's head as Destiny declared in a loud voice.
"Now, Shirley, let your memories be restored by my power. Let the seal be broken!"
Then, Shirley remembered everything as she said, "I remember… learning of my father's death at Narita… Port Yokosuka… Lulu's identity as Zero… Mao… Lulu using his power to forget my memories that are tormenting me… [crying in pain] Oh, Destiny... [as she starts smiling] Thank you!"
Destiny hugs Shirley and said, "You're welcome, Shirley. Lelouch did it to protect you. Even now, he's still suffering because of what he did to you."
As she stops crying, Shirley replied, "It's alright. Although he indirectly killed my father, it was an accident. I love my father but after seeing what Lulu did to protect me, I loved him even more! Once again, thank you, Destiny."
In shock, Milly replied, "Let me get this straight. Our Vice President, Lelouch Lamperouge, is Zero?!"
And Destiny said, "That's correct. Kallen has proven his identity."
Kallen informed them. "I did, but in the worst way possible when Suzaku tried to kill him, until Destiny and Euphy saved him, giving me the time to stop Suzaku and put him to sleep."
Rivalz, still in shock, asked Destiny. "So, that means that Lelouch, as Zero, caused the SAZ Massacre?!"
Thus, Destiny told the whole story. "That's what the public thinks. But in reality, it was caused by V.V., a man loyal to the Emperor. He tampered with Lelouch's power, which is called Geass, thus, Lelouch, unknowingly, made Euphy kill all the Japanese by accident. Therefore, Lelouch has no choice but to shoot her to stop her suffering. After that happened, Lelouch was devastated so he started the Black Rebellion early to make up for his mistakes. Before the Battle of the Tokyo Settlement, V.V. informed Suzaku of Lelouch's Geass, and while both factions are too focused on the battle, he kidnapped Nunnally to provoke Lelouch to save his sister rather than continuing the fight between his Black Knights and the Britannian forces."
Sayoko clenched her fists knowing the perpetrator behind Nunnally's kidnapping. At the same time, the Student Council members were completely stunned about the truth behind the SAZ Massacre. Just as nothing seems to surprise them anymore, Destiny continued the explanation.
"As V.V. had predicted, Lelouch chose Nunnally over his own men since she's the main reason why the Black Knights are created. As such, Suzaku took advantage of this as Lelouch, along with C.C., go after Nunnally and went to Kamine Island. At that time, Kallen went after him under Ohgi's orders. When they have arrived, V.V. sprung the trap and Suzaku managed to find out about Lelouch's identity as Zero. Kallen was surprised at this reveal too. When Lelouch and Suzaku were about to shoot each other, Euphy and I have arrived and stopped Suzaku just in time. Kallen stepped in and put him to sleep. Then, the rest is history, the Black Knights have retreated back here and the Britannian forces stopped their pursuit."
With that, Milly responded, "I don't know what to say. Did Lulu suffered so much in order for his sister, to live happily?"
Destiny answered honestly. "Yes, he did."
"And Princess Euphemia is alive because of you?" Shirley questioned.
Destiny replied with a heart. "That's correct."
Both Milly and Shirley sighed in relief, knowing that the Third Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire is alive and well, thanks to Destiny. Rivalz, on the other hand, has a nasty accusation.
"As far as I'm concerned, this Geass that Lelouch has in his possession, is very dangerous to all of us, right? How are you sure that he didn't use it on us? We already have proof that Shirley lost her memories due to Lelouch's Geass. Why should we trust him now?"
In a loud voice, Destiny replied, "Because Lelouch made Geass countermeasures so that you won't be affected by his curse. As such, he has his Zero mask to protect you from himself. Also, the Black Knights have visors so that they would not be affected by his Geass. So, tell me, Rivalz, (as he points at Rivalz) is that the answer you're looking for?!"
Rivalz was silent. Kallen was shocked to know that her leader made Geass countermeasures on their uniforms so that they won't be affected by his power. Sayoko is surprised by his master's dedication to ensuring the Black Knights that he will not use his Geass on his own men. On the other hand, Milly is dumbfounded that the Vice President of her Student Council would do everything to keep them safe. As such, she responded with courage in her heart,
"I believe you, Destiny. Now, as proof of my loyalty to you and Lulu, I request permission from you to allow me to join the Black Knights."
Everyone inside the room is shocked by Milly's bold statement. As such, Destiny questioned her,
"Are you sure, Milly? If you take this path, you can never go back." Destiny reminded Milly.
But Milly reassured Destiny. "I'm totally sure, Destiny. There's no way I'm missing this party, especially with Lulu."
Shirley followed suit and said, "Typical Milly. Well, in that case, I'll join the Black Knights too. There's no way I'm letting Lulu go down with all the burdens by himself! Let me help him!"
Rivalz sighed and replied, "Since Milly and Shirley wanted to join the Black Knights, I support their decision and I decided to join the Black Knights as well. And, I'm sorry, Destiny, for letting myself fill with doubt, especially to my friend, Lelouch."
Destiny declared, "Apology accepted, Rivalz. Now, as of today, Milly, Shirley, and Rivalz, I welcome you all to the Black Knights! You are now considered as knights of justice!"
Just then, Zero entered the room, along with C.C., as Destiny has Milly, Shirley, and Rivalz now on their side. As such, Zero said,
"Good work, Destiny. I overheard some of your conversations. You told them about Geass?"
Destiny replied, "It was necessary, Zero. Oh, and I recovered Shirley's memories for you."
Zero gasped and went to Destiny at a deadly pace.
"Why did you do that? You have no idea how I fell on despair when I erased Shirley's memories just for her to be safe!" Zero said with an angry tone.
Destiny exclaimed and reminded Zero. "But, Zero! Even when I restored her memories, Shirley still adores you. Don't you realize that no matter what struggles that you have in your life, there's always someone to help you? Like Kallen, Sayoko, Milly, Shirley, Rivalz, and most of all, me, Destiny. Remember, this is for your wish of a gentle world for your sister, Nunnally. Let them in and they will help you. They already know about your Geass. So, please, show them your face. For Euphy and Nunnally's sake."
Calming down, Zero said, "Alright. Do you object, C.C.?"
C.C. replied, "Do as you wish."
"Yes… I will do as I wish." Zero replied back.
Zero reached for his mask with his hand. He slowly removed his mask and put it down. Everyone, except Kallen, & Sayoko, was surprised to see that Zero, as Destiny has informed them, was Lelouch Lamperouge.
"How about it? Surprised?" Lelouch questioned.
"L-Lelouch?!" Milly & Rivalz replied in unison.
"That's right. Zero's true identity is me, Lelouch Lamperouge. Or rather, my true name is Lelouch vi Britannia, Former Eleven Prince of the Holy Britannian Empire." Lelouch declared with a loud voice.
Shirley exclaimed, "WHAT?! The Prince of Ashford Academy, the person that I love, is an ACTUAL PRINCE?!"
Rivalz also exclaimed, "My friend is a Prince?! Well, I'm surprised!"
And Kallen said, "I knew it when Euphy said the words, Don't hurt my brother!"
Sayoko said as she bows to Lelouch, "As for me, I'm his maid, thus, I knew already about Lord Lelouch's true identity. Although I'm not loyal to the Black Knights, I'm still loyal to my master and that is absolute! Lord Lelouch, about Lady Nunnally, I'm sorry! You trusted me to protect her and I failed! I'll accept any punishment you give me!"
And Lelouch replied, "Don't worry about it, Sayoko. You did protect Nunnally with all your strength. I highly respect that. It's my fault that the kidnapper managed to get away back on Kamine Island. So, there's no need to apologize. Remember, I never thought of you as a failure so don't treat yourself as such."
"Yes, Lord Lelouch!" Sayoko replied back with loyalty.
"Lulu?" Shirley asked.
"What is it, Shirley?" Lelouch responded.
Shirley hugs Lelouch and said, "Don't do this to me again, Lulu! Erasing my memories is just too much! I already forgive you so please be strong for me. Can you do it, Lulu?"
And Lelouch hugs back and replied, "Yes. Thank you, Shirley."
Then, Shirley kissed Lelouch on the forehead and replied back, "You're welcome, Lulu."
Seeing that someone is jealous, Destiny questioned, "Oh, do I smell jealousy here?"
Kallen blushed and said, "What are you talking about?"
Destiny is laughing when he said, "Nothing at all."
Then, Lelouch changed the topic. "Anyway, back to business. You already know my secret. We should focus now on Destiny."
Kallen approved of Lelouch's decision as she said, "Yeah. I'm grateful that you saved Lelouch, but you know that you didn't become the Black Knights' co-leader without a price to pay."
"I understand what you mean. But first, where's Euphy?" Destiny questioned.
And Lelouch replied, "Euphy is inside my private room. She won't be discovered inside since only I and C.C. can enter it. So, rest easy."
"Thank you, Lelouch. Now then, I know that you will tell this to Euphy eventually, but since everyone wanted to know who I really am, I might as well tell you my origins." Destiny informed them.
Everyone nodded in agreement. Lelouch is curious why Destiny wanted to help him. At the same time, C.C. has her suspicions that he's a Code Bearer like her. All doubts were cleared when Destiny begins to speak,
"First of all, if you think that 'Destiny' is just an alias, then, you're wrong. Destiny is my real name as I was sent by C's World to help Lelouch vi Britannia in achieving his dream of a gentle world for his sister, Nunnally vi Britannia."
"C's World?!" Lelouch questioned.
"Lelouch's dream of a gentle world…" Kallen said in awe.
"For Lady Nunnally…" Sayoko continued.
"Lulu…" Milly and Shirley said in unison.
"Wow!" Rivalz exclaimed in awe.
As such, C.C. questioned Destiny, "So tell me, Destiny, are you a Code Bearer like me?"
Lelouch exclaimed and in denial, "That's impossible! Destiny has Geass so it's highly unlikely!"
"Ah, but that's where you're wrong, Lelouch vi Britannia." As Destiny shows Lelouch his Code on his right hand.
Lelouch, in shock, replied, "W-what?! H-how?!"
Shirley reassured Lelouch, "It's the truth, Lulu. Destiny used his right hand with that strange symbol to restore my memories."
As she realized the truth, C.C. said, "A Code Geass user! Now that has never happened in ages!"
"Code Geass user?" Lelouch questioned C.C.
"A person who has the power of Geass and the power of the Code. I thought it's not possible but now, I have seen someone who has both of them before my very eyes!" C.C. informed everyone.
"In other words, I'm immortal like C.C. and I have Geass, to be more precise, I have the true power of the king, 'True' Geass." Destiny concluded.
"True Geass?!" Lelouch curiously asked.
Destiny informed, "A Geass which never corrupts the user, has no restrictions and limits and can be turned off or on freely by the user."
Milly commented, "That's scary!"
Kallen exclaimed, "Immortality?! Impossible! If that power exists and the Britannian Empire has it, we have no chance!"
Rivalz supported Kallen's claim and said, "You have a good point."
Destiny reassured them as he said, "Rest easy. The Britannian Empire has only one immortal on its side. Remember about who orchestrated the SAZ Massacre?"
In an angry tone, Lelouch exclaimed, "V.V.!"
"Correct! V.V. is an immortal, like C.C. and me, but he won't show up that easily since he has now Nunnally on his custody and he's now bringing her to the Emperor. And if C.C. just told Lelouch everything in the first place, none of this would have happened!" Destiny said as he looked at C.C. with anger written on his face behind his mask.
C.C., knowing that Destiny knew what he's talking about, replied, "Destiny, now is not the right time for Lelouch to know…"
Knowing that his witch hid something from him, Lelouch said in anger, "To know about what, C.C.?! About why the Emperor dismissed the investigation about my mother's murder?! Let me guess. You know who killed my mother!"
C.C. panicked as she said, "I don't know what you're talking about!"
As he demanded C.C., Destiny exclaimed, "Say it, C.C. or I will!"
"Please, C.C.! Lelouch has to know!" Kallen pleaded.
Shirley followed suit. "If you really are partners, you should tell him everything!"
Milly supported Destiny and said, "Yeah! And true partners should share each other's burdens!"
As such, Rivalz said with a conviction. "Yeah! Lelouch is my friend and he deserved to know about what happened to his mother!"
Also, Sayoko pleaded, "Lady C.C., please! For Lord Lelouch's sake!"
As C.C. is worrying about her contractor, she said in her mind, "What should I do?! I can't just reveal to them as Marianne will be so angry at me! But I also don't want to upset Lelouch! If I didn't tell him, Destiny will tell him instead! I don't want Lelouch to leave me because of this reason! I refuse to be alone again! I don't want to… [she stops as she feels something very familiar] Why am I feeling this pain? I thought my human emotions were gone a long time ago."
As she calmed down, C.C. has reached a decision that will forever change her life. With a conviction, she said in her mind, "Marianne… I'm sorry but I decided that I'm now going against you and Charles' plan of creating your ideal world. Your son and his friends have convinced me to continue living. Marianne, I'm going to break your contract as you have already broken it a long time ago. Consider this a goodbye to your plans!"
With the power of her Code, C.C. began to sever the connection between Marianne and her as she removed the links of her communication. After a few seconds, C.C. has been recovered from the shock on her forehead as the connection between her former contractor and herself was now destroyed.
Finally, she replied to everyone around her, especially to Lelouch, "Alright, you all convinced me. Go ahead and ask, Lelouch."
As such, Lelouch asked, "C.C., don't make me regret this. Who killed my mother?!"
And C.C. replied, "Your mother's killer is the same man who tampered your Geass to start the SAZ Massacre."
Lelouch, now filled with rage, exclaimed back, "V.V.!"
Happy that his immortal friend revealed the truth, Destiny congratulated C.C. and said, "That's correct! C.C., I'm surprised that you told him yourself."
Then, he said something about C.C.'s love for Lelouch again with a big reveal. "Let me guess. You did it because you kissed him in the Gawain back at Kamine Island for good luck before battling the Siegfried."
C.C. exclaimed back at Destiny as she blushed, "Destiny! That's an invasion of privacy!"
As such, Shirley and Kallen were shocked that C.C. has stolen Lelouch's first kiss. They blushed as they exclaimed back at her,
"WHAT?! C.C., YOU KISSED LULU?!" Shirley exclaimed with anger.
Kallen followed suit and exclaimed, "YOU WITCH!"
Milly was amused and said to Lelouch, "Well, Lelouch, you finally have yourself a partner."
C.C., still blushing about what she did to Lelouch, questioned Destiny, "Why did you reveal that detail, Destiny?!"
And Destiny replied honestly, "I was in C's World when it happened. Of course, I have seen it. And by the looks of it, you enjoyed it like you now have a reason for living. Euphy has seen it too, you know before she descended along with me."
As he calmed down, Lelouch said to his witch, "Is that right, C.C.?"
"That's right, my warlock." As C.C. said that statement, she kissed Lelouch in front of everyone.
Surprised, Kallen, Milly, and Shirley screamed in unison, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
C.C. flirted and said to the jealous trio, "What? I'm just showing my affection to my warlock. Am I right, Lelouch?"
Lelouch, knowing that this is getting out of hand, replied, "Shut it, Witch!"
"As much I wanted to continue this love affair, I suggest we should continue my discussion about my origins." Destiny reminded them as he wanted to stop these love affairs for now.
Kallen, Milly, and Shirley silently nodded. On the other hand, Sayoko, Lelouch, Rivalz, and C.C. are now focused. Thus, Lelouch asked questions about Destiny's Geass.
"Destiny, what's your Geass?!"
"Like yours, actually. Only that my Geass is more powerful than yours since I can turn it on or off whenever I wanted to. As I have stated earlier, True Geass doesn't have restrictions and limits. My True Geass has the power of 'true' obedience." Destiny informed his new friends.
"A more powerful version of my Geass power, the power of 'absolute' obedience. Very powerful, indeed. It seems that I have made the right choice in making him the co-leader of the Black Knights." Lelouch thought as he made the right decision.
Kallen followed suit and said, "And I already know that you will only use it for the right reasons. I shall never doubt you again, Lelouch. You as well, Destiny."
Lelouch replied, "Thank you, Kallen."
"I'm counting on you to keep that trust between us." Destiny reminded her.
And Kallen replied back, "I completely understand."
"Count me in as well. We will keep your secret safe!" Milly replied as she's now part of the Black Knights.
"If I'm with Lulu, I can do anything!" Shirley said with courage.
"If it is my master's wish, I will do my absolute best to help achieve your dream!" Sayoko replied with loyalty.
As such, Rivalz said, "If my friend wanted to change the world for the better, I'll do my best to help."
Finally, as C.C. is now supporting her contractor's dream, she replied, "You're my warlock, Lelouch. Wherever you go, I'll follow."
"Thank you, everyone. Destiny, will you help me achieve the gentle world I desire for Nunnally?" Lelouch questioned Destiny as he thanked everyone.
And Destiny replied to the Collective Unconscious' chosen, "Of course, Lelouch. I'm sure Euphy will agree to this too. She's my partner, after all."
"Once again, thank you, Destiny, for saving my soul when you brought Euphy back to me." As Lelouch said that statement, he thanked Destiny for bringing back his half-sister.
"You're welcome, Lelouch. Now, it's time for me to let our fellow Black Knights know their co-leader, don't you think?" Destiny asked his new friends.
As such, Lelouch replied to his co-leader, "You're right, Destiny. Let's go, comrades. Onward to a brand-new future! Long live the Black Knights! Nippon Banzai!"
Milly, Kallen, Shirley, Sayoko, and Rivalz all said in unison, "Long Live the Black Knights! Nippon Banzai!"
"You guys go on ahead, Lelouch. I have something to say to C.C. alone." Destiny reminded Lelouch.
Lelouch agreed and asked his witch, "Alright, Destiny. C.C., you are okay with this?"
C.C. assured her contractor. "It's fine, my warlock."
"I'll see you guys later, then." As Lelouch waved goodbye to Destiny and C.C. for now.
After that statement, Lelouch put back his Zero mask on, followed by Kallen beside him. At the same time, Shirley, Sayoko, Milly, and Rivalz all followed their new leader outside the room. In respect, Destiny shuts the door and he's now talking to C.C. with interest.
"C.C., I see that you already abandoned Marianne and Charles' plan. I'm proud of you since that's what C's World wanted to do in the first place with the help of Lelouch." Destiny said as he congratulated his immortal friend.
C.C. replied with certainty, "Thanks, Destiny. I have realized just now that Marianne and Charles only care for themselves. Lelouch is special and I intend to help him in any way I can. He's the one reason now that I wanted to continue living."
"If you want, I could change your wish of dying. That's your contract with Lelouch, right?" As Destiny asked about C.C.'s death wish.
But C.C. reassured him and said, "No need, Destiny. I already changed my wish when I kissed Lelouch back on Kamine Island. After all, my true wish is to be loved by someone, and I have already found him. I have been so selfish of my wish to die that I forgot that my wish has already been granted. Thank you, Destiny, for letting me realize that my life, my immortality, has meaning behind all of this."
With respect, Destiny replied, "You're welcome. At least, you're not like snow anymore, right? Anyway, our plans for a gentle world are just beginning. Will you stick with me and Lelouch until the end?"
With a determined look, C.C nodded, "For my warlock, I'll stay until the end of time."
"Thank you. Anyway, let's go. We shouldn't keep Lelouch waiting for us." As Destiny opened the door.
C.C. followed him and said, "I agree with you on that one."

Spoiler Alert: Lelouch will not be Julius Kingsley on this one. Someone, similar to Lelouch, will be replacing him. And Yes, it's an Original Character. Leila Malcal, and the rest of the wZERO squad will be included for it was part of Destiny's plan to recruit them as part of the Black Knights. How will Destiny and Euphemia do it? Well, you have to wait for the next chapter to find out.
