Hey there! Happy Easter to all of you guys. I don't know what to do right now, but I thought of making this fanfic here.
This is technically not my first time writing fanfiction, but this is my fist time posting it here.
Yeah this is a rinlen fanfiction, I don't clearly give two shits about you guys saying:"ThEy aRe SiBlINgs" when in reality, they aren't. Yes this is a noncest ship what the fuck are you guys thinking.
This may contain fluff (?) near the end but there is one mystery that you need to solve for today.
Who is the Easter Bunny?
Disclaimer: I do not own Vocaloid, or any of the vocaloids mentioned in this story. Because if I do, I would at least try to make it better, which is something I am not good at due to my lack of knowledge.
It's that time of year again.
Where the Easter Bunny arises from the hidden forests and places easter eggs in different locations.
Well yeah. Yuki's words, not mine.
I am currently watching the others do an egg hunt. Some of them are mercilessly fighting over who would get the pastel yellow egg, the 'rarest' egg I ever heard of in my life.
Everything seemed fine so far. It's just that it's really boring in here.
Len is the only one entertaining me throughout the entire egg hunt. Since he's the one telling me these weird and creepy stories about the Easter Bunny and who's the person behind it.
"...And they say if you follow a familiar pink bunny, " He continued, not knowing that there's a fistfight between Miku and Fukase. Mainly, Fukase, getting his ass beaten by that lady.
I kinda zoned out from what Len was saying, so I didn't know what happened if I- hypothetically - following the pink rabbit around. I guess he caught me zoning out to la-la land for a good few seconds. "Hey! Rin! Are you listening?" He waved a hand at my face, which brought me back to reality.
"Ah! Sorry, Len..." I muttered. He just stared at me and sighed. "What happened to you liking scary stories?" He asked. Does he not realized that today is Easter?
...
Nope. I don't think so.
"Nothing's wrong with it, Len, " I stared "...But I know it's not the to even make these myths about murder and whatnot." He glared at me, and I gave him a heartwarming smile in return.
"...Weren't you... Nevermind"
"Weren't I what? I want to know!" I followed him around to find an answer to what he said. The stubborn shota decided not to tell me and walked off as if nothing happened.
I sighed and decided to go egg hunting with the others.

It was time for us to go gift shopping. As the generous lady I was, I decided to buy everyone chocolate. Everyone except Len. Why would I let him have a treat when all he does is do nothing but grunt, be grumpy, and breathe like any other weirdos do. Not calling those people weirdos, just him.
I was paired up with Una. One of the girls I babysit. Even though she's an eleven-year-old. But I can see why her guardians let me do the babysitting and the discipline to that child. Because she acts like a child.
"Rin, do we really have to go to that place to buy chocolate?" She asked me. I rolled my eyes and kept searching for the right chocolate to give to Gumi and added that to the cart.
"What is it about you and buying chocolate for your boyfriend?" She asked me again. I turned to her with a smile and said, "He is not my boyfriend, Una." And went back to searching for chocolate. Una pouted behind me as I quietly ignored her.
Una ran around me in a circle, asking me the same question over and over again. Hoping that I would get annoyed by her behaviour. But I wouldn't let go of that patience yet.
"I'm done searching for chocolate, Una." I turned to her, hoping that she can finally go to buy whatever. As expected, she disappeared to look for whatever she's buying. Why does this brat go off to wherever she wants to be?
I started to search for her. Looking left and right, checking each aisle, and asking the employees if they have seen her. With my luck, I managed to find her. We bought what we needed and decided to head home to wait for the others.

While everyone was playing some games in the basement, I had the cooking duty. Len is currently baking. Meaning we were in the same room. It feels oddly quiet, but I ignored it and continued to chop the onions. It did sting my eyes, but I still kept going.
"...You doing okay?" Len peered over me, which caused me to jump from that sudden action. I turned to him, my eyes still teary from the onions, and yelled at him. "What the fuck, Len! You don't have to scare me like that!"
"...You're crying."
"That's because I'm cutting onions, idiot."
He stared at me for a good few seconds and then went to some other place. He's an oddball, but that's what I like about him. Not saying that I'm in love with him or anything. I mean, who would like that idiot-
"Len-kun! Onee-san has come to help you with baking-"
*CRASH*
"You saw nothing, Rin," He said. I shrugged and continued to cook dinner for this Easter party. Nothing happened. All we did just ate with the others while having conversations. I don't know what else happened.
What's happening right now is that I am staring at the ceiling, in bed, just thinking about things. I don't even know if I had fun during the entire easter event. All I did was just do nothing but chores.

I sighed. Is that all for today? Just do the chores all day while I watch the others have fun?
It's unfair... I really hate that about some holiday get-together. At least it's not with them. I rolled over to see that same look on his face that I am always greeted with.
"Yo."
"Len, what are you doing here?" I asked in the most polite way possible (that was sarcasm). "Just wondering if you were okay is all," He shrugged. "That's sweet of you. I never knew you were the type to look out for someone he truly lo-"
"Don't finish the sentence."
I smiled at him. I'm just glad that he's around to make my day better. "So, why are you here?" I asked again, just in case. "You seemed to be stressed out over something." "No shit, Sherlock."
Len gave me a small smile, "Is it because it's Easter?"
"Well, well. Did you solve the mystery?" I flicked his head playfully. "Nope. I doubt it," Len answered with a grin on his face which made my stomach flutter. (I know, it's cliche, but who am I to blame?)
"Hey! What happened to the straight-faced shota I knew?" I giggled.
"Didn't I tell you to not call me shota?" Len frowned, which made me smirk at his reaction. "Shota~" I called in a sing-song voice, which ended up with my cheeks being stretched. I yelped im pain, begging him to stop until he eventually did.
"Have you learned your lesson now?" He smiled while I was rubbing my face that has been violated by that kid. I nodded my head slowly.
"You're lying, Rin," Len deadpanned. "I know," I chirped. He sighed and decided to say something. Only to stop and think about what he is doing.
Hah! Now he wouldn't do anything to me this time!
Yeah, I jinxed it.
You're wondering what happened next, right?
Well...
He kissed me.
It was only a peck on the mouth! We do this most of the time! Even though we are friends!
I was panicking because it caught me off guard for a brief moment. That only made him smirk at me mockingly. "Finally. I manage to get this little bunny off guard for once," He chuckled. I sat there. Shooked.
Len stood up and walked away from me. He mouthed 'good night' to me and closed the door.
I stared at the door. My shocked faced turned into an annoyed face immediately as soon as realization dawn on my mind.
"You sly little..."
["Easter Bunny"'s Point of Veiw]
It's dark outside. It seems like Easter has come to an end. It was an interesting one for that girl. She does remind me of mom. I just finished my job, so there's no point in watching that girl feeling bored. Eh, fuck it. It's about time I get back home.
I guess I'll be seeing you then.
