Before you read this, let me explain several things about this story.

First of all, THIS IS NOT BILLDIP.

Second, this is a gift for the amazing HelpfulApple! Check them out!

Third, this is basically an Undertale/Underverse AU of Gravity Falls that I literally came up with 2 days ago. I may have other one-shots or multi-chapter fics that will continue this, and I might even continue this one a well, so stay tuned!

Stay determined, guys! This is Rated M for a reason… There's some violence and a bit of blood but nothing major. Minor cussing as well.

Lastly, I hope you guys enjoy reading this as much as I did writing this. I know, I'm a complete monster, right?! :)

Finally, after such a long day, Dipper was able to relax, brushing the snow off of his blue jacket and his jeans. Mabel was already in the kitchen trying to successfully cook glitter spaghetti - and she still hadn't gotten any better at it. He instead decided to sit down on the couch as his thoughts raced around, thinking about the Journal, all the timelines. That's when it all flashed back.

Genocide Timeline 213067. Genocide Timeline 213068.

"We'll meet again…"

Genocide Timeline 213069. Genocide Timeline 213070. Genocide Timeline 213071.

"Don't know where…"

Genocide Timeline 213072. Genocide Timeline 213073. Genocide Timeline 213074. Genocide Timeline 213075.

"Don't know when…"

Genocide Timeline 213076. Genocide Timeline 213077. Genocide Timeline 213078. Genocide Timeline 213079. Genocide Timeline 213080.

"But we'll meet again…"

Genocide Timeline 213081. Genocide Timeline 213082. Genocide Timeline 213083. Genocide Timeline 213084. Genocide Timeline 213085. Genocide Timeline 213086.

"Some sunny day…"

Calm down, Dipper, he tried to tell himself. Calm down. But he couldn't stop counting.

Genocide Timeline 213087. Genocide Timeline 213088. Genocide Timeline 213089. Genocide Timeline 213090. Genocide Timeline 213091. Genocide Timeline 213092. Genocide Timeline 213093.

Stay awake.

Mabel walked out of the kitchen. "Hey, Dipper, I made some spaghetti! I think it's better this time. Tastes good to me! Do you want some?"

Genocide Timeline 000001.

"It's just the beginning, kid."

Before his sister could react, he shot up from the couch, blindly running through the halls, knocking the plate Mabel was holding in her hands over as he tried to get to his room before it happened.

Stay awake!

Genocide Timeline 000036.

"I'm a being made of pure energy, more powerful than the Axolotl himself. You can't stop me!"

"Dipper! Dipper, are you okay?!"

He slammed his bedroom door, barely able to breathe.

STAY AWAKE!

Genocide Timeline 000768.

"Reality is an illusion."

And he blacked out.

"Pine Tree."

His head whirled around as that seducive voice echoed everywhere around him in that pitch black void. No! No, no, no! Not again, not again!

"You know you can't hide from me, Pine Tree."

At this point, he was heavily breathing, running for what felt like forever, trying to find a way out. The floor suddenly vanished - disappeared - and he started falling through the void and down. He heard the sound of the wind whirled past him and his clothes and hair whipping around, even though wind didn't even exist here… He closed his eyes, as if awaiting impact.

It never came.

His eyelids slowly cracked open, realizing that he was floating. A blue glow surrounded him.

Bill.

He tried to move, he really did - but he was frozen in place. He cursed out loud to himself, before he was unexpectedly released, and fell to the ground, which wasn't far from his feet, with a thump and a yelp. He stood up, but before he could even take a single step, he heard a familiar voice that was way too close - at least for him, anyway. The guy was literally traumatized, so he always thought Bill was too close.

"Found you."

He gulped down thickly, telling himself in his mind everything would be okay. But honestly? He was scared. A glint of fear was in his eyes. Adrenaline pulsed through his veins. His hands were already sweaty. Every breath he took in and drew out was shaky. He wanted to scream, but couldn't. He stayed silent.

"Look at me."

He didn't want to, but he did anyway. Because if he didn't, his sister would be killed. He couldn't go through that again… So he turned around to face him, lifted his head and shifted his gaze to look uncomfortably at the blonde.

"It's so easy, Pine Tree." He saw the reflection of something metallic in his hand. "Peace? Really? You're still hoping for a silly, pathetic pacifist timeline, for your little happily ever after with Shooting Star? Who said you needed anyone?"

Sh*t. He needed to wake up.

"All you have to do is grab the knife…"

He started walking towards him, that sly smile on his face. He couldn't even run. Dammit, he couldn't run! He lightly grabbed Dipper's wrist, straightening out his fingers and placing the knife in his hand, folding them back so he gripped it. He really didn't want to hold it - it felt foreign, it felt wrong, because it was wrong. But he didn't let it go - he couldn't let it go - out of trembling fear.

"Aim it…"

Bill slipped behind him, arm extending to place his hand over Dipper's, making him lift up his arm as if he was instructing him how to properly use the knife. Like how a mother would place their hands over their child's when teaching them how to knead dough at such a young age.

God, his hand was shaking so much

He slid his hand off, then walked around again to stand in front of him, lifting his chin to make him establish eye contact. Wait, what was he doing?

"And then you make the kill."

Then something totally unexpected happened.

Before he even knew what was going on, Bill had forced his hand to move towards his stomach - not his chest, he still wanted him alive - and the knife pierced his flesh. Immediately his knees gave out from underneath him and he let out the most agonizing scream he'd ever let out in his whole life. The blood dripped down onto the floor. The pain was unbearable - it was something he shouldn't even be able to feel in the Mindscape. His fingertips fumbled over the black handle, but he was too weak to pull it out of him. Eventually, his yelling died down as his throat burned.

"All you have to do is shake my hand and it'll all be over, Mason." Bill said as he crouched down beside him, pulling the knife out and tossing it over his shoulder as if it was just a simple toy. He heard the sound of the blade skidding across the floor.

"N- no…" he managed to croak out as he stared up at him hopelessly, still scared for his life, for his survival, for his soul. He knew that Bill wouldn't kill him, but…

Or would he? Bill wouldn't kill him, right? Right?

"No?"

He started laughing hysterically as if he were a psychopath - which, in Dipper's opinion, he was.

"Since when were you the one in control?"

The words hit him so hard. Because he was right.

Every time his sister always died in the end.

Every time, everything was erased, reset, and everything happened all over again.

Every. Single. Time. Bill. Won.

His HP started to decrease at Bill's will, making him even weaker, the numbers going down slowly but surely. His whole body felt numb at this point.

"You really have no choice, after all."

It stopped right when his HP was at one. That was the furthest he could go - to make him weak enough to not be able to resist, to fight back, but not kill him. Bill grabbed his hand, forcing him into the deal as the cobalt flames shone in the dark. He whimpered - swear to f*cking God, actually whimpered.

"Pleasure doing business with you, Pine Tree."

He shot up, awake, startled. He trembled, looking at his hand.

It couldn't be…

There was a knock at the door.

"Dipper, are you okay?"

He didn't reply. He wanted to say yes, to tell her everything was fine, but he didn't have the strength to lie anymore. He looked at his stats. His soul was still filled with determination, that was good. Then his eyes trailed over something...

HP 1/1

Wait, what?!

One out of one?!

He heard his sister continue to try to lure him out, but she eventually sighed and gave up.

F*ck. What was he going to do?!

Had he really just been forced to make a deal with Bill…?

His life was about to become a living hell. As if it wasn't already.

"I'm sorry, Mabel…"

That evening, there was a significant change in the timeline that King Stanford noticed.

Pacifist Timeline 376928 changed to ERR_03_.exe. Whatever that meant.

He opened the file and was met with this bullsh*t:

Greetings, Sixer! Did ya miss me?

His eyes widened. Did Cipher, his old arch-nemesis (who he thought was gone for good), hack into the base and somehow get access to the Omega timeline already?!

Listen, buddy. Remember when I told you that you needed to get those two souls and you refused?

Wait a minute…

Didja ever care to check up on Pine Tree?

I was so excited as I was writing this, but at the same time I was going, "what the f*ck?"

Honestly, I don't even know anymore. I think I may have lost my sanity ._.

Reviews and criticism are welcome!
