Alright I'm gonna make a MHA fanfic I guess. It's got an OC as the main character so here's your warning. No harem tho, that shit weird and mary-suey. He's definitely going to have a personality beyond Stoic-asshole-that-everybody-finds-hot-and-they-all-love-him too, going to have obvious character flaws and development. Kind of a character writing exercise for me I guess. Backstory and origin will be explained as we go on, along with existing relationships to heroes and villains.
Some characters will be drastically more powerful in this universe thanks to certain stuff existing.

Well. considering his level of power before he received wish?
Abner walks down the street absentmindedly eating a candy bar and listening to music* while he looks towards the sky, watching the small gaps of blue through the clouds.
He finishes eating the candy bar and crumples up the wrapper in his fist, a faint white glow flashes from in between his fingers. He then brushes his hands off, small amounts of dust being scattered in the wind.
The youth, not watching where he's walking strolls straight into another pedestrian. "Oh sorry man, wasn't looking where I was going"
A behemoth of a man towers above the teenager, he's above ten feet tall (320) cm to be exact). The man being over twice his height doesn't seem to bother the white-haired wannabe hero as he waves to the man before stopping and looking him over.
The man is wearing a strange suit of black and green body armor, stone-like growths are seen on his forearms, shoulders and knuckles. The man growls at the child that stopped him dead in his tracks by walking into him.
The giant then pushes past the boy, and continues sprinting across the sidewalk knocking mailboxes and food carts out of the way with ease. Abner hums to himself "What a weird dude, wonder if he's a villain" He goes to run after the guy before thinking it over ["I'm pretty shit at recognizing heroes though, Outside of All Might it's hard to figure out which of these japanese heroes are actually heroes, would've figured Endeavour was a villain just by looking at him"] Abner turns away, scrolling through his music options ["Better to not get arrested because I can't recognize people"]
Another costumed person then runs past him, talking into a communicator. "The villain is making his way towards the station, clear civilians of the area. The villain is considerably powerful and destructive to his surroundings" Abner stops and watches the man run past ["Well then, that's convenient"] He immediately ducks into a nearby alleyway and pulls his vigilante costume out of his backpack.
{Streets of Japan}
A crowd watches from a sectioned off area of the street, three heroes fight against the man in green and black armor. They aren't doing well as the villain seems impossible to damage, incredibly strong and strangely fast for his size.
The villain easily knocks away the one of the sidekicks he's currently fighting, a sickening *CRACK* is heard as the hardened fist snaps his opponents arm.
The sidekick impacts with the stone wall and it cracks as he slumps to the sidewalk unconscious. Suddenly the villain is knocked to the side by a blast of pressurized air.
It is knocked a good foot and a half away from the sidekick it was attacking. The giant turns to look at the attacker and sees Air Jet, the armored hero flies above the villain and starts blasting him with air bullets.
The stone villain throws his arms above his head to defend himself from the incoming projectiles. The pressurized air strikes the giant's arms, barely scratching the skin. The stone man growls and rips a piece of the sidewalk. He throws the chunk of concrete at the flying hero, the hero easily dodges the slab.
However as he dodges the flying sidewalk it suddenly turns on a dime and crashes into his jetpack. The hero crashes to the ground, he immediately goes to raise one of his arm cannons at the villain but isn't fast enough as the stone-fleshed giant is already above him.
The stone giant slams his arms down onto the hero. Or tries to anyway. The colossal arms have stopped before they could strike the hero. The giant is thrown backwards, the stone sidewalk floats into the air, catching the villain before he crashes into the sidewalk.
The villain looks at his attacker as Air Jet gets to his feet. Standing in between the two is a figure. Wearing mostly black, they're wearing a sweatshirt, ripped jeans, fingerless gloves, combat boots and the most prominent feature, a mask that covers their whole face with red eye lenses gleaming in the sunlight. "Hey buddy, Don't think anyone would appreciate being turned into sidewalk pizza" He dramatically points at the villain "How about you sit down and let these nice heroes cart you off to jail and you won't have to get your ass kicked"
Air Jet looks at the new combatant, well he looks down at the new combatant as he's only a little over five feet tall (155cm). "Kid get out of here!" Air Jet goes to push the figure in black out of the way as he points his air cannon at the villain.
The kid doesn't budge. He shakes his head and turns to the hero, who now sees the mask. "Wait, you're a hero?" He shrugs as he steps towards the villain "Sorta?" He flicks his wrist and holds up a provisional license. "I'm allowed to do this if that's what you're asking"
The villain grumbles and launches himself forward, the stone protrusions on his body growing and coating his arms. The "hero" lowers himself into a fighting stance and braces for the attack.
The villain roars as he throws an empowered punch at the "hero" throwing him into the side of the nearby building. He's sent through the walls of the building and out the other side as the crowd is pushed back by the police.
Air Jet looks to where the "hero" was thrown, seeing nothing but pieces of rubble and dust he points an air cannon at the villain, firing rapidly. The villain is slowed but continues to approach Air Jet.
["This guy is practically invincible, the people need to get out of here. When are the other heroes going to get here!"] The air blast hero shouts mentally, hoping that another hero will be able to help.
The villain jumps forward at Air Blast, the crowd gasps as the villain goes to crush the hero's head. *SLAM* the villain stops dead, a black boot has lodged itself into his face. "Hey dumbass" the "hero" has reappeared, undamaged from the attack. He continues through with his kick, sending the villain tumbling down the street.
"Man I'm glad you didn't just surrender, You seem pretty tough so I should be able to have some fun kicking your shit in" he dashes forward, jumping into the air and axe kicks the stone giant in the face. Sending him crashing into the street, cracking the pavement.
The villain leaps from the ground and attempts to punch the diminutive hero in the mask. He strikes nothing but air as the "hero" vanishes and reappears next to him. "Oh sorry that wasn't fair, here I'll give you one more hit" He crosses his arms "But I've gotta warn you it'll be your third strike so you better make it count"
The stone man roars as the pieces of asphalt rise from the ground and attach to his hand, creating a gauntlet of stone. He rushes forward swinging wildly at the "hero" not a single blow connects as the one in the mask dodges and weaves away from every punch, not moving from where he stands.
He starts to talk to himself as the punches fly around his head "Onetwothreefourfivesixseveneight and" he catches the last punch easily "nine" He starts to close his hand, crushing the stone gauntlet. "That's a lot of strikes man"
"Alright if three strikes meant one punch then nine means three right?" He lets go of the stone man's arm. "That's math" In the time it takes to blink the first punch has landed in the villain's face, sending him flying backwards towards the crowd of people.
The crowd starts to split, trying to get out of the way before the villain crashes into the crowd. They worry over nothing though as the masked "hero" grabs the foot of the villain before he can get too far. "One"
He pulls the villain towards him, he lets go of the villain as he steps forwards to gain momentum he slams the next punch into the villain's jaw. Stopping the motion of the villain entirely. "Two"
As the villain drops to the ground the "hero" spins 90° and kicks upwards into the villain's spine. A sickening *SNAP* is heard as the villain lands, unconscious. "Three"
Air Jet goes to walk towards the "hero". The guy in the mask turns towards him, gives him a casual salute and jumps straight into the air, onto a nearby roof before running off.
"Who the hell was that guy?" One of Air Jet's sidekicks asks as they help the police pick up the villain. "I have no idea, he had a provisional license. Never seen a student strong enough to do that before. Did All Might have a kid we didn't know about?" The sidekicks laugh as the villain is put in the back of an armored police car (one big enough to carry him)
"Iwa Hanzia you have the right to remain silent. anything you say can and will be held against you in a court of law"
Abner jumps down from the roof of a building and into an abandoned alley. Taking off his black mask and shoving the hoodie into his backpack. "That was fun" He puts the mask and provisional license in a secret pocket on the underside of his backpack*. "Should probably head home now though"
He starts strolling home, content with his day.
{Yasei residence}
He makes it home, an apartment over the convenience store his grandfather owns. "Hey Gramps I'm back!" He takes off his shoes and tosses his backpack onto the couch as he enters his home. "Have a good day?" his grandfather's voice emanates from the kitchen "Yeah, got to fight a stone guy. He was pretty tough" He enters the kitchen as his grandpa stirs a large pot of…... Something.
Abner's grandpa looks similar enough to him to tell they're related, they have the same tanned skin. They both have sharp facial features with incredibly sharp eyes that give off a slightly intimidating feeling. They both have brown almost copper eyes. And while his grandfather is bald he has the same white wavy hair that Abner has in his admittedly impressive beard. Though his beard doesn't defy gravity to the same extent as Abner's hair.
Our protagonist leans forward to look at what his guardian is brewing in the pot he's simmering on the stove. It's a light brown watery liquid with bits of leaves and other herbs floating in it. Abner leans away from the pot, pinching his nose. "Hoping that's not dinner" Abner's grandfather, Ephraim, laughs "No boy, it's medicine for Yagi, He's healing has come quite a ways so I'm giving him a less intense one"
ANALYSIS
Ephraim Yasei
This old guy is Abner's grandfather, he's pretty tough thanks to the effects of his quirk and training.
His quirk is named [Sage]
It allows him to greatly magnify the helpful properties of plants and other ingredients. He figured out how to make powerful medicines and potions to help with healing, none of them necessarily make you heal faster, just better. He's even found out how to make medicinal baths and other potions to increase the effects of working out and training, that's one of the reasons his grandson and himself are so strong even without using quirks.

"Sweet" Abner goes to look through the fridge, searching for snacks. His grandfather continues "So have you studied for your finals?" The white-haired youth finds some shredded cheese and munches on it "Kinda? I just reread some stuff from the beginning of the year, I'm gonna ace 'em like usual"
Ephraim chuckles as he adds some dried leaves to the pot then increases the heat. "Are you going to ace them enough to get into UA a year early?" Abner pours himself a glass of apple juice. "Yeah, I got into everything else a year early, I just worked out more this year to prepare for it. They all know me there anyway and I worked it out unless Nezu is gonna throw in some roadblock at the last minute" His grandfather nods as he lowers the heat and starts stirring.
"Now here's the real question" Abner looks up from the fridge "Are you actually going to wake up on time for the entrance exam?" Abner groans as he looks back into the fridge "Yeah I'll set more than one alarm" The old man chuckles as he strains the liquid into a glass jar, then throws away the spent leaves and other ingredients.
"Wonder what my classmates are gonna be like" He finishes up his snack and closes the fridge. The old man places the pot in the sink and starts to wash it. "You think I'm going to have to get along with them?" Ephraim starts to dry the pot with a towel. "Well It's fine to not get along with a few of your classmates but at least some of them are going to become heroes with you, It'd be best to have a functional working relationship" Abner nods as he drinks his juice
"I'm gonna suck at that" His grandfather looks at him "Yup" Abner looks over at his guardian "Hey aren't you supposed to be encouraging me?" The old man thinks for a second, stroking his beard "Probably" "Alright gramps well thanks for the…. Insight I'm going to go train" Ephraim nods as he puts the pot back "I'll be going to drop off the medicine, I won't be back until later tonight" Abner nods as he walks to the basement to train. "See you tonight"
{UA}
Abner stands in front of the UA building "Damn, that's a big building" He walks into the H-shaped building, simply following the flow of students. He walks to the room where they hold the written exam.
After completing the written exam with little difficulty Abner heads to the auditorium for the briefing about the entrance exam. Feeling excited by the prospect of fighting something.
{Izuku Midoria} POV
After the written exam we're all sent to the auditorium for the explanation on the practical exam. I sit next to Kacchan, It's not like I recognize anyone else here. After I sit down, a white-haired kid sits next to me, I saw him walking around looking for his seat. He snickers to himself as he puts his feet up on the desk in front of us, flipping through the handout.
He looks almost as scary as Kacchan, though I guess I shouldn't judge he doesn't seem too mean. The projector flickers on and I look towards the center of the auditorium, Present Mic steps out onto the stage and stands at the podium.
"WELCOME ONE AND ALL TO MY LIVE SHOW!" Present Mic shouts to the crowd of UA applicants. I sit up in my seat, I've listened to Present Mic's radio show every week. It's incredible that the UA lecturers are pro heroes.
Present Mic continues. "EVERYBODY SAY HEEEEY!" The auditorium is silent as I hear the white-haired kid next to me suck in a breath as he cups his hands in front of his mouth before being the only one to shout back. "HEEEEEEY!" While standing up straight in his seat.
All the applicants look over towards him, or at least near him for the ones not near enough to really see him shout it. "THANK YOU EXAMINE 6969!" the white haired student gives him a thumbs up as he sits back down, snickering louder.
Kacchan gives me a look somewhere between, "Can you believe this clown?" And "I want to punch this guy in the throat" before turning his attention back to the explanation.
And continue to explain Present Mic does "I'VE GOT SHIVERS DOWN MY SPINE TOO, LISTENERS! ALL RIGHT EXAMINEES" he poses, throwing his hand above his head "I'M GONNA GIVE YOU THE LOW-DOWN ON HOW THIS IS GONNA GO DOWN! ARE YA READY!?"
This time the white-haired kid shouts and this time Present Mic joins him in the cheer. "YEAHH!"
Present Mic explains the practical exam, a ten minute test at separate city-district replicates, we're allowed to take in any tool we need and we will assemble at our given district after the presentation. We're going to fight three kinds of robots that all are worth 1-3 points based on how hard they are to beat. We're trying to get as many points as possible. The final rule is that we're not allowed to attack other examinees or do any non-heroic stuff like that. Sounds simple enough.
A student stands up, raising his hand. "Excuse me, May I ask a question!?" He holds up the handout we were all given at the beginning of the presentation. "On the handout, there are clearly four types of villains listed! Such an error would be the height of embarrassment for a top-tier national academy of UA's caliber! The reason we are seated here today is because we seek guidance on the path to becoming model heroes!"
he then points toward me "moreover, what's with you? Yeah, you, curly-haired kid!" I point to myself, wondering why someone is yelling at me "Can't you sit still for a second…. You're distracting!" he then looks at the flowy white-haired kid. "And you with your shouting and laughing! If you're both going to treat UA like some pleasure Jaunt then leave this place at once!" The other examinees start snickering. I look down, covering my mouth being careful to stop mumbling. The white haired kid just flips his middle finger at the examinee with glasses.
Present Mic speaks up before his presentation is pulled off course further. "OKAY, OOKAY THANKS FOR THE SEGWAY, MUCH APPRECIATED EXAMINEE 7111!" He explains the zero-pointers, the giant robots that are meant to be obstacles more than an enemy to defeat. Examine 7111 apologizes as Present Mic moves on. "NOW LET'S MOVE TO THE MAIN EVENT! PLUS ULTRA!"
{Back to Abner} POV
Abner stretches while he stands in front of the gates, wearing a T-shirt and sweatpants. The other students glance over at him. Not sure if the shouty guy being in their group is a good thing or not. The students talk amongst themselves or try to calm down so they can be fully focused.
Present Mic shouts to the group. "AAAAND START!" A few students, including Abner immediately sprint into the "city" preparing to fight.
As he runs a white aura flares to life around Abner, pushing some of the other examinees away from him as he crouches, and leaps into the air. Rising above all the buildings he looks around the fake city ["Hmm, alright the west area seems to have the most robots. Bet my super move will take out enough to pass. Then I'll go have fun"]
As he falls the white aura grows around his arm. He points a finger gun at the collection of robots, lining up a shot. "Alright so with the groups, three should do it. BANG!" He fires a bolt of white energy at the group of robots. It explodes on impact with one of the 3-pointers, destroying it and the surrounding robots.
He aims at a group of other robots. "BANG!" The group of villain bots are destroyed. Right before he touches down he aims at the mock villains underneath him. "BANG" The explosion of white energy destroys all the robots.
ANALYSIS
Abner Yasei
This guy is our protagonist, He's a hotheaded and a powerful fighter. He's trying to be a hero despite his quirk's drawback. Speaking of;
His quirk is named [Wish] [Hero's Life]
This quirk gives him incredible amounts of power. He is stronger and faster than most trained athletes normally as a byproduct of his quirk. The main power of his quirk is kinetic energy generation and manipulation. That's the white energy that forms around him when he activates his quirk, he can use this kinetic energy to enhance his speed, strength and durability. He can even fire blasts of kinetic energy, the extent of these projectiles is unknown as he's only been seen using it as part of one of his super attacks: Bang. There's another side to this quirk though, while it gives him immense power, it has sacrificed his lifespan. It doesn't take his life away when he uses it, When it was unlocked he just became unable to live past 21.
Blood type: K (Abner's blood has strange properties as his entire body is optimized for his quirk, he has strange proteins and antigens that help him channel the kinetic energy he generates through his body smoothly. However this has a large drawback, he cannot donate blood nor can he receive any kinds of transfusions as the kinetic energy sent through his body would simply destroy any blood without these kinetic proteins)

["alright that's a little over fourty points, in less than a minute. I'm gonna get the record for highest points, That'll be a dramatic intro"] he dashes towards an area of the city he saw some mock villains in, destroying any he comes across with a single blow along the way there.
As he dashes through the city he sees one of the examinees about to be hit from behind by one of the 3-pointers. He grabs one of the thorny vines that makes up her hair and pulls her away from the attack. "Hey pay attention!" He drops her then jumps towards the robot, destroying it with a kick. "Apparently these things are a fan of sneak attacks, guess that's accurate to villains actually" She nods "Thank you for your assistance, I was taking a moment to rest"
Her vines then lash out and destroy an approaching 2-pointer. "Alright that was cool, can you do constructs with it, like make a sword or weave armor around yourself?" She stops to think for a moment as she puts up a shield to stop an attacking 1-pointer. "Ah forget it, we'll talk later" He starts to run off as she questions him, the vines making the shield lashing out and constricting the mock villain instantly crushing it.
"Later?" She questions, looking at him confused. He turns as he answers "Well we're both making it in" The white aura flares and he dashes off in a flash of white light. Destroying any robot in it's way, Abner runs through the faux city. Suddenly the city starts rumbling, The 0-pointer rises from the ground and starts moving towards the crowd of examinees.
Abner looks up at the giant robot and smiles. "Perfect: Plenty of points, time left and a big robot to show off with" He stops and thinks, considering his options while standing in the middle of the street. ["Should I just shoot a Bang at it's head? Maybe try out one of the super attacks I'm working on? Or I could make a show out of it, run up to its head and rip it apart. Nah that'll take too long"]
He's completely lost in thought as the robot continues to make its way through the street, crushing all rubble and mock villains that aren't fast enough to get out of it's way. While completely stationary thinking of strategies he feels something grab him by the shoulder and pull him back.
The shadowy bird? Creature pulls him towards the examinee it's connected to. A large bird with a human body. "Don't freeze up, it'll run you over" said the strange bird-boy. "Wh- hey don't insult me, I wasn't freezing up. I was considering strategies" The bird runs down the street with his shadow construct carrying Abner along with them.
"From underneath it's treads?" Abner looks back at where he was standing, the 0-pointer would have been right on top of him. "Alright my bad, thanks for the rescue" the bird-man nods "Of course, We're here to be heroes aren't we?" Abner smiles and jumps from the arms of the shadow construct.
"We most certainly are! And heroes stop the monster that's wrecking the place" Tokoyami turns to try and grab the apparently insane examinee that he saved. "Is your plan to get in to get yourself killed?" The white-haired examinee jumps forward as his aura explodes to life once more.
"Please, a hero should never go into a fight planning to die'' He points his finger at the "Knee" Section of the mock villain, the connecting point between its treads and its body. "BANG!" The beam of kinetic energy explodes on impact
The 0-pointers top half teeters forward as it's support has been destroyed. It falls towards the street, about to crush the two aspiring heroes. Tokoyami wills Dark Shadow to rise above the two of them, trying to cushion the damage as much as possible.
Abner raises the same pointed finger, pointing it right above his head. "Bang" The white bolt of energy rockets into the falling mock villain, blowing it to pieces. Tokoyami's eyes widen at the sight, tiny pieces of metal bouncing off of Dark Shadow. Abner looks back at the shadow-wielding examinee.
The other examinees see the light shower of metal scraps, Abner's finger gun still pointed to the sky as his white aura whirls around him. Murmurs go through the nearby crowd of examinees.
"He destroyed the 0-pointer?"
"What happened?"
"Half of it's gone, got turned to scraps"
Abner turns to the bird man and offers a fist bump "We still have about four minutes left in the exam, See you in class?" Tokoyami looks at the small pieces of the robot, nods to the hotheaded hero-to-be and runs off to find more robots "Thank you" Abner leaves his fist out for a moment "Gonna leave me hanging? Alright" He looks at the scraps of robot "Guess it was my fault anyway, probably gotta apologize when we meet again"
The white aura flares as he sprints off in the opposite direction of Tokoyami. Searching for points.
{Practical Exam judging box}
"How impressive" The small mouse/bear/dog principal voices his opinions while watching the exam. "Two of our 0-pointers were destroyed this year." He bristles with excitement, Thinking of ways to progress their power.
Eraserhead, one of the teachers at UA voices his opinion. "One of them broke both legs and his arm, I wouldn't call it impressive. More like sacrificial" He types a zero into the screen in front of him "He'll cause more problems then he'll solve, I'm not giving him any points"
Present Mic doesn't seem to share the same sentiment as his friend "Oh come on Shota that's why we're here, We can Iron out a problem like that in no time" He types a 12 into the screen. "Now what about Yasei? I knew he was going to score high but damn"
Nezu, the strange animal principal nods. "Over a hundred villain points. Only two other students passed in his zone. The balance of power was skewed there" He looks to the screen, considering his options "He even had the time to save several other students, perhaps I should have given him that recommendation"
Aizawa speaks up "Yes he saved them but a few times he was the one that put several students in danger. Though that's better than most" He turns to look at another screen, showing Bakugou laughing as he destroys robots. "He's done enough to receive points" He types an 8 onto the screen.
Others simply nod and type in the rescue points they're giving to each student. Once everyone has decided they put together the list of passing students. Nezu looks it over and nods "We have some amazing students this year. Well it's time to call All Might, He'll be presenting the scores for students that pass" The teachers all leave the room to prepare for the classes they'll soon be teaching.
{Yasei residence, a few days later}
We find our protagonist training in his backyard, scorch marks and craters litter the ground. Some seem to have been there a while. He is currently lifting a large cement ball while his aura flickers around him. After lifting it over his head he throws it as far as he can across the yard. He's been doing this a while and decides to finish.
Abner flares his kinetic aura to its maximum and keeps it like that as long as possible. After a little over a minute passes it flickers and vanishes and he drops to the ground panting. "Alright, beat the minute mark" He wipes the sweat off his forehead and grabs his water bottle as he walks back inside.
As he steps inside a letter is thrown into his face. He completely misses catching it as it falls to the ground. "Thanks gramps" he picks the letter up off the floor. "Oh it's the letter from UA, Hope I got in" The old man looks over at his grandson "You're actually worried about getting in?" The younger Yasei nods.
"Yeah, Put some students in danger when I broke a huge robot, almost crushed some students. I blew it up of course but it could've been bad, hoping they don't disqualify me for that" The sage nods "That shouldn't be enough to disqualify you, Nobody got hurt"
Abner nods and heads to his room to open the envelope. He opens it and finds a letter and a small disc he places the disc on his desk and unfolds the letter. The disc glows and a hologram appears.
"I AM HERE, TELLING YOU YOUR SCORE" All Might appears on screen, wearing a striped suit. "You've certainly impressed quite a few people here young Yasei" All Might steps towards the camera "Not only did you score first on the entrance exam in the practical and written tests" He steps to the side, remaining in the shot but showing the scoreboard.

"With all of this it's no mistake that you've made it into UA, I look forward to seeing you in class Yasei" The hologram flickers off as Abner leans back into his seat, he then registers what All Might just said. "WAIT IN CLASS!?"
Based on my research on his life previous to his supposed encounter with wish, Awi Hanzia only had a stone manipulation quirk before making his wish. Dangerous on it's own but easily enhanced with most wishes. Wish's favorite kind of person.
Sadly this is someone I have very little information on. Though considering Hanzia's criminal records he most likely wished for something like strength or -more likely- durability as he took several blows from Abner before being hospitalized. He had nothing beyond a normal human's level of durability before this so it's the most likely option.

BIG INFO (ALSO SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T CAUGHT UP ON THE MANGA)
The world has been changed thanks to the inclusion of "Wish" You'll learn more about it as the fic continues but there's some big changes. All Might is WAY more powerful and so is All For One. Like All Might has figured out about the multiple quirks inside of one for all and has access to danger sense and black whip.
(Maybe other ones but we don't know all of the quirks inside of OFA and he doesn't have access to the same amount that deku would because he hasn't been in as much danger)

Not sure on romance, you can recommend someone you feel may fit. Not gonna do OC's or a harem like I stated in the first section.
