If there's one thing Toro enjoys more than sushi and Hatsune Miku is making friends. Toro also liked when his friends became friends with each other.
Now here's the thing.
Toro and Parappa might be the first cat and dog to become friends since CatDog. Then again, CatDog didn't have a choice. Anyway, Toro and Parappa are friends. Toro thinks Parappa teaching him to rap will make him human. Parappa doesn't mind because he gets to do performances for Toro and Kuro, Toro's boyfriend kinda friend.
Toro and Spike are also friends. Toro read somewhere that hanging with humans will make you human. So that's why Toro and spike hang out. When Toro's not around, Spike teases Kuro for having a crush on Toro. Kuro hates it and has sent Spike to the infirmary twice for cat scratches.
Unfortunately for Toro, Parappa and Spike are not friends. In fact, they're the opposite. It's always arguments after arguments. And sometimes things get handsy. It's making Toro, and most of the other all stars, upset.
Toro and Kuro were in their bed. They had to share a bed because Kuro's cat bed was still in the wash.
"Kuro" Toro said. "I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do plan P"
"Fill Ratchet's room with bees?" Kuro asked.
"No, that's plan Bee," Toro said. "I'm gonna make Parappa and Spike get along"
"Good luck with that," Kuro said.
"I just want my friends to get along," Toro said. "I hate when my friends argue. In the morning, plan P will begin"
The next day, Parappa woke up to a letter by his bed. It said to meet him after breakfast in the break room. Parappa didn't think twice about it and nearly choked from eating too fast before heading to the break room.
When he got there, he saw Spike as well.
"Spike, what are you doing here?" Parappa asked.
"I got a letter saying to meet here at the break room," Parappa said.
"Really? I got one as well" Spike said.
"Who would want to see both of us at the same time?" Parappa said. No response from both of them.
Meanwhile, Toro and Kuro were making their way to the break room.
"Why do you want them to be friends anyway?" Kuro said.
"Didn't you read up? I want my friends to get along" Toro said. "So that way we can all hang out at the same time without any fighting"
He opens the break room door to see Parappa and Spike chatting.
"Grapes are easy to acquire and easy to eat" Parappa said.
"If you say anything else on this topic, i am going to murder you" Spike said. They turn to see Toro and Kuro.
They turned to see Toro and Kuro.
"Did you call this emergency meeting?" Spike said.
"I was doing tasks in O2" Parappa said
"I called this meeting because I want to tell both of you something," Toro said. He inhaled.
"DANG IT WHY CAN'T YOU TWO JUST GET ALONG?!" He yelled.
"What do you mean?" Spike said.
"You're both my friends and I can't stand you two always fighting" Toro said.
"I'm not making alliances with someone who works for Specter" Spike said.
"I told you, I work for chop chop master onion" Parappa said.
"You don't know if HE works for Specter" Spike said.
"Oh this again" Parappa said.
The argument went on for 2 minutes before Kuro silenced the two by running his claws on a chalkboard. Kuro turned to Toro.
" … get the get along shirt," Kuro said.
