Hey all, sorry for being gone so long. It's been, what, 3 years since I last posted anything on here? Anyway, I figured I should at least tell you guys what to expect from me in the future, if anything.
Firstly, I haven't quit writing stories, I've just been primarily running off of motivation in terms of writing fuel, and that's been lacking for a while now. I really should try a different way of encouraging myself to write, but forcing myself to write just leaves me dissatisfied with the final product.
Secondly, what's to come. I'm sure this won't come as much of a surprise to much of you, but I currently have no plans to continue TOME: The Story Continues, The Camping Kidnapping, and The New Venom. For The Story Continues and The New Venom, I'm mainly dissatisfied with what I've done with them so far, and feel that it would be best to just scrap them instead of trying to salvage it. As for The Camping Kidnapping, it was a collab with someone who I've largely lost contact with. If they see this and decide they want to continue it, or just want me to delete it, that's up to them.
I do have some good news however, as I have at least two stories in the works, and one more being planned out. The first is a Digimon story (yes, I know, another new franchise for me to cover, but I'm looking forward to this one.) that I've already finished a chapter for, the name is just giving me a bit of trouble. Second is a new Ninjago What-If story, that I swear I will actually upload more than one chapter for. That What-If story is "What If: I arrived early?" To give you a hint as to what it will entail, the story begins during the original Pilot episodes of the series. Lastly, the story currently in the planning stage does not have a title, but it's a Ninjago story that isn't tied to any specific season. That means original plot, possibly some original locations, and best of all, an original antagonist.
When will any of this be released? I'm not quite sure yet. It'll take me time to get these stories to a point that I'm satisfied with, but I assure you they will come out eventually.
P.S. I might be considering doing a complete rewrite of one or both of my other What-If stories to make them more interesting instead of "Oh, I hang out with [insert character here]" if any of you are interested in that. Can't say when that will happen either, but I can't make any promises either.
