Ryu, focus! I told my host before he snapped his head to the front of the classroom, where the teacher stood with a paper in hand.
"And team four consists of the following names," the teacher said before drying his throat, "Kushina Uzumaki, Mebuki Haruno "
I already feel bad for her teammate, Ryu told me as Kushinal stood and turned her head around.
"and Ryu Uchiha! Now tea..," Well, you jinxed it, I told him as I dodged the storm of cusses in his head.
"Woohoo!" Kushina exclaimed as she turned to my host, "We're in a team, Ruchi!"
Ryu tsked before raising his hand. The teacher stopped mid sentence and said, "Yes Ryu?"
"I object to this arrangement. I demand to be in another team!" Ryu said.
"And what the hell's wrong being in my team?!"
"If you have any objections, take them to the Hokage," the dead eyed teacher drawled, "he's the one making the teams."
Ryu gritted his, breathed in and took down his hand. The teacher nodded in satisfaction before continuing to list off the teams. When he was done, everyone went to their fellow teammates.
*Stomp Stomp*
Oh, here comes the demon, I whispered before creating a couch and slouching on it to watch the incoming show.
"What the hell Ruchi?" Ryu put his tongue between his teeth before turning to the redhead.
"What do you mean Kushina?" he said with a smile.
Instead of answering, Kushina went behind his desk. She sat with her back straight and palm on the back of her hand like Ryu does, and then raised her arm, "I objECt this arrangeMEnt!" she said, cracking her voice.
"I don't spEAk like that!" Ryu said, his cheeks reddening.
"Yes yOu Do," she answered, before giggling. She sighed before saying, "Jokes aside, why did you object to it, Ruchi?"
God help me, Ryu prayed, before opening his eyes, "First of all, my name's not Ruchi, it's Ryu, second of all, you'd just stand in my way," Oh, that was kinda dickish of you, "and third of all, you're annoying."
"How dare you!" Kushina screeched, making my ears hurt "Stand in your way? I'm stronger than you!"
She's got a point there, I said.
"It doesn't matter if you can't smartly use your strength!" Ryu slammed the table.
Kushina's body shook and her face reddened, but before she could answer, the door was slid open before two bodies walked in.
Oh wow, I thought as I stared at the two sannin, they're hot.
Before Jiraiya could do his introduction, I took over Ryu's body, before standing and asked, "Which one of you is going to be team four's teacher?" I asked because of course, we would get a sannin to be a teacher of ours.
Tsunade and Jiraiya glanced at each other and whispered to each other. Tsunade took a step forward and said, "Members of team four, follow me," before she turned and walked out.
"Alright Mebuki and Kushina, let's go," I said as I followed our new teacher and gave control back to Ryu.
The group sat in a half circle in front of Tsunade, who was crossing her arms and leaned at the handrails on the ceiling before she opened her mouth, "Now then, I believe you all know who I am, but still, I'm Tsunade Senju, I like to plant and study medicine and my goal is to revolutionize the medical field," she uncrossed her arms and put her hands on the rails before nodding at us, "Your turn."
The group of eleven year olds looked at each other before Kushina and Ryu stared at Mebuki, who jerked in surprise and turned her head to Tsunade. Tsunade raised her eyebrow at her. Mebuki stood before she took a deep breath, "Uhm yes, M-my name's Mebuki Haruno and my dream is to become one of the best medical-nin in Konoha," she said before sitting down.
Is she genuine or kissing ass? I thought before they all turned their heads to Kushina who sat between Ryu and Mebuki.
"My turn then," Kushina stood up and coughed into her hand, "My name's Kushina Uzumaki, my hobbies are seals and practical pranks, my dreams include preventing any harm to befall at Konoha and resurrect the Uzumaki clan."
Boring and generic, booo! I thought as she sat down before everyone set their eyes on us, Make it short and simple, I ordered Ryu.
Ryo nodded inside his head, before using his sword to get up, "My name's Ryu Uchiha and my dream is to have my name written down in the history books." Tsunade tilted her head and I took control, "Don't worry, I'm not going the Madara route, Senju."
Tsunade snorted, "It's Senju or Tsunade-sensei to you brat." I shrugged before giving back control. Ryu sat down as Tsunade pushed herself up and raised her hand which held three bells, Huh?, and said, "This will be your test; every single one of you needs to have a bell before the test ends, or the team will be disqualified. You have until sunset."
Tsunade and we stared at each other, waiting for each other to say something, before Mebuki raised her arm and said, "Does it start now?"
"Ye-," Ryu shinpued, slashing his swords from the side at Tsunade. Tsunade fell backward and hanged from the rails with her feet, making Ryu fall, before he spun and looked up. Ryu felt a pressure on his face before Tsunade was pushed by a wind wave, making the rails break.
The air was pushed out of Ryu's lungs, making his eyes tear. Ryu raised his arms over his head and inhaled before exhaling and repeated before his breath became stable. The sound of explosions made his head turn. Wood and dirt flew in the air. Wait, check if Mebuki is still there! I told my host. He sighed but went up. "Let's go Mebuki, you also need a bell." Ryu turned and flashed away until he reached the battle.
What greeted him was the sight of Tsunade brushing her shoulder nonchalantly, while Kushina's chest heaved and her arms shook. Tsunade looked at Ryu, "You're finally here, huh? That fall did look painful, are you alright brat?"
Ryu ignored her and turned to Kushina, "We have to retreat, Kushina."
Kushina nodded and started running towards Ryu's direction before he flashed away.

I raised my eyebrow when the redhead started running, Well, that's never happened before, I thought as I chuckled and leisurely walked to where I could pinpoint their chakras. Seems the brown haired girl is also there, I noted. I sighed as I contemplated if I should accept sensei's offer.
"What's this?" I asked after I lifted my eyes to sensei.
Sensei merely took a whiff before saying, "Read it and you'll know."
I opened the folder and started reading the papers. I sighed as I put the folder on the desk, "Sorry sensei," I shook my head, "I don't think I'm ready to teach anyone," I said, "and I'd rather not deal with an Uzumaki and Uchiha, I don't think I would be able to control my temper with these two."
Sensei exhaled, "Very well Tsunade, I'll respect your decision," I nodded in thanks and was about to move my leg, "but before that, read this," he said as he handed me a piece of paper this time.
"And what is this?"
"A draft for next year's budget," he said before exhaling another puff.
I raised my eyebrow and read it, feeling shocked when I reached the medical and hospital part. I put the paper down, "What do you want in return?" I asked, "Are you really going to double the funding if I take these tw-,"
"Three."
"Three as my students?"
"I'll triple it if they become chunin before the year ends."
"Why?" I asked, the feeling of uncertainty making my hands damp.
"Ryu Uchiha," sensei began, "he's a prodigy and the son of the clan head."
The penny fell and my mouth made a circle, "You want him under the village's direct control, I get it."
Sensei smiled, "I'm glad you've kept your wits about you."
I jumped away before red flashed at the place I was at. A dust storm exploded, covering my eyesight and I was assaulted by the girl. I evaded and deflected every hit before I ducked under the swing of the sword behind me and spun and hit the aggressive boy with my elbow and palmed the side of the girl.
Spit flew from both of them, I expected better tha-, before I could finish the thought, the feeling of flesh on my elbow disappeared. I twisted my head to see his face, only to be greeted by a cloud.
The sound of a needle flying pulled my attention, alas it hit the bells before I could move my hand. The redhead noticed the bells and snapped her hands at the same time as I did. Something brushed against my leg before I saw the Uchiha in my periphery with his eyes closed, probably to protect them from the dust, before he turned and jumped.
He jumped towards my hand instead of the bell, catching me by surprise while the redhead caught the bells and ran past me before he released my arm and ran to the girls. The trio took each one of the bells for themselves. The brown haired girl hugged the bell close to her and shed tears of happiness, the Uzumaki laughed and cheered and the Uchiha guffawed while pointing at me.
My eyebrow twitched, "Alright brat, don't confuse your luck for genuine talent," I said while brushing my legs and shoulders.
"Yeah, yeah," the brat said as he shook his hand, "I only hear the words of a sore loser."
"Uhm Ryu," the brown haired said, "maybe we shouldn't tease our teacher."
I already know who's my favorite student now, "Congratulations kids, you're my students now." While the other two laughed and jumped, the Uchiha froze, Seems he is smart after all, a smirk appeared before I walked to him and patted his head. I walked past him to the Hokage's office.
"Right," I said while glancing at them from the back, "meet me here tomorrow, same time."

I and the other jounin sat by the table as the Hokage walked to his chair. He pulled the chair back before sitting on it and then took his hat off and put it near him. He took his pipe and put it in his mouth, "Now then, in a numerical order, yes or no; are you taking students?" One and two said yes, three said no, I said yes. I zoned out on five and six, who were before Jiraiya. Jiraiya said yes. When we were done with the counting, sensei asked everyone to leave except for me and Jiraiya, "Now then, how were your teams?"
Jiraiya began by guffawing, being the douche that he is, "They're great sensei! I haven't seen many genins that seemed to already have this deep understanding of each other's strengths and weaknesses, especially Minato." Jiraiya chuckled, "When you told me that he was talented, I didn't know you meant that he was that talented, he even knows how to do a quite few seals."
He seems glad with his team, I thought as a smile crept up on my face.
Sensei chuckled before turning to me, "What about you Tsunade? How's your team?"
"What can I say?" I shrugged, "I've got what we all expect from them, Ryu is arrogant and aggressive, Kushina is a chakra juggernaut and Mebuki, well no actually, "I said, stopping myself from giving an unfair assessment, "she's good for a civilian that doesn't have clan training, but she'll need a strict training regiment to be able to keep up with these two." I scratched my chin and hummed, "Maybe an education in poisons? She's good with needles from what I've seen."

Ryu and I stared at the dark ceiling of our room while laid on his bed before he said, Spirit?
What's up, bro? I answered, enjoying the small twitch of his eyebrow.
Why did you antagonize our teacher?
Well, that's simple, it's fun, I answered.
Ryu clenched his fists, Do you really want to antagonize every sing-
Bruh, take a chill pill, I said, We've got plot armor, we can't die.
What the hell does that mean?! You always say that as if I know what it means!
Basically, I know the future, and if you listen to me, you'll become strong, heck you're already one of the strongest kids in your generation, you're even stronger than your big brother, or am I wrong, kiddo? Heh?
Then why are Minato and Kushina still stronger than me?
They are touched by the gods themselves Ryu, and Kushina is a Jinchurki, but that doesn't matter, just follow my lead and even the gods would tremble by your mere presence, or don't listen and return to the days where even your own parents didn't bat an eye to you.
Okay, okay, I'll listen to you, but do I really have to be friends with Kushina? You said she's a Jinchuriki, aren't those dangerous?
Ryu Ryu Ryu, I said with a shake of my head, I thought I raised you better than this, let go of this prejudice and make sure you stay friends with Minato and Kushina, we're talking about the future Hokage and his wife after all. Trust me, these are good connections to have.
I don't know Spirit, I don't think it's a good idea.
Then don't think, I said, Let me do the thinking, it's worked well so far, right?
I guess so.
No, no, no, you know so.
