A simple idea I got about a week after watching Godzilla Vs. Kong. I thought it was a great movie, though I was a little disappointed in how the movie treated the "Kong" fans, which kind of inspired me to make this short story in which Godzilla's depicted as an egotistical idiot. I also haven't forgotten my Zero's Dinobot story, but as I told some readers of mine life has been difficult lately and I just don't have the time or even muse to work on a larger story right now. How Godzilla Saved Kong
Somewhere out in the sea by Japan rested the King Of The Monsters; the Alpha Titan, Godzilla on a; at least for him, small stretch of sand. He didn't know where to attack next or truthfully if there even was a place he needed to attack. So he simply chose to lounge on the small beach he found and take a nap.
"Godzilla, Godzilla!" a voice shrilled waking Godzilla.
Trying to keep the sand from blowing into his eyes Godzilla saw the red Titan Rodan land. "What do you want Rodan?" Godzilla asked, still not having forgiven him for siding with Ghidorah.
"I just saw Kong leave his Island," Rodan said.
Godzilla simply rose an eyebrow confused on how the none aquatic or flying Titan could leave his home, but disregard it. "So what does that matter?" Godzilla asked.
"The humans forced him on a boat and he was in chains," Rodan answered. "He's a prisoner of the humans!"
"What? How dare they do that to our monkey!" Godzilla roared in outrage at the treatment of one of his Titans.
"So what are we going to do?" Rodan asked.
"I'm going to save the monkey," Godzilla answered. "While you tell the other Titans to stay out of this while I show the humans my displeasure."
Tasman Sea
"Have no fear monkey, I Godzilla the beloved Alpha Titan have come to save you," Godzilla yelled as got up on the boat that currently held Kong.
Kong ignoring the monkey comment simply looked around at all the pointless destruction. Seeing the nearly capsized boat that holds his friends Kong then turned back to face Godzilla.
"Hey that's a pretty big fist big guy, whatcha do with it?" Godzilla asked confused.
Godzilla was only answered with a fist to the face.
