Peter's Second Chance

Peter Parker has died to save the Earth and beyond, but his fight is not over. Madam Web has a mission for him and now he needs to grow his powers and take on a new universe, one where gods, aliens, and superheroes and villains are common and they are not afraid to show their power and strength. Lemons later on and may expand to more items.

Hey guys and welcome to the fic that was the winner of a series of polls a while ago. A Grey Peter Parker winding up in DC with an array of powers from across the multiverse. Some powers he can naturally use and fully utilize and some he has to unlock because he doesn't naturally meet the requirements. Plus some Marvel women will go with and/or join Peter in DC.

Took a while because I needed to do some research on a few things from DC, Marvel, and outside of it. Then there was me having to get my notes for this organized and then pick the characters.

Now a couple of things that I decided that weren't from a poll: 1) The start of this as it is the Marvel world is going to be a bit of a mixture between comics, shows, and movies as I've never settled on one form or take on a character as being better than the other (other than I like the tv shows version of Captain/Miss Marvel than I do the cinematic movie version) so if it doesn't seem normal or what you know, don't freak out and just go with it since after this the Marvel world isn't getting visited again aside from maybe little snippets for women that aren't immediately leaving to go with Peter.

2) Justice League the series will be the area of DC that will be the main thing. However, Peter will arrive after the Imperium invasion. While it was tempting to go further into the series so Peter can deal with the league when it has a standing and more muscle, there are arcs from the early bit that I want Peter involved in both for his own personal growth and to make an impact on the various parties involved and it wouldn't be as impactful if the League had their "army" ready to handle those situations.

3) I don't think I will be having Peter join the League as he is grey in this fic (meaning he would be willing to kill some individuals and he may not always be the "hero" of a situation) and that could clash with some more of the diehard hero members that don't/won't/can't understand where he and some others are coming from. He will still help them with different issues and the like, but he's not going to outright join them.

4) Like my Danny Phantom fic, I'm not going to worry about how many women I have Peter wind up with. If I think the woman will fit, will give a good situation for the fic, or will be beneficial to have with Peter, then I'm going to add her regardless of how many Peter already has with him.

5) DC and Marvel are going to be the primary items for this fic, though Marvel will mainly be characters and items being seen rather than straight up crossover into this, but that doesn't mean I won't add women from other items or just straight up add another item to this for more arcs and content since I may not have Peter interfering in every Justice League arc. So be warned as this may become a mash up world and if it does I have a reason/justification planned just in case beyond "oh they just exist in this world since it's not the canon one."

6) Peter may seem OP by the end of this chapter, but he's actually not because I'm going to be using close to comic level for the DC strength. I say close to comic level because let's face it, Superman was BROKEN as all fuck in the comics by doing things like breaking infinity, pulling an entire solar system to a new location in the galaxy, going so fast he actually broke the Speed Force, punched an opponent so hard they actually time traveled, and other things. So yeah, not going to full comic level but they are DEFINITELY stronger than what the show gave us. There's also the fact Peter won't have access to all of the other powers/abilities he's getting right off the bat because he's got to unlock them like the characters did.

Also fair warning that there are spoilers for some characters, so if you see a character and don't recognize something on them, I suggest you skip them to not be spoiled.

I think that's everything, so lets get this… OW. What the hell? Who threw a rock at me?

Deadpool: Oh Reaper. I got a bone to pick with you.

Oh fuck. What is it Wade? I'm trying to do my Spider-man fic.

Deadpool: That's just it! Why the hell did Spiderboy get picked and I didn't?!

Don't know, I didn't pick the character, I just gave a list of characters I could do and Spidey was picked. Maybe because people picked him to be a grey character and you already have canon appearances of being a hero, villain, and grey character all in the same comic issue.

Deadpool: So? What's wrong with all that? Have you seen all those guys being heroes? They are so BORING!

Guys? What about the girls?

Deadpool: Oh, well don't tell their boytoys, but I may have spent some time in their beds when the guys were being all moody and serious… I may also have fathered some bastard children with them at some point in time.

Dude, I get you're a psycho badass ninja assassin, but you gotta at least respect some of the guys and not steal their girls and everything.

Deadpool: Meh. If they won't take care of their girls they can't get mad when someone else does.

Point. Back to the main point though, isn't Peter one of the people who is closest to being your friend besides Cable and maybe Wolverine? Doesn't he deserve a better life than the shit show he got through every comic line besides the one where he essentially had a bigger ego than you and Tony Stark combined?

Deadpool: Hmm…. I guess you got a point… But still, how come you haven't written a fic about me yet? Don't tell me you aren't going to do it! I'll have to get my swords if you do.

Uh…. Didn't know you wanted me to write one yet, though if you use your swords you're going to wait even longer since I'll to recover and then write.

Deadpool: I'm still not convinced. Besides, if I take a leg or two you can still write especially since you'll have plenty of time to write while on bedrest.

….. How about I have Lady Death send you to DC without the cancer, she can visit you so you can fuck her silly along with Endless Death, and I'll give you Harley Quinn as a partner/sex lady/lover? She loves crazy, but she needs a crazy that isn't going to be an abusive ass.

Deadpool: Hmmm…. Throw in me banging Slade's legal daughter and taking his wife Adeline for myself as my live in sex lady and maid as well as Talia Al Gul, Nyssa Al Gul, and Lady Shiva…. Then I guess we can call it even. And I won't get in this fic's way again if you add in the entire sets of Wonder Tits and Power Boobs. Oh! And uh, let me and my arsenal have some personal time with Joker, I mean honestly how does someone spend all that time with that hot babe Harley and STILL not enjoy it the right way?!

Uh… Ok, but uh don't call Wonder Woman, Wonder Girl. Troya, Supergirl, Galatea, or Powergirl that until you have them in your harem… I really don't want to have to write multiple scenes of pissed off women kicking your ass until you get tired and start actually fighting them. Especially since doing it to them would include a pissed off Superman and an island of angry women skilled at killing and torturing men.

Deadpool: Sigh Alright fine! Also, love your idea for the Justice Lords Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl! Peter Should have fun with DC especially when you give him R-

Deadpool: Oh come on! It's not like it was that surprising he'd snag that babe and others! I mean I never got the fics that don't have harems, I mean sure each person has that special someone but you can still add more sexy ladies to the fun. It's called FAN fiction for a reason.

Yeah well, to each their own. So how about you go annoy Thanos and hang out with Death while I get Peter started on his own trip?

Chapter 1: From Death Comes Life

New York

"This day officially sucks!" Peter Parker aka Spider-Man thought as he fought an army of Symbiotes and Symbiote possessed people with the X-men, Avengers, Defenders, Fantastic 4, his spider family, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and other heroes, but they were also fighting beside different villains including Thanos himself. Even his ex wife Mary Jane Watson was suited up in one of Tony's extra suits and helping.

The reason?

Well, Cletus Cassidy, aka Carnage when he had his Symbiote partner, had fooled Dr. Doom and some of the other brilliant assholes that having an army of Symbiotes and controlled people would assure the destruction of the heroes as they'd hold back to not harm the innocent people. However, as you could guess, Carnage betrayed them and it was only worse as Carnage was collecting the Infinity Stones and was planning to make Earth into a Symbiote playground before spreading further.

Thanos was there as he despised Symbiotes and couldn't risk Carnage being even remotely successful. Plus, it didn't hurt that his beloved Death didn't want Carnage succeeding either, so why not win some brownie points with her?

Anyway, New York was essentially a war zone with all of the fighting happening while the unaffected people had already been evacuated. However, the fight was a stalemate since Carnage had numbers and regeneration on his side while they had power and skill… but the stalemate wouldn't last long as they're side was beginning to tire out and run out of power. Even with the knowledge of Symbiote weaknesses and exploiting said weaknesses, only so much could be done before it was near straight up combat. Tony's suit was running out of power after he had already changed suits three times, the different mutants were running out of energy to fuel their powers, Black Widow and Punisher were running out of ammo, Strange was exhausting himself with his magic, Hawkeye was running out of arrows, and even Captain America, Wolverine, Hulk, Thor, Thanos, and Black Panther were beginning to get tired, and they were fucking stamina freaks!

Spidey was getting tired too even with his advanced suit that Reed Richards and Tony helped him build. The suit only had a limited power core and he had used a good portion of said power to send out a sound wave that would harm the Symbiotes. He had enough power for maybe one more pulse and then it was just him and his regular costume to fight.

"Hahahaha, what's the matter Parker? Can't handle the pressure?" Carnage cackled with mad glee as he had the Power Stone, Reality Stone, Mind Stone, Space Stone, and Soul Stone attached to his body and just needed to get the Time Stone. He could have simply used the stones to win right now, but that was no fun, he wanted to watch them squirm and try to fight him only to fail as he killed them one by one. Such delicious agony and pain was too tempting to pass up.

"I don't know what you mean, Cassidy, I can do this all day." Peter stated as he and Carnage charged each other and their fists collided with Spidey having to dodge the tendrils that Carnage was releasing to impale him. Dodging a fist, he managed to plant both hands against Carnage's chest before firing a sound blast point blank making Carnage roar in pain and get launched into a nearby building.

Peter then dropped to his knees as his suit opened and let him out as he panted and stood up before a fist sent him into a car as Carnage was there glaring heatedly at him, "That…Hurt." Carnage growled before he roared and charged Peter only to be intercepted by Venom, who roared at him as the two started fighting, "Why? Why side with these pathetic mortals?" Carnage demanded as he and Venom fought.

"We like too many people on this planet to simply let you wipe them out." Venom stated as he fought the younger Symbiote.

Carnage snarled before he was kicked in the face courtesy of Peter before a hammer fist from Venom sent him into the ground before both punted him away. The two then fought some of the lesser Symbiotes with their teamwork surprising quite a few of the heroes.

Carnage then got up and growled animalistically as he was suddenly confronted by Thanos and Captain America and roared before charging them.

Peter ducked a swipe of claws only to grunt as he barely dodged a tendril attack that tore some of his costume on his shoulder. He retaliated by webbing the Symbiote and throwing it against a wall where it splattered from the force. He then fired a web ball at another Symbiote that was moving to flank Black Widow and sent it smashing into a car. Getting a nod from Widow, Peter then lifted a car and aimed it at a grouping of Symbiotes, "Tony! Heads up." Peter called getting Iron Man's attention as he threw the car at the Symbiotes and Tony fired a repulser blast at the car when it landed causing an explosion and setting the Symbiotes on fire.

Peter then turned just in time to see Cap getting thrown back by Carnage. Peter quickly webbed him and pulled, letting him land softer than he would have. However, Peter then ducked quickly as a Symbiote swiped at him, but he misjudged how he should have dodged and ended up with a clawed back. Hissing in pain, Peter still delivered a mule kick to the Symbiote sending it back before he was sent back as Thanos was thrown into him.

Groaning, he managed to lift the Titan off of him and stand up with his suit now having more tears and gashes in it along with his skin. Even part of his head was showing from the headpiece getting torn. Looking up, he saw Venom and Carnage fighting again with Carnage having the clear advantage before he sent Venom flying back and landed next to Peter, "He's better than before." Peter panted as he stood up again while noticing the others were on their last legs.

"Yes, having the stones is powering him up even if he isn't fully using them. I don't know if we can win without losses." Venom stated as Carnage marched towards them.

However, Venom then receded showing Eddie Brock, "Parker, that suit of yours got anymore juice?" Eddie asked with a frown as he stared at Carnage and Peter frowned.

"It may have a bit of a charge left but nothing really substantial other than a quick movement for a minute or so." Peter stated and Venom retook control.

"He's asking if it could have enough power to drag Carnage into the air and detonate." Venom stated knowing what its host was thinking.

Peter frowned and nodded, "Potentially, Yes. But the suit wouldn't be able to hold him, someone would have to do that while the suit implodes at point blank range." Peter stated and Venom nodded.

"That's all I needed to know." Eddie stated from within Venom as they charged Carnage again making Peter widen his eyes as he tried to get up and stop them.

"Eddie! No!" Peter caked as he saw what Eddie was going to do.

Venom/Eddie rushed Carnage and tackled him back before wrapping him tightly into their tendrils and arms, "Do it now Parker!" Eddie yelled as he held on as best he could while making Venom recede so his partner could escape. Seeing Peter hesitate, Eddie growled, "JUST DO IT YOU SON OF A BITCH!" Eddie roared making Peter clench his hand into a fist before he used the control bracelet to launch his suit at Eddie and it overtook him and Carnage as Venom was forced off of Eddie.

Carnage roared in fury as the suit launched into the sky with Eddie grinning a bloody grin at Carnage before the suit exploded sending a shockwave out that shattered windows and sent the various people to the ground.

As the explosion died down, the different heroes and villains stood up shakily all of them exhausted as Venom merely looked to where Eddie was and sighed. However, their relief and hope for it being over was shattered as a roar of rage and pain echoed out and they saw different pieces of black and red goop reforming into Carnage, who looked VERY pissed off, "PARKER!" Carnage roared in pain, rage, and even more madness than before.

Peter cursed as he saw the state of everyone else showing they weren't going to be able to fight anymore even if the more stubborn ones were trying to get up anyway. He then looked to Doctor Strange, who was getting up and moving toward the Time Stone to keep it from Carnage and an idea came to mind. It was suicidal and stupid, but this was possibly Armageddon so why not be a little stupid?

"Venom." Peter stated making the Symbiote look at him a moment before he nodded and latched onto Peter giving him his old Symbiote suit look as Peter stood and looked at Carnage while the others were trying to stand.

"Peter, wait, you can't take him on your own." Luke Cage groaned out as he tried to stand and help his friend.

"He's right Pete, wait for us." Iron Fist stated as he tried to get up.

"We'll… huff huff…. Take him together." Daredevil stated as he got to his knees while panting.

"Yeah Pete, don't take all the fun away from us." Iceman stated as he tried to cover himself in ice again but wasn't succeeding.

"Spider, don't do anything stupid." Blackcat stated as she tried to stand.

"Teamwork works best." Cap stated as he got up panting and spitting some blood from his mouth.

"Don't you go running off half cocked, web-head." Rhino stated since despite being a pain in his ass, he respected the guy a lot.

"Hulk help Bug Man smash creepy goop monster." Hulk grunted out as he tried to stay standing.

"Just give me a minute to catch my breath." Harry Osborn panted as his cracked helmet was off and his glider was in two pieces. He and Peter had their problems, but Harry didn't want him dead.

"Sorry guys, this is my fight." Peter stated as a piece of Venom discreetly left his body to carry out his host's plan.

"I should warn you, even with my help this will likely kill you." Venom stated quietly to his first host fully willing to help him with the plan and Peter nodded.

"I know." Peter stated as he clenched his hands tightly ready to end this once and for all.

"Parker, what… what are you going to do?" Wolverine asked having heard what the two were saying.

"Finish it." Peter stated cryptically before he turned to them and smiled sadly before he took off after Carnage.

"Wait!" Tony shouted as he was out of his suit due to it being out of power.

Peter jumped and roared at Carnage before their fists struck making a shockwave echo out before Peter used his agility to backflip and kick Carnage right in the face sending him back, "Come on you stupid parasite, I thought you wanted to kill me." Peter stated making Carnage roar.

"PARASITE?!" Carnage roared in anger as Symbiotes hated being called that. (Got this from my buddy Dragonlord0's Rider of the League fic)

"You couldn't beat me when I didn't have any powers and you won't beat me now." Peter taunted making Carnage roar and charge him as the two kept fighting.

While that was happening, Strange was about to grab the Time Stone when Venom's piece came and grabbed it, "Hey!" Strange shouted before the piece latched onto his hand and shared with Strange what Peter was going to do. Strange widened his eyes before looking on sadly as he nodded knowing there was no other option at this point.

The piece then began slithering back to Peter making sure no one saw it until it could reconnect to the host. It would take a couple minutes, but it wouldn't fail in its task.

Back to the fight, Peter and Carnage were trading blows though it was obvious Peter was barely hanging on but he was pushing through it. Compared to every other hero, Peter had been beaten, broken, abused, and injured more than anyone else over the course of his hero career to the point that it was a medical marvel that he could still stand and fight like he did. Even more so that he was able to do it after this fight so far.

However, even with Venom boosting him, it was clear that it wasn't enough as Carnage was gaining the upper hand more and more.

This was proven as Carnage sent Peter flying into a wall where he crumpled to the floor slightly and Carnage stalked towards him, "How much longer Venom?" Peter asked as he panted.

"Not much longer, we just need another minute or so." Venom stated as they tried to stand up as Carnage approached.

However, said symbiote stopped as a couple rocks hit him in the head and he turned to see Black Widow, Blackcat, and Mary Jane standing there glaring, "Get the fuck away from him." Black Widow growled as she clenched a stone tightly in her hand.

Carnage merely grinned before he turned and impaled Peter with his arm turned into a blade making him scream in pain. "NO!" Tony shouted seeing his surrogate son get impaled.

"Peter!" Several of the heroes shouted.

Carnage cackled with mad glee, "Looks like I win, Parker." Carnage stated as he twisted the blade a bit before Venom launched at him and tried to infect him but Carnage merely tore him off and tossed him aside, "Did you really think that would work, Parker? I am the strongest Symbiote, I will be the god of the new earth, I am death." Carnage cackled before he stopped as Peter was making a noise.

He was laughing

"What's so funny Parker? Even you wouldn't laugh at your own funeral." Carnage growled as Peter kept laughing even as he spat up blood.

"I'm laughing… at yours." Peter ground out as he stared at Carnage with defiant eyes.

"My funeral? Ha! All that blood loss must have made your brain die first. I can't die, I am invincible!" Carnage stated as he started removing the blade only for Peter to grab on with his left hand and held tight as he smirked at Carnage.

Carnage growled before he froze in fear and shock as Peter raised his right hand showing a piece of Venom on his hand holding the six stones, "And I…am Spider-man." Peter stated as he prepared to do the snap as Carnage tried to stop him only for Venom to jump on his body and restrain him, "You…should've gone… for the head." Peter stated as he snapped his fingers, even as the other heroes yelled out to him, causing a shockwave from the energy released.

Carnage roared as he and his symbiotes were turned to dust, "Curse you Parker!" Carnage roared as he disintegrated fully leaving Cassidy.

Cassidy growled as he stared at the barely alive Parker and grabbed a pipe to bash his face in. However, before he could, a shot rang out and Cassidy had his brains blown out as Black Widow stood there with her recovered pistol, rage and sorrow etched onto her face while tears streamed down it.

Cassidy fell to the side as Venom formed beside of Peter looking on sadly as the others all came over to him seeing that in addition to the gaping hole in his chest, his right arm was fried along with the right side of most of his body.

"Peter." Mary Jane whimpered as she crouched beside him cupping his face as he was breathing shallow shaky breaths.

"Sorry MJ, looks like you're losing a nerd." Peter rasped out before he looked to the others, "Hey, no long faces. We all knew this could happen sooner or later." Peter stated as he gave a weak grin before he passed causing MJ, Blackcat, and Black Widow to start sobbing along with others while the males lowered their heads in sadness.

MJ was worse as she got the memories of their marriage and happiness before they agreed to sell their love and marriage to the devil to save Peter's aunt. Then came the memories of their daughter from the future sacrificing herself and her younger self to stop the Infinity Stones from exploding. Her near deaths counting a thug shooting her when she was pregnant and lost the baby. This just followed with all the memories that were taken from her and she cried even harder.

"Hulk sad, bug man is Hulk's friend." Hulk stated sadly looking at the broken form of Peter.

"I'm sorry I couldn't do more, Peter." Venom stated sadly at losing its true host.

Tony gripped his hands tightly, angry at himself while thinking of all the different ways he could have improved the suits and been ready for this kind of thing.

Black Panther stood beside what warriors he brought with him before he took a knee followed by his warriors to show respect to a great warrior that had fallen, "A Wakandan in heart and spirit, he will be remembered in our country." T'Challa stated making his warriors nod.

Charles Xavier lowered his head as well, he had read Peter's mind and saw what he was going to do. He was horrified at the idea, but there were no other options and like Peter, he knew one man's life vs the world or the universe was no contest. Magneto was beside him looking down in sadness and respect since Peter, while not a mutant, had shown nothing but respect for mutants and tried to help whenever he could.

Strange merely had his head bowed in respect for Peter's sacrifice. He honestly didn't see it coming even with his gifts and knowledge. Not many mortal beings would gladly die to save so many others.

Thanos stood there looking on before seeing Death beside him, "Is there any way to save him?" Thanos asked making her look at him in amusement.

"Why Thanos, it's not like you to care about someone like him." Death stared and Thanos nodded.

"He fought fiercely and bravely, even recklessly, which I respect and admire. Had I succeeded in gathering the stones I would have spared him." Thanos stated making Death nod, "So are you here for him?" Thanos asked and was surprised when she shook her head.

"No, I'm here for Cletus Cassidy. There are other plans for the spider." Death stated making Thanos raise an eyebrow.

Before he could question her, Peter's body floated away and everyone quickly looked to see Madame Web there with Peter's body in her arms. Spider-woman stopped the others before they could do anything, "Madame Web, what are you doing here and why are you taking Peter's body?" Spider-woman asked trying to be calm while the others were surprised.

"I am taking him away to give him a new life. He wasn't meant to die here let alone in this way, but he chose to change his and all of your fates by sacrificing himself to stop Carnage." Web stated surprising the others.

"What was supposed to happen?" Cap asked and Web smiled sadly.

"Carnage would have killed a few of you before Strange used the Time Stone to make it so the stones weren't with Carnage any longer. Then you would have knocked out Stark when he tried to use them to destroy Carnage and then used them yourself. Then life would have continued as it had with the team mourning your loss and trying to live up to your example. Then in 2199 you would be resurrected for the purpose of leading the next generation of Avengers." Web explained since there was no harm in telling them of a timeline that didn't occur.

"So you're going to bring Peter back to life?" Blackcat asked hopefully.

"In a manner of speaking yes, but not in the way you are thinking." Web stated making many frown as Venom came up.

"You're going to put him into another universe entirely. One that has lost its spider." Venom stated surprising the others as Web nodded.

"Yes, there must always be a spider." Web stated cryptically.

"Hey! Just what the hell are you both talking about?!" Luke Cage demanded wanting to know why one of his close friends was being taken away.

"They're talking about the Web of Life." Tony stated seriously making many look at him.

"The what?" Silver Sable asked and Tony sighed.

"It's something Peter told me about once. Apparently just like the Infinity Stones bind our universe together, there's a web that connects the multiverse together and it requires someone connected to it in order to keep the balance of the multiverse and they're called spiders. If one of the spiders dies before a replacement is ready, then the multiverse starts to unravel. Web here can see that web and can help maintain it, which is why she was helping Peter when she could." Tony stated staring at Web, who nodded.

"Yes, another universe has lost it's spider and thus is going to become unstable. Peter here is the best choice to replace him. However, I fear he will meet a similar fate because of his condition." Web stated making many frown.

"His condition?" Black Widow asked in confusion.

"Yes, Peter was slowly losing his connection to the Web of Life because he was pouring his efforts and power into training Spider-Woman, Spider-Girl, Spider-Gwen, and Scorn thus transferring his connection to them. While he will gain a new connection in the new universe, his powers will be weakened for a time and his potential will have to be unlocked again." Web stated making them frown, "Even if he were to unlock his powers fully again, there are threats in the universe he will go to that make those you've faced look like children throwing a tantrum." Web stated making their eyes widen while Venom rose up to eye level.

"Use me as a catalyst then." Venom stated getting a raised eyebrow from Web and confused looks from the others, "I know how you operate, you came here to see if anyone here could give something to Peter to aid him. Strip me down to the bare essentials and make me into a pure symbiote for him to handle the transfer." Venom stated staring at Web.

"If I do this, you'll cease to exist, whatever you will be, it will not be Venom." Web stated and Venom just looked at her. "It will be painful, worse than any sound or fire you've encountered." Web stated and Venom continued to stare at her.

"Am I flinching?" Venom asked staring at Web who merely nodded in acceptance before she snapped her fingers and Venom was compressed into a ball before light encompassed him and there was an unholy scream of pain from the ball before it suddenly silenced and the light faded and revealed a silver symbiote hovering there.

"This shall do." Web stated as the Symbiote sat there waiting.

"What happened to him?" Luke Cage asked and Web turned to them.

"As I warned him, when he was stripped down to the base he was removed from existence while his form was reduced to its base. With it in this form, it's adaptable to Peter himself meaning it will essentially be Peter himself so he will have full control from it." Web stated as the Symbiote merely sat there. "Now comes the other part, will any of you contribute to Peter's capabilities? He will be gaining something from other warriors that have given their lives for the greater good, but it may not be enough." Web stated and Wolverine walked up.

"I'm in. Kid could use a better healing factor with all the shit he gets into." Wolverine stated knowing from a few times he got Peter to the hospital that the kid had been in more than his fair share of fights and the injuries that came with it.

Web nodded before the Symbiote latched onto Wolverine for a minute or so before leaving him.

Iceman then stepped up, "I'm in, Peter always said he thought his powers were weakened against ice, so if he has my powers he can stand up to it." Iceman stated as he walked up and the symbiote latched onto him.

Johnny Storm then stepped up, "Symbiotes are weak to fire and sonic pulses, so if that Symbiote takes some of my power, then Peter has one weakness removed or reduced." Johnny stated knowing that he had burned himself out, pun intended, during the first wave of the battle as he had blasted as many of the Symbiotes as possible to burn them out of existence.

Tony then stepped up, "Can this thing take on intelligence?" Tony asked and Web nodded before Tony looked to Mr. Fantastic, AntMan, and Dr. Doom, who nodded and walked up before they stuck their hands out. Peter's intelligence was incredible, but combine it with their own? His intelligence could be beyond superhuman.

Strange then stepped up as well, "Peter had a mind of science, but he also understood the mystic arts too." He stated simply letting the Symbiote take on some of his magic and knowledge to pass onto Peter.

Slowly more of the others came up to contribute at least something to aid Peter in his new fight, even Thanos allowed the Symbiote to take on some intelligence and his strength.

Web only smiled through it all, proud of how many people Peter affected positively as even his enemies stepped up to add to it. There was also the fact that there were many complimentary powers such as Doctor Doom, Storm, and Thor adding pieces to electrical powers or Captain America, Black Widow, Iron Fist, Dare Devil, Hawkeye, and others adding Martial Arts. The only one saddened in this was MJ due to the fact she had nothing to offer Peter for the Symbiote as she was an ordinary woman who loved an amazing man.

(Do not fret, Mary Jane Watson, there is something you can do to help Peter). Web stated within MJ's mind making her blink.

(What? What can I do to help?) MJ asked wanting to do SOMETHING to help him.

(Peter will need someone to help keep him stable and adjust to the new world. Someone that can love him and be there for him no matter what). Web stated sensing MJ's surprise and joy, (However, you must understand that Peter will be different compared to how he was here). Web stated making MJ frown in confusion. (The different personalities from the people will conflict slightly until the Symbiote balances them and fuses them with Peter's. This is going to be done because there will be times Peter will need to be ruthless, cunning, and brutal and not be how he was here. His uncle dying in front of him set off a chain of events that turned Peter into the respected and loved hero that he was, that will not change but he will be willing to unleash his more… animalistic side when necessary and the powers he is gaining will only amplify that. What it boils down to, Mary Jane, is that Peter may be more… dominating and ruthless in addition to his normal mannerisms that you've seen and experienced, though not so much when it comes to combat). Web stated making MJ fight down a blush at some of the… implications she was talking about.

(So, what? He'll be meaner or just more assertive with me and others?) MJ thought and Web gave an amused glance at her.

(You know what I mean, Mary Jane, though you'll be happy with it from what I understand of some of your honeymoon nights). Web replied as MJ twitched slightly as she was trying to block out the multiple moments of passion from coming into her mind as it wasn't necessary right now.

(I see, but…) MJ thought was she looked to the other women looking on in heartache that Peter was leaving. (Am I the only one?) MJ asked and Web merely cocked an eyebrow.

(Are you suggesting you'll share him?) Web asked and MJ bit her lip.

(It's just… Peter endured so much and likely will be enduring more… is it too much to ask that he get as much happiness as he can? As much love and affection as he can? Why does everyone else get to be happy and loved while he has to sacrifice everything time and again?! Is that fair?!) MJ asked and Web gave a small smile.

(No child, it's not fair, but you must understand that if I do this it could expand to other women as well. There's no real way of knowing how many may feel a connection of some sort to him nor how many may fall in love with him. Can you handle being one of a crowd that loves and cares for him that will get his attention in return? Can you handle that there will be times he can't give you as much attention as you want? There will be no reversing it should you agree, if you feel disheartened or left out you will have to work it out with Peter and the others, not lash out and try to stop the others from having their time with him). Web stated wanting to be clear that there was no do overs, whatever happens would happen and she had to accept how it went.

(I understand, I want this. I want Peter to be surrounded by people who will love and support him. If he has a hundred women, then fine so long as they truly do love, respect, and care for him. I can take it, because I know Peter would NEVER knowingly neglect anyone for any reason. If you can think of a reason why Peter doesn't deserve this then tell me right now!) MJ replied and Web was silent before giving her a smile.

(Very well child, I will do this, but remember that you wished for this. Once Peter is ready to be placed into the new universe, I shall contact you again, but do not inform the others. I shall do that in due time so they may make preparations for their departure.) Web instructed and MJ gave a mental nod.

(I understand, though I wish I could tell them so they wouldn't have to suffer as long.) MJ replied and Web nodded.

(I know, but for now it is necessary.) Web stated before breaking the connection. "I thank you all for your gifts, Peter will need them for the coming conflicts he will face. Now I must take and prepare him to handle both the Symbiote and the powers of others." Web stated before she was gone leaving them all standing there.

"All right, we still have a job to do, let's start cleaning up and then honor our fallen friend, may he have happiness in the new life." Cap stated making them all nod since they still had to protect the world and carry on Peter's work.

Only MJ wasn't depressed through this though she still felt saddened due to having to wait an unknown time and basically lie to the girls. However, she knew it would be worth it in the future, "I'll see you soon, Tiger." MJ thought with a small smile as she started helping the others.

UNKNOWN LOCATION

Peter groaned as he sat up off the ground and looked around to see that he was in a blank area. "Okaaaay, am I in purgatory?" Peter asked as he looked around.

"In a manner of sorts." Web stated as she appeared before him. "You are dead, but not in the afterlife." Web stated and Peter sighed.

"What? I'm now being punished by not being allowed to go to the other side and see my family?" Peter said dejectedly and Madam Web shook her head, though she couldn't blame Peter for being that way after everything that had happened to him.

"No, at least not entirely. This is not a punishment, unless you see it as one." Web stated making Peter look at her in confusion, "Another universe has lost its connection to the Web of Life, we need you to fill that role." Web stated making Peter frowned.

"So I'm going right back into the thick of it, huh?" Peter asked and Web sighed.

"Yes and no. You don't have to be a hero if you don't want to, Peter. Your life is yours to do with whatever you want. I am merely making the offer and offering to grow your powers if you want, as the new universe will be immensely dangerous, but you don't have to be anything more than Peter Parker if you don't want to." Web stated and Peter chuckled slightly.

"You know me better than that, I'm never out of the fight. I have powers that others don't for a reason, it's my responsibility to use them properly. Sitting on the sidelines not helping when I'm perfectly capable of doing just that isn't taking my responsibility seriously." Peter stated as Web gave a small smile.

"Then you accept?" Web asked to get his confirmed consent and Peter nodded. "Very well, Venom has already become a catalyst for your powers and body to grow thanks to your comrades back in your world giving sampling's of their own capabilities to bestow upon you, but even that may not be enough. Hence, why we are here at the moment." Web stated making Peter frown.

"And what is here exactly?" Peter asked as Web folded her hands.

"A realm between realms. A place that can be used for a variety of purposes, like increasing your power." Web stated as she snapped her fingers and hundreds of thousands of rows and columns of spectral bodies appeared and a console rose up in front of Peter. "Each of these forms represents a person of the multiverse that may have something of interest to you. You may pick anyone from these, though be warned that some of these people had to unlock their potential and you will have to do the same. Choose wisely as I cannot say how many you will be able to choose." Web stated as Peter frowned at that information.

"Geezus, just what kind of world am I going to?" Peter asked himself as he approached the console and watched as it lit up and gave a display before him for the different people. It even had a section for confirmed choices and bookmarks to come back to.

The problem, was that he had no idea where to start. Millions of choices and possibilities, there was just no real way to pick how to start. Luckily, there was a random option and it sent him to a random person to look at.

"Hmm, Ben Tennyson. A normal human with the galaxy's greatest weapon, the Omnitrix. Capable of turning into any of over five billion different species with different strengths and capabilities. However, limited time allowed for the forms until master control is unlocked, even then only one alien at a time but capable of switching." Peter read before seeing some data of the item and frowned before shaking his head. "Tempting, but that bright green flash and the fact the Omnitrix isn't very subtle won't help me, plus I could lose a transformation due to being knocked out. There's also the fact that I may not be able to use other capabilities I have with some of the aliens and that would limit me." Peter decided as he kept cycling through different people bookmarking some and moving away from others.

Some proved highly useful and he moved them to the bookmarks while others weren't that useful in the long run or had powers that seemed WAY too fucking dangerous to use.

After a few hours, or at least what felt like hours, Peter looked at his finished list and went over mentally what each offered as well as their uses to make sure there wasn't one he wanted to switch out.

Kratos: The Ghost of Sparta and God of War.

A master of war and combat combined with godlike strength, durability, healing, and an array of weapons and gifts from Titans and gods alike.

Yusuke Urameshi: The descendant of the Demon King of War and Spirit Detective.

A boy born with tremendous spiritual potential that only increased further each difficult battle. Was even able to keep his spirit and demon energy at the same time, even learned to mix them.

Ainz Ooal Gown: Undead Overlord and "God-Tier" magic user.

Originally an RPG character that was built up and upgraded for years until the creator found himself fused with his creation somehow and took up the name Ainz Ooal Gown to honor the guild he and his friends made. Capable of using magic classified as being godly level and can do so in multiple ways and styles and having knowledge of some professions to make high tier items.

Son Goku: The Saiyan warrior of Earth who apprenticed under a God of Destruction.

An alien warrior raised on Earth the quickly became one of, if not the, strongest mortal fighters of his universe. Capable of utilizing Ki, a physical energy that's uses are limited by the user. Such uses include making clothing, energy attacks, enhancing speed, strength, and stamina, and even more. Also has a list of transformations that boost his power by leaps and bounds beyond the base power.

Son Gohan: Half breed Saiyan and argued to be the Saiyan with the most potential.

Son of Goku, gained his own unique "form" that surpassed SSJ3 of Goku and was capable of keeping up with Goku's SSJ God form. Plus, he was among the top three smartest people of his universe, so that could only benefit Peter.

Commander Jaxon: The First Level 5 Agent of the Agency to exist.

A bioengineered super soldier that was capable of evolving the more he pushed himself in different fields. Jaxon was just further valuable because of the fact he broke the normal limitations and made it to Level 5, something that the Agency scientists thought was impossible, both to achieve and for any of the candidates to survive experiencing so who was to say there was no level 6 or beyond?.

Korra: Avatar of the elements and bridge between the physical and spiritual world.

A young woman that was the most recent reincarnation of an entity called the Avatar: a person who is supposed to keep the countries in peace and harmony along with balancing the mortal and spirit worlds. Her predecessor Aang was an option, but Korra had all of his knowledge and expanded her bending knowledge further as she could Blood Bend and Metal Bend with the other lesser known forms being available too.

Cole, the Electric Man/Demon of Empire City/the New Beast, MacGrath: Prime and alpha level conduit.

A simple man who learned the hard way that he was a conduit, an alternate term for mutants in his world only they had to have specific circumstances to trigger their powers. Coke had a mastery of electricity that Peter had never seen, even Thor could learn a thing or two from the guy and it was only further enhanced by him gaining Ice and Napalm, but that was only a tip of the iceberg. Apparently his world had two primary forms, Cole as a self-sacrificing hero and one where he got the powers of John White aka The Beast, which amplified Cole's powers a hundredfold and gave him the power to activate other Conduits. Peter was getting both sides of the guy so it was an easy choice.

Delsin Rowe: Prime and alpha level contduit.

Another Conduit, but he was caused by Cole's sacrifice as he basically covered the world in the energy needed to activate a Conduit. Delsin was a unique one in that he had powers similar to Rogue in that he took on powers and saw memories of any other Conduit he touched, his powers weren't identical to what the user was capable of but they were impressive and powerful nonetheless. Like Cole, Delsin also had a diverging path though it wasn't as extreme as Cole's.

Roxas: The Nobody of the Keyblade Warrior Sora and warrior of light.

A being of Nothingness created when a person loses their heart to darkness, but Roxas was unique in that he was a Nobody of the Keyblade Warrior Sora. The Keyblade being a unique weapon that can open or shut any lock and the only thing that Heartless, creatures of darkness that consumed hearts to make more Heartless and Nobodies by extension, were afraid of. Roxas was further unique as he had two keyblade's and had an array of light magic in addition to the spells, skills, and abilities that Sora had.

Jedi Master/Darth Revan: A master of the force, lightsaber combat, and commanding troops as well as being able to create bonds with people.

A prodigy among those who could use/access the cosmic energy/entity known as "The Force" and a natural born leader able to inspire thousands or demoralize millions. Much like Cole and Delsin, he started as a light attuned person before going to the darker side of things, but he also came back and even found a balance of the two within himself.

Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader: The chosen one of the Force that would bring balance to it and fell to the Dark Side to save his wife before his son brought him back.

A powerful force user and a feared opponent in lightsaber combat. He was even more fearsome as his dark half and it was heavily believed that if he hadn't lost 90% of his body after a fight with his former master that he would be the most powerful force user the Galaxy had ever seen and was an uncontested master of war.

Jedi Master Meetra Surik: The Exile of the Jedi Order.

Meetra was another prodigy of the Jedi and force users, second only to Revan during the first war they were involved in and Meetra was only a Padawan, second from the bottom rank of the Jedi Order, when the war was going on. Like Revan, she found a balance of light and dark and grew in strength through Force Bonds and had five students before she left known space to save Revan and lost her life because of it.

Darth Plagueis the Wise: An uncontested master of the Force and Dark Side to the point he could heal wounds like they didn't exist and even put a stop to death itself.

Peter wasn't naïve or stupid, you couldn't kill off evil and darkness, but you could control your own darkness and unleash it on those deserving it. It was what Revan believed and Anakin did too to a point, but Plagueis was a master of it. He could be the friendliest and wisest person you ever met, but wouldn't hesitate to destroy you if you were an enemy. His extended life and lack of rivals and enemies to fear gave him time to simply immerse himself into the Dark Side and the Force itself raising his knowledge, power, and skills to untold heights.

His knowledge and power plus Anakin raw power and potential combined with Revan's extensive training, experience, skill, and capabilities and Meetra's raw talent? It was a no brainer on Peter's part.

The Fateless One: Universalist of the kingdoms of Amalur, Truesworn of the Warsworn, Chariot of the Travelers, Archmage of the Scholia Arcana, Siege-breaker, and slayer of the dragon god Tirnoch.

A man that could shatter the bonds of fate, a master of different weapons and skills, and and a variety of spells that could change a fight in his favor. His magic combined with Ainz and his strength, speed, and skill combined with his other choices made him an easy choice and that's not even counting his ability to shift/change fate itself.

Mito Uzumaki Senju: Matron of the Uzumaki Clan and Senju Clan, seal mistress, Kage level warrior, and first Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox.

Mito was an interesting choice since she had great combative skills and techniques, but it was her "sealing" arts that got Peter's attention the most. From her memories and skill set, Peter could see numerous advantages and uses for seals both in combat and outside of it. Her medical knowledge was also useful, which was part of the temptation to take Mito's granddaughter Tsunade as a choice since she was a renowned medic, but Peter had decided on others who had healing capabilities since besides healing and so called "super strength" Tsunade had nothing else to offer.

Hiruzen Sarutobi: Third Hokage of the Village Hidden in the Leaves, master analyzer, Jutsu specialist, leader, and proclaimed as "the Professor" and "God of Shinobi" by many.

Hiruzen was useful in his vast arsenal of Jutsu, his skill set being nearly unmatched by anyone, and then his analytical powers on top of all of that. He was renowned for being able to break down and analyze a technique after only seeing it once and even when in his late 70s to early 80s he was able to take on both of his teachers in their prime along with his most gifted student and then defeat the two and severely wound the student.

Madara Uchiha: Clan Head of the Uchiha clan, Rival to Hashirama Senju, and hailed as one of the most powerful shinobi ever to exist and the most powerful Uchiha to ever exist.

The proverbial boogeyman of the ninja world. His power, skills, and talents were surpassed by a VERY small margin of people. The fact he took on and decimated 5 world leader level Shinobi by himself along with an army of various Shinobi and warriors without a great deal of effort was a testament to his capabilities. Then there was his clan's eyes, the ability to analyze, anticipate, and copy whatever they saw was only the beginning once the next stage(s) was unlocked.

Granted Peter had no way to gain the last stage, but he had something to cover the drawbacks.

Naruto Uzumaki: 7th Hokage of the Village Hidden in the Leaves, Child of Prophecy, Jinchūriki and partner of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox.

Naruto didn't possess that many diverse skills, but the sheer amount of chakra and stamina he possessed was ridiculous. Add in that it was possible that Peter could gain the purified chakra of the Fox only added to it. Essentially, Naruto was being used as a lesser trained Anakin since power and stamina lent itself to the knowledge and skills of the others from his world.

Hashirama Senju: Clan Head of the Senju Clan and first Hokage of the Village Hidden in the Leaves, known for his incredible power and his Wood Release.

Hashirama being Madara's rival and equal made him an easier choice, especially when adding in his wood release. However, the real kicker came in the form that combining Uzumaki, Uchiha, and Senju blood could cause the creation of another ocular power called the Rinnegan and that combined with the Sharingan could create yet another form, though it wasn't a 100% guarantee.

Malfurion Stormrage: First and Eldest of the Night Elf Druids and friend of nature.

An elf with a powerful connection to nature and the spirits of the Earth would be helpful in many scenarios, especially when combined with Hashirama's wood release and Korra's connection to the spirit world.

Arthas Menethil: Second among an order of Paladins, First among Death Knights, and the Lich King.

A prince trained from birth to be a warrior, who was then corrupted and became a dark version of his former self before then ascending/usurping the Frozen Throne from his master and declaring war on the world. His holy and unholy powers would come in handy since he could save and heal people or summon the dead to fight for him again if the need arose or even resurrect people within a certain radius. His necrotic powers would also be bolstered thanks to Ainz's powers.

Jaina Proudmoore: Archmage of the Kirin Tor order of Mages, Wizards, and Sorceresses and hailed as the most powerful mage/sorceress in the history of her world.

Jaina had a large array of spells and skills thanks to her training under the last Archmage and then expanding her knowledge through trial and error as well as combat. Mass teleportation, healing magic, combat magic, sensing magical power, and more with her skills combined with his other magic users made things even better especially her mana compacity.

Geralt of Rivia: Biologically and magically enhanced supernatural warrior/hunter called a Witcher.

Geralt had skill, techniques, and mutations to help Peter, but what Peter REALLY wanted from him was the knowledge on various creatures, fighting disciplines, and notable markings of magic or not. Peter didn't know what kind of world he was going to end up in, he didn't know if there was aliens, super powered people, magic, demons, angels, technology, or anything. Hence, why Peter was picking people capable in magic, tech, super powers, knowledge on many subjects, and other things so he was prepared regardless of just what the situation in the world was.

Yennefer: A Powerful and deadly sorceress/witch.

Yennefer was a powerful witch from the same world as Geralt, the two were even on again off again lovers, and as such she had a deeper understanding of magic and supernatural than Geralt, but he knew more about tracking and killing, without spells, than she did.

Triss Merigold: Another powerful and deadly sorceress/witch.

Triss was Yennefer's rival in a sense in that she too was on again off again with Geralt and while Yennefer dealt in more destructive magic, Triss dealt more in lighter forms of magic. Hers could still harm but it wasn't as…. Wide spread as Yennefer's was.

Garret Hawke: A skilled and powerful individual that faced demons, monsters, dragons and more.

Hawke was another unique individual, like Delsin and Cole he had more than one version of himself, but instead of two he had five: A warrior with a great sword, a warrior with a sword and shield, a mage, a rogue that used bows, and a rogue that duel wielded weapons regardless of their type. That many different options was a natural choice, especially if the world he ended up in was medieval and it may still serve uses in a modern one as well.

Legolas: An Elven Ranger that was a master with a bow and a pair of blades.

Legolas' skill with a bow was up there if not beyond Hawkeye's, and that was saying something in Peter's opinion, so combining his skill with his other skilled bow users was a great choice, especially with being able to read and speak Elvish coming in handy if necessary.

Klaus Mikaelson: "Original" Vampire and Werewolf Hybrid.

A witch born as a werewolf and then turned into a vampire by his mother. Enhanced speed, strength, senses, powers, and immunity to what typically harms a vampire with boosted strength and senses from his werewolf half.

Vlad Tepes aka Dracula: The Son of the Devil. Vampire and warrior who sold his soul to save his son and destroy the Ottomans.

The infamous/legendary Vlad the Impaler, only this one did what he did to end wars faster not because he enjoyed it. He then became a transitioning Vampire to stop the Ottomans from taking the young boys of his home, but completed his transition by feeding on his dead wife so he could save their son and people.

His powers were beyond Klaus' vampire capabilities, but he had more weaknesses but put the two together and it was a start for blocking those weaknesses especially with his next two options.

Michael Corvin: Werewolf/Vampire Hybrid.

A man born to an ancient line with an unknown amount of power in his veins. Bitten by a werewolf and then a vampire, he became the first hybrid to ever exist… in his world anyway. Immune to silver and daylight though can still be brought down in certain ways, he was an easy choice when combined with Klaus and Vlad. Plus Michael could change at will, he wasn't a slave to the full moon and healed near instantly depending on the damage.

Selene: Enhanced Vampire/Corvinus-Strain Hybrid.

An old vampire that was Michael's mate and eventually evolved twice: Once through feeding on Michael's ancestor that started the vampire and werewolf lines and the second by going through an ancient evolution process that increased her already incredible capabilities to even higher heights. Like Michael, she heals near instantly depending on the degree of damage and has the same immunities.

Desmond Miles: Assassin, Isu Conduit/descendant, and the Reader.

Desmond's world was chaotic from what Peter saw: two shadowy groups warring for over two millennia to kill the other and obtain Pieces of Eden, artifacts that belonged to a progenitor race that made Humans to be servants. Of course, some of the progenitors were still around and influenced events as they went. For Desmond though, he was a conduit because he had access to more of the DNA from the precursors, also known as Isu, and as such could use the different pieces of Eden with little to no trouble or fear of being harmed from using them. However, his access to the pieces and his reinforced DNA was only the start of what Peter wanted, his bloodline was full of capable and deadly warriors and assassins and through a process/side effect called the Bleeding Effect, he learned and gained all of their experiences, talents, and memories. Him being in a purgatory space to observe and learn an infinite number of timelines only further enhanced this along with his skill "Eagle Sense" that would be valuable to Peter as well.

Layla Hassan: Assassin, Isu Conduit/descendant, and The Heir of Memories.

Layla was a lot like Desmond, only instead of her ancestors she was reliving the times of great and professional warriors. Desmond's ancestors were other things that became assassins and the like, Layla's relived areas were pure bred warriors that took up assassination arts as a means to an end rather than a way of life. The fact she also kept a piece of Eden in her possession for months and apparently had access to others thanks to the warriors she relived, it made it an easier choice for Peter, especially since hers had their own form of the "Sense" that Desmond's did and were able to see through the eyes of their pet birds.

Her joining Desmond on the Purgatory helped feed her more knowledge and skills.

Roronoa Zoro: Master of the Santoryu Sword Style, first mate of the Strawhat Pirates, student of Hawkeye Mihawk, and closest to becoming the next Greatest Swordsman in the world

Peter wasn't that interested in using swords, but he couldn't deny the benefits from getting Zoro as a choice. Slicing a mountain in half, surviving pains and wounds that would kill lesser men, drawing, cutting, and then resheathing his blade faster than the eye could track, and then there was the Haki to add in too.

Peter had considered taking Zoro's captain Luffy as a choice, but he wasn't sure if the rubber powers would make his new electrical powers malfunction or not so he chose to not go with him.

Hawkeye Mihawk: Greatest Swordsman in the world.

Zoro was a great choice, no doubt about that, but the fact that he wasn't at Hawkeye's level spoke volumes especially since Hawkeye trained Zoro for 2 years and was still better than him. His feats with a blade met and surpassed that of Zoro's, so it was an easy choice to pick him especially to have access to knowledge and ways of the sword that Zoro hadn't learned.

Dovahkiin: The Dragonborn of Tamriel, Guild Master of the Thieves Guild, champion of the Daedra, Harbinger of the Companions, Arch-Mage of the College of Winterhold, Listener and leader of the Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim, and slayer of the Destroyer of Worlds Anduin.

A man born with the soul of a dragon and capable of speaking their ancient tongue. On top of that, a supremely gifted assassin, thief, mage/wizard, and warrior. In a sense, he was an alternate version of the Fateless One, but with more types of magic at his disposal.

Dexter McPherson: Prodigy genius and inventor that was doing quantum mechanics and rocket science when he was still in middle school.

This was an easy choice for Peter in all honesty. He knew he was gifted with intelligence, something he was told by many when having discussions with Tony, Banner, Hank, or Reed, but neither he, Tony, Banner, Hank, or Reed were at the level Dexter was at that young age. The kid was making fully intelligent AI, various battle suits, gadgets, energy replacements, and more and he was still in Middle School. By adulthood, he was a taking things further and had essentially become the leader of the science industry and a chief defender of Earth with a mind that no one else could match. Even his nemesis/rival Mandark wasn't able to keep up in a lot of areas and at times stole Dexter's work to further his own.

Lamont Cranston: Vigilante with psychic powers.

Lamont wasn't as impressive in his powers as some others that Peter had met, but that was mainly due to Peter only really knowing level 6/Omega level Psychics/Telepaths, so he wasn't one to judge fully. However, for only having a lower level education on said powers since his teacher wasn't exactly breaking any barriers with his own skills at times, it was a VERY good foundation and indication of what he could be.

Peter would need that foundation and base level form to bridge the gap between his own mind and the powers that Venom no doubt held for him when the Symbiote was attached to him again, especially since Peter didn't know if the knowledge from any Telepaths/Psychics were being transferred through Venom either. So, Lamont was more a stepping stone/level 1 achiever for Peter since he could use Lamont's knowledge and use it to further his way up to his other abilities while using the overlap of knowledge to train and understand it faster.

Talion: Last Ranger of the Black Gate, Banished from Death, Wraith, and Bright Lord.

A man driven by revenge and duty to stop a dark lord from conquering the world and even sold his soul to gain the power to hold back the tides. It wasn't as hard since he had knowledge of how powers of a Wraith worked thanks to a former partner named Celebrimbor.

Celebrimbor: Last of the Great Elven Kings, master of the forge, creator of the rings of Power, and Bright Lord.

An Elven King famed for his crafting ability and skill as well as his archery and skill with a blade. Only problem was that he became the thing he hated when he used his soul as a catalyst to forge a new Ring of Power and as a result he became driven by his base urges and desires losing all empathy, sympathy, kindness, and anything that hindered or did not add to his desire to crush his enemy. His power and skills were complimentary to several of Peter's choices and his smithing and enchanting skills would serve Peter well too.

Danny Fenton/Phantom: Son of two scientists that gained the powers of a ghost by becoming a halfa: one who half ghost and half living.

This was a safety choice for Peter, due to his previous choices having been slain in order to achieve their powers, Peter was using Danny as a base/catalyst to hold their power to stay in that gap between alive and dead rather than being full dead and kept alive by another force/entity. Danny's powers were useful and unique, Peter would NOT deny that, but his main purpose was to stabilize the powers from his other dead/undead choices and he wasn't the only character to be used as such.

Sarah Kerrigan aka the Queen of Blades: Human Psionic turned Alpha Zerg/Human Hybrid turned Zerg primary Xel'naga Warrior.

Kerrigan was an unbelievably powerful Psionic, her world's terms for Telepath and Psychics and it only strengthened further and further with each evolution she went through. Human to Zerg/Human to Human/Zerg to Primal/Alpha Zerg/Human to Hybrid/Xel'naga. Her array of powers and abilities only increased with her power and as such would give another bolster to Peter's mental capabilities.

Sekirei Number 2 Matsu: Alien that has immense intelligence and information gathering skills.

Matsu was another easier choice to take, while Peter knew a decent amount on hacking and bypassing securities when necessary, Matsu put him, Jarvis, Tony, Natasha, and any others he'd seen to shame. The woman could get into any level of encryption there was in a matter of minutes, less if her Norito (a power core she had inside her) was activated by her chosen mate/love. Peter didn't really care if he got the Norito part, but the ease and skill he'd have with computers and bypassing securities would come in handy if he was put in a modern world instead of an ancient one.

While arguably it could be a waste of a choice if it wasn't modern, Peter wanted options that fit either type of world or both and Matsu would definitely come in handy in a modern world even if not so much in an older style one.

Worst case scenario, Peter could take a territory and turn it into that world's version of Wakanda.

Lilith: Alpha Level Siren, bounty and treasure hunter, and leader of the Crimson Raiders

Here was a Psionic/Telepath that came boosted with some other powers of an elemental variety. Though her primary was Fire, she could use electricity, explosion, and caustic types of boosters with her powers while having a LOT of knowledge on guns, shields, and different ways to kill an opponent.

Ranger Walker: Second generation Arkist and last of the Wasteland Rangers.

An Arkist was someone who was buried in an Ark, a subterranean pod meant to keep different chosen members of Humanity alive through a cataclysm. However, to do so meant injecting them with Nanotrites, a variant of Nanites but instead of building breaking down something, the Nanotrites improved and bolstered the user/host. Walker was unique in that he acquired many long forgotten/lost capabilities and weapons and then combined with his elite training and improved nervous system made him the Boogeyman of the Wasteland.

Adam Jenson: Combat specialist from SWAT that was augmented with machine and electronic parts to save his life and enhance his capabilities. Later joined an international unit that hunted down terrorists both augmented and not.

Jenson was a bit of a Jack of All Trades for Peter, if not a bit complicated to get some of the benefits. His various advancements and tech that were part of his body gave a variety of solutions and bolsters to powers and capabilities that Peter had chosen and his detective instincts as well as firearm and bomb knowledge would help too.

Luckily, the problems with him were solved with his final choices.

Alex Mercer: First Evolved, bonded host of the Blacklight Virus, and former Geneticist.

James Heller: Spec Ops Soldier turned Strongest Blacklight Evolved.

Mercer and Heller were Peter's solutions to the augmentation problem he had with Jenson since Peter still wanted to keep his full limbs. From what Peter gathered from them, the Blacklight Virus eventually mutated to the point of absorbing and breaking down metal and other items that invaded the hosts' body. It was shown with Heller since his clothes, metal plating to keep his chest intact after he was initially infected, and the shrapnel he had from some old wounds were assimilated into his body. The Blacklight Virus used whatever it assimilated to grow/mutate the host if they were capable of keeping control of the virus. Heller and Mercer were able to do so, but they couldn't control what the virus did if it left their bodies.

However, they were also used along with Kerrigan's Zerg half to help acclimate Peter's body to the changes and evolutions he would be going through. All of this power compressed into one body even with Venom's help would be a painful and hard experience, but their capabilities to adapt and grow from the introduction of new DNA and stimuli would help ease some of that burden if not alleviate it almost entirely.

The controlling part was what Peter's final choice brought to the table.

Alice: A human infected with a virus that bonded with her on the cellular level and evolved her in multiple and miraculous ways.

Bonding with a virus that was VERY similar to that of the Blacklight Virus had caught Peter's attention and her mental powers were also a benefit. Her blood being unique to bond and mutate the virus to bolster her was a gift to Peter, but combine that with Michael Corvin's, Selene's, Adam Jenson's, Walker's, Kerrigan's, and a few of his other choices' capabilities would mean Peter could very well fully control and utilize all of his powers as he trained without being overtaken by some of the more… negative aspects that came with some of them no matter what Peter tried.

Now, did he still have some weaknesses to be concerned about? Yes, but Peter ultimately thought that was a good thing since that meant people still had a chance if he ever strayed towards a darker path. A countermeasure for himself if you will since Peter had been subject to his powers and body being used for evil purposes, so he wanted a few chinks in the armor that could never be removed entirely that he'd know about and could exploit if necessary. Peter wanted to ensure that he wasn't unstoppable, just REALLY hard to beat.

Peter looked over the list a few more times before nodding in acceptance and confirming his choices causing the console and different bodies to disappear.

Turning to Web, he saw her there with a pleased smile on her face, "With that you are set, all that remains is to grant you your new capabilities along with the Symbiote." Web stated as the Symbiote went to Peter and covered him making Peter grunt as the transfer was hurting like hell.

Once it was done, his new suit was a lot like the armored one his alternate self that was him combined with Tony Stark had, only the lenses were red instead of grey. The webbing design also seemed thicker and darker than it was on him, but Peter wasn't complaining.

Although he was trying hard to center himself, his senses were already going haywire from the different enhancements they were under going and it didn't help that every breath he and Web took was like someone screaming in his ears or that their heartbeats were like war drums in his ears.

"You will adjust in time, your Symbiote will help with that as you and it synchronize more and more until you reach the point that it has bonded with you completely." Web stated and Peter nodded while fighting back the headache that hearing her speak caused.

"Right, so what now?" Peter asked and Web smiled.

"Now it's time for you to go. You'll be dropped just outside a city where you can learn all that you need to from there. What you do from there is entirely your choice." Web stated as Peter nodded, "Best of luck, Peter." Web stated before she snapped her fingers and he was gone.

Web sat there a moment before she frowned and glared to her right, "You've got what you wanted, now begone." Web snarled as a figure stood in the shadows and chuckled.

"Indeed I have, I must thank you for you help in giving me a worthy opponent. Now I just need to wait until he's unlocked his potential and the fun can start." A male voice stated as disappeared in a swirl of fire.

Web merely glared at the spot the man was before sighing, "I hope you can forgive me, Peter, but it was necessary for the good of everyone." Web stated knowing that Peter was going to struggle much more before he could truly relax, but such was the life of Spider-Man and he was needed to stop worse catastrophes from occurring.

She just hoped he was up to the task.

For now, she needed to see Mary Jane.

Hope you all enjoyed the first chapter and I will reiterate: Peter is NOT OP yet, he will become semi-OP as we go but he's never going to one shot Superman in a fight or anything like that. Now by the time he's fully unleashed/unlocked will he be able to beat Superman? Yes, mainly because his magical power will be extreme and when he's exhausted that, he's still got his pure strength and other capabilities while Supes will be tired from the magical pain/damage.

Do I intend for Peter to kill Supes? No, I have no such plans at this time, and when I say at this time it means at this moment I have no intention of killing Superman in any form or shape, but I may have Peter kill a different Superman such as maybe the Justice Lords or the one where Clark actually was raised by Darkseid and he started conquering planets. But as of RIGHT NOW, I have no such plans, but I do keep the options open for later just in case.

Now, if you know someone that you think should have been on the list, then let me know, but don't be surprised if I don't know the person or item that well or that I had a reason for not picking them. I'm expecting some questions on Naruto since honestly canon Naruto sucks compared to others of his universe since stamina, chakra capacity, the rasengan, Sage Mode, shadow clones, and Kurama were all he had going for him since he didn't learn any other Jutsu or truly train in any taijutsu besides Frog Kata. However! His raw power and stamina is mostly what make him a boon since that combined with Madara, Mito, Hiruzen, and Hashirama's skill, talent, knowledge, and power makes it worthwhile.

I will NOT be giving Peter the Sage's power since it was a temporary boost, but as you can guess I worked around some of the walls stopping Peter from getting a good portion of power.

As for why Mito and not say Kushina? Well, all that's said about Kushina's Adamantine Chains is that it was a skill of the Uzumaki clan and that Kushina and Karin were the only known users. Thus, there is no way to prove or disprove that Mito couldn't use the chains, the anime and manga just never mentioned or showed it. HOWEVER, I have always doubted that Mito couldn't do it since I don't see Kushina just "knowing" how to use the chains effectively in combat and knowing how to use them to pin down and capture Kurama indefinitely, thus she had to be trained in how to use them and since Mito was the only Uzumaki in the village, Mito had to either have knowledge of the technique enough to train Kushina or she could use them herself.

For those that will bring it up, no Gohan's note was not a typo. I don't like Super Saiyan Blue or Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan as titles, so the red god form I call "Saiyan God" and Blue I call "Super Saiyan God" and that's what I'll refer to them as from here on out. Also, yes, I know it's likely Mystic Gohan was only keeping up with Goku because Goku was holding back to help Gohan regain his fighting instinct, but still, a few times in that fight Goku looked like he was actively trying.

In case it wasn't clear, I'm trying to keep the powers of the characters chosen to their canon levels, so I don't want to get way into Fanfiction mode and just start giving people powers and capabilities out of left field. HOWEVER, if the person could conceivably/justifiably had/have the power/talent/skill then I will grant it to Peter to unlock/train/build up plus there is the fact Peter can experiment and try to make new things from knowledge that the other characters have.

I also chose characters that compliment what Peter got from his universe while also giving some that stacked to further bolster him and make it easier/more believable to survive in near comic level DC counting the enemies. Plus I needed the power and such because Peter is grey meaning he's going to fight the heroes at times and fight the villains at other times. Now, if there are characters that you are confused on why I picked them, feel free to leave the questions in reviews or PM me, I have no problem talking to my readers so long as they are in fact readers and not haters and flamers posing as readers just so they can curse at me, insult me, and be hateful bigots that get pissed at stupid shit that doesn't matter because they have nothing better to do than make other people miserable so they can feel better about themselves.
