This is meant to be an alternate timeline take on Young Justice. Like if a Flashpoint hit Young Justice. I have some ideas for explaining this alternate reality in other works, just look for Flashback in my profile, I do need to put stuff where it's supposed to be.

Young Justice: Flashback

Episode One: Magnanimous Guest

Mount Justice June 9th, 2010

"Mount Justice served us well in the early days of the league. We have called it back into service. We have provided two Javelins and a simulator, Robin is qualified to fly, once he completes the tutorial course. The rest of you will be required to complete a twelve-hour training program, and co-pilot with Robin for four hours before you fly solo."

Robin grinned. His friends seemed equally excited, "How cool is this?" Speedy, Aqua Lad, and Kid Flash were all grinning too.

"I recommend you all log some simulator time today" Flash commented, "If boy wonder is unavailable for a mission you guys are going to regret it. AND they're super fun to fly."

The five of you will be taking on missions covertly.

"Real Missions?"

"The league will handle the obvious stuff."

'Zatara 024, Zatanna B05'

The Zeta Tube fired off delivering, the two magicians into the base. "Ah Batman, Are we late?"

"I'm glad you changed your mind."

"I just hope I won't regret it."

"Woo! Hoo!" The Javelin handled almost as well as the Bat wing. The cockpit reminded him of the old Bat wing. He commented on this to his friends, Wally couldn't help but ask: "What happened to the old one?" "It got blown up by Mr. Freeze, that was like eight months ago."

Zatanna was clearly a roller coaster lover. Robin smiled "You guys whelmed yet?" "Whelmed? What does that mean?"

Robin stopped smiling, "Its uh… Freeze was underwhelmed, Kid was overwhelmed, if you're whelmed, you're just right. It's stupid."

"No, that's funny, I am totally whelmed."

Robin smiled sheepishly.

Kid Flash interjected. "Hey, Robin what's that flashing?" "Radio?" he guessed and pressed the button.

Batman appeared on a holo-monitor. "Robin, a small alien craft just crashed in eastern Nevada, your team is the closest group available-" Robin interjected, "Say hello, see what they want, neutralize if they turn violent." Batman nodded. "Locate and report, it's a statistical fact aliens don't visit earth by accident. Batman out"

Robin set the javelin to the new coordinates. While Kid Flash did a batman impression "Locate and report, I'm Batman, Robin did you wash the Batmobile yet?" Robin punched his lackadaisical friend in the arm. "Shut up"

Zatanna tried not to laugh. "Wait! Does Batman make you wash the batmobile?" Robin didn't meet her eye. "No, not usually, I have waxed it before, he does all the repairs himself, he says 'its relaxing' like most people go fishing or do yoga."

The brunette pondered this new information for a while.

Then Speedy asked, "What kind of alien do you guys think it will be." KF says, "Twenty bucks says we got alien eggs."

Zatanna turned slightly green. "That would be disturbing." Robin smiled again, "I'd be pretty turbed if this turns into a bug hunt." "Nice."

Kid Flash drummed his fingers "I'm going with the tiny dude from Men in Black." Speedy smiled at the reference, "I'll be happy as long as I don't have to look at a giant cockroach."

Zatana "What about Roger's girlfriend, from American Dad?"

The Javelin touched down. "If it's Qurchhh, I'll buy you dinner." "I'm holding you to that," the young magician joked.

Kid Flash laughed "How did you pronounce that correctly?"

The team began to disembark the javelin, "I speak Arabic and Mandarin, I can pronounce anything."

The team examined the round object. It was almost twenty feet long and a dark red color, the crash trail was the only indication that it had a violent landing.

"I don't see any external damage." Speedy commented. Kid seconded, "Me neither. It's weird. It doesn't have any openings or hatches either, maybe it's a bomb?"

Robin shook his head. "Testing negative for explosive materials, there is something moving in their though."

Then the side of the ship opened.

"Hello earthlings." A high, feminine voice called out. The door revealed a short mass of pink hair.

"Oh my god" "quarchk or whatever" The group found themselves dumbfounded.

the mass started laughing transforming into a green skinned girl with red hair and an outfit echoing the design of Martian Manhunter. "I'm sorry I couldn't resist messing with you."

"Ok it's just a Martian. Hi, I'm Robin, this is Kid Flash, Zatanna-" The Martian lit up with excitement "I know who you guys are, I've seen you on TV, you help the Justice League fight criminals." Robin nodded "Yeah that's us, we were sent to see what was up with your crash landing."

"Oh, I'm sorry for worrying you, it's just that I've never made an interplanetary flight before. My ship will be fine, she's just resting, she's been flying non-stop for two weeks."

Speedy interrupted her spiel, "Why are you on Earth?" "Hello Meghan! I'm sorry. I'm not trying to waste your time, I'm here to visit my Uncle Jon. You all know him as Martian Manhunter."

*Surprised Silence*

Kalder spoke up, "Your uncle will verify this I trust?" Meghan nodded, "Yes of course." Kalder continued, "Can your ship follow us east to the New England area?" "Yes, I think so."

Mount Justice

"I don't understand why we need to hide my ship" Kalder explained, "Earth has a number of bad experiences with extraterrestrial visitors, despite the efforts of STAR labs and the green lantern corps. Most people on Earth don't want more aliens here, the official stance on it in America is tolerant if they contribute to the betterment of Earth. Superman and your uncle for example."

Meghan understood "So tourism is frowned upon." Kid Flash wanting to help commented, "Not per say, it's just never happened before. Is anyone else hungry?"

Meghan raised her hand, "I could eat" "What does a Martian eat?"

"It's the same principles as humans, we eat plants that grow underground, oh, we don't have dairy, like milk, that's not a thing on Mars, neither is cheese but I can use my shapeshifting abilities to consume basically anything organic that isn't on fire."

Batman and Martian Manhunter found the team and their guest in the kitchen. Grilled cheese smoothies and a platter of cold cuts. Odd. "Uncle Jon!" Meghan cried with glee. They shared a warm embrace.

Meghan released her uncle and giggled, "I'm sorry I came so early, I didn't mean to cause any trouble." Manhunter nodded and turned to Batman, "Perhaps this timing can work to our advantage Meghan is still an adolescent."

Batman nodded and addressed Robin, "You all seem to be getting along, Meghan will be staying here at the cave if you choose to have her"

The team looked between each other.

"This is going to be A-MAZ-ING"

Short chapter but you get the idea, alternate story. Hope You guys like. I actually rewrote the intro a few times.
