Author's Note- This is a tribute to the MCU Phase 4 show I am most excited coming to Disney+, What If...? As in What If Peggy Carter took the Super Soldier Serum?

"Run! It's Icicle Jr!" A bystander yells as she and others run away from the ice themed villain, who has just robbed a bank and is trying to escape.

"Haha! What's wrong people, getting cold feet?!" The villain gloats as he fires ice beams at cop cars. Two of them crash into eachother as he laughs at the destruction. "You can laugh all you want once you are in a jail cell."

The youngest Icicle looks up to see Stargirl, the star-spangled heroine. "Well well well. Pleasure to see you Stargirl. Haven't seen you since you and S.T.R.I.P.E ruined me and Shiv's date."

"Your date was robbing a donut shop?" Stargirl questions which the junior shrugs. "She loves her vanilla glazed donuts!"

He fires an ice spike which she dodges by landing and striking him with her scepter. Icicle Jr touches the ground and a tundra appears and tries to strike her but she flys up and fires a beam of light which hits him and knocks him to the ground. "Ow! You crazy bi-"

*BONK*

A shield hits Icicle Jr in the face. A woman in a military outfit walks to the down villain. She talks in an british accent "Language young man."

Stargirl looks at the beautiful redhead in shock as she sets down. She points with a shaking hand as she realizes who she is. "Are you Captain Britain? The first heroine?!"

"Who?" Icicle Jr wonders with a daze look. The Captain picks up her Union Jack shield and just smiles at him as she knocks him out with her shield. "I am the woman sending you to jail."

The police transport come and arrest the ice themed villain. Stargirl however is shock that her role model is here and well.

"How is this possible? You were around World War II but you look exactly like you were half a century ago."

"I was on ice during the World War and then someone thawed me out. Seeing this country makes me happy." Peggy looks up at the city. She pats Stargirl on the shoulder. "Good work soldier."

Captain Britain runs as Courtney looks on with stars in her eyes. "I promise you this Captain, I will make you proud."

A man is holding a gun to a man's head. "Give me your wallet now!"

*POW*

The Captain punches the mugger in the face, knocking him out. She keeps running as the victim waves to the hero.

"Thank you ma'am!"

Peggy walks into a facility happy to meet a fan and save the day again like she did decades ago but becomes enraged once she sees the one that 'saved' her.

"I see you decided to leave again." Amanda Waller comments as she walks to her agent.

"Icicle Jr was going to hurt the civilians. We soldiers don't allow that." Peggy argues as The Wall nods. "Of course. We must protect them but know that you must have my permission next time."

The super soldier is angry that she needs permission to leave now but she has a debt to this woman and must complete it with a mission. "Very well, what is my mission?"

"Colonel Flagg has gathered a Task Force that he will explain. Go meet your teammates and be prepared to depart. Dismiss." Director Waller commands as Captain Britain walks away irritated but calms herself. "She must have America's safety in mind. Just like you Steve. After the mission I will find you."

She walks into a room where Colonel Flagg is briefing four people on the mission. "The package is located in the Watchtower. Our mission is to secure and escort it out of the space station."

"So we are attacking the Justice League?" The Australian asks as Peggy's eyes widen.

"Not attacking, infiltrating the Watchtower." The colonel answers as the captain shows herself. The others are shocked that a war hero is standing before them.

"A pleasure to meet you Captain Peggy Carter. I am Colonel Rick Flagg. This is Task Force X: Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, Plastique, and Clock King."

Carter narrows her eyes at the Task Force and knows their names. "These are no soldiers. They are villains."

"Exactly. They are people on the death penalty. They are already dead. No one will miss them if one of them dies. The mission is to find the package in the storage level. Myself, the Captain, and Boomerang will head to storage while Deadshot and Plastique distract the Watchtower by destroying the reactor. Clock King will provide support." Flagg said as the others frown about the dead comment. The officer holds his hand out to Peggy. "I look foward to working with you Captain Britain."

"You as well Colonel. I work with your father during the war." The first hero said as she shakes hands though she is secretly against using unwilling villains for a mission. They prepare to for the mission as she looks down on her Union Jack shield, feeling ashamed with what she is about to do.

In an wheat field, engineers are waiting to be teleported to the Watchtower but they are traq and fall asleep. The squad comes out in engineer outfits and now waits. Boomerang is shaking in fear of the thought of infiltrating the Watchtower. Captain Britain puts her hand on the thief's shoulder. "Do not worry, I will be there if you or anyone is endanger."

"I thought you hated us villains."

"You are part my squad, as such I will hold my dislike." Peggy said as Boomerang grins and gets to close to her. "Maybe after this we can go out birdie."

The World War hero looks at him blankly until...

*POW*

"OW!"
