Leaf's Adventure
Summary
"U-um h-hello there. Were you s-spying on m-me?" I asked timidly, as I began getting ready for the day, I was shocked when shaymin tapped it's Poke Ball once more.
The Journey Begins
I awoke early that morning with a small yawn, I then went to take a shower. After I finished my shower and got dressed, I head down stairs as I slid down the banister with a bubbly laugh of joy, as I landed on my feet to the ground. My mom just shook her head with a smile.
"Good morning Leaf, you seam full of energy, have you decided what pokemon you want as your partner?" I nodded with a wide smile as I said.
"Yep, I'm going with bulbasaur!" I said, as my mom nodded in response. Then I though for a moment before I spoke up with excitement.
"I want my first pokemon to be a Pikachu! It's just so cute and it looks strong and loyal to!" My mom laughed at my eagerness as she spoke up once more. "You should eat something first before you head out Leaf." My mom spoke as she handed me two rice balls an a canteen of lemonade. I smiled as I hugged her.
"Thanks mom! I love you, I'll be cack later!" I spoke, as I rushed out the door with a rice ball in my mouth.
I quickly finished my breakfast as I headed inside the lab, of course Garry was already there as usual. I sighed inwardly as I greeted the professor with a bright smile as Gary just huffed and looked away. I just glaired at him as I turned away, then the door opened and Red came running in. I covered my mouth with my hands as I giggled.
"No need to worry! Silly Red, you're not late, we haven't even started yet." I remarked, with a toothy grin as Red gave a relieved sigh.
"Calm down Leaf, would you?" Gary remarked, with an annoyed look as I shot him a glair.
"Come on! You're no fun! Hmph!" I turned away with a huff, as Red just shook his head.
"Okay... Now that we're all here! It's time for you to pick your starter pokemon... Leaf, why don't you pick first." Professor Oak said, with a warm smile. I walked up to the round table as I picked up the Poke Ball on the left.
"Bulbasaur lets go!" I said, as the pokemon appeared in a flash of white light.
"Nice choice Leaf, oh and that bulbasaur is a female." I smiled wider as I spoke happily.
"Oh... girl power, am I right Bulbasaur!" My new partner nodded in agree mint as both Gary and Red picked the other two.
"Hay, Leaf, if we ever battle I'm going to win you know!" Gary boasted, as I rolled my green eyes in irritation, as I received my Pokédex I left the lab as I thanked the professor and said goodbye to Gary and Red.
I ran back to my house with a wide grin on my face, I slowely opened the door as I reached my house.
"Mom I'm back!" I said, as I showed her my poke Balls and Pokédex.
"Ohh and guess what? My Bulbasaur is a girl!" My mom smiled warmly, as she looked down at my new pokemon,
"So I guess you will be head out now am I right sweetie? I'll go get your stuff if you'd like?" I nodded, as I gave a thumbs up in response. Moments later my mom came back downstairs with a yellow backpack and my white hat.
"Thanks mom, I love you... I'l come back if I need anything." She smiled as she adjusted my hair before she put my hat on my head.
"Okay honey! Be safe and don't push yourself to hard okay?" I nodded with a teary smile as I gave her a tight hug. I was nervous to be alone, I was really shy around strangers and I am a mms girl.
"Don't worry sweetie you'll do great! And you can come home any time." I gave a teary nod as I pulled away, my mom wiped away my tears as I sniffed.
"O-okay, I-I'm just nervous and a bit scared." I admitted, with a blush as I wiped my eyes with my hand. My mom smiled warmy as she patted my head, that always calmed me down.
It had been two days since I left home, and I had found a female Pikachu and a female Riolu that had been injured. I had been ready to leave that morning when the two pokemon had ran up to me, Pikachu had climbed on my shoulder while Riolu clung to my leg. Nurse Joy smiled kindly as she spoke up.
"I think they want to go with you miss Leaf!" I smiled, as I pulled out two luxery balls as I taaped both of them, and a ding signaled a successful capture. I had baught exceseries for my pokemon, I put a sapphire blue dress on Pikachu and I had put an emerald green necklace around her neck. For Riolu, I put a sapphire blu necklace around her neck and she was wearing an emerald green dress with white flowers on it, they didn't complain as I thought that they would... but they loved there clothes, I also put a forest green flower pin on Bulbasaur.
It was about a week later when I found an injured Emolga, I quickly rushed to the Pokemon Center and Emolga did the same exact thing as Pikachu and Riolu had don.
And during the night a Shaymin had snuck into my camp and she had head-butted one of my Heal Balls. And when I awoke I let out a startled scream when I saw Shaymin staring at me.
