Judge Kirwin - (taps gavel) Order in the court. We will now begin the trial of Victor Frankenstein for the murder of Henry Clerval. We will now commence opening arguments. The prosecution may begin.
Mr. I'm The Law - Today I am accusing Victor Frankenstein for the murder of Henry Clerval. When the judge brought Victor Frankenstein The body of Henry Clerval. To see how he would react, he reacted with horror, an indication of guilt.
Judge Kirwin - The defense may make their opening statement.
Mr. I'm A Lawyer - My client is innocent, He was rowing in the ocean at the time of the murder. And the evidence is circumstantial at best. The deceased is my client's best friend. Why would he kill his best friend? My client says he was killed by a monster that wants to destroy his life.
Judge Kirwin- Mr. I'm The Law, you may call your first Witness.
Mr. I'm The Law - I like to call Daniel Nugent to the stand.

Mr. I'm A Lawyer - The defense calls Frankenstein's dad to the stand.

Mr. I'm A Lawyer - Are you the accused dad?
Frankenstein's dad - Yes, I am.
Mr. I'm A Lawyer - What was the accused relationship with the deceased?

Mr. I'm A Lawyer - Very interesting, then who killed him?
Frankenstein's dad - My son told me that there was a monster following him.
(Gasps and Shock in the courtroom)

Frankenstein's dad - Monster my son made it. And then he got terrified of it. And now it threatened to kill his loved ones.

Mr. I'm A Lawyer - Whoa, That's crazy.
Frankenstein's dad - I know I thought so at first. But looking at everything that has happened seems more and more likely.
(Gasps and Shock in the courtroom)
Mr. I'm A Lawyer - So you say Frankenstein's monster actually murdered the deceased?
Frankenstein's dad - yes.
Mr. I'm A Lawyer - No, more questions for this witness your honor.
Judge Kirwin - Would the prosecution like to cross-examine.

Judge Kirwin - I decided the witness will testify. The surprise witness will go ahead and testify for the defense.

Ghost- I do.
Mr. I'm A Lawyer - Are you the ghost of Henry Clerval?
Ghost - yes.
(The courtroom is in shock once again.)
Mr. I'm A Lawyer - Do you know who killed you.
Ghost - yes.

The whole courtroom - Wait what. (They say disbelief and shock)
Judge Kirwin - Order in the Court! (tapping gavel) What is your name (He says the leader of the group)
Group of the angels Leader - I am the Archangel Michael.
(Everybody Is in disbelief and shock again)
Judge Kirwin - Why are you here?
The Archangel Michael - To find this monster. You speak about.
(Everybody Is in disbelief and shock again)
Judge Kirwin - Why?
The Archangel Michael - He has broken the rules of Heaven. And must be destroyed by my father's orders. (Everybody Is in disbelief and shock again)
Judge Kirwin - Your father would be?
The Archangel Michael - God. We must go and continue our search.
(All the Angels Vanish)
Judge Kirwin - Well that was weird. Does the prosecution have any more questions for this Witness?
Mr. I'm The Law - No your honor.
Judge Kirwin - Does the defense have any more witnesses?

The Archangel Michael - Judge, We have found the monster.
(some of the Angels appear) (Is in disbelief and shock again)
Judge Kirwin - Ok, This is happening again.
The Archangel Michael - Here he comes now. (The monsters is led into the courtroom surrounded by angels) (The monster looks terrifying) (The courtroom is scared, shocked, and in disbelief)
Judge Kirwin - Order in the Court! (tapping gavel) Will the defense and prosecution please approach the stand?

(The monster goes to the stand surrounded by angels)

Mr. I'm The Law - Even though Victor Frankenstein may have not done it. He still made it.
Judge Kirwin - The Defense may make their closing arguments.
Mr. I'm A Lawyer - How can you not dismiss charges against Victor Frankenstein. Clearly all the evidence points to the monster.
Judge Kirwin - Now we will begin Jury deliberations.
