Easter Jam
"Cas, I'm in a bit of a jam," cried Dean immediately on Castiel answering the phone. "This guy in a rabbit suit got the jump on me and tried to hop away with all the chocolate I bought for Sam."
Castiel made a sound of surprise. He wasn't sure which was more unlikely; Dean buying candy for someone else, or someone mugging him for it.
"It's one of the few times of the year he ever eats the stuff and he's always so egg-cited," chuckled Dean. "It really brings him out of his shell."
"But Sam..." groaned Castiel with a sinking feeling that was not helped by the puns.
"Yeah, how was I to know he was visiting sick kids in the local hospital?" retorted Dean. "Anyhoo, so I may have accidentally laid him out and locked him in the trunk..."
"It's unseasonable warm today," Castiel interrupted.
"Tell me about it! Now I've got a chocolate-coated, hot cross bunny to deal with."
"And you don't want anything messing up the Impala's interior," said Castiel, realization dawning on him. "Don't worry, I'll hop right to it," he added wearily.
Dean's matching sigh was one of relief. "You're a good egg, Cas."
