So basically, the world isn't the scorch, they were underground. Everything happened in the second movie they saved Minho from the city. Everyone is still alive. Teresa is still a bitch and a traitorous asshole. Teen wolf- season 3 so before Allyson dies Isaac is there, Liam comes in season 4 or 5 so he isn't in this.

Thomas still remembers some (not all) some of the things that happened in Beacon Hills. He was kidnapped when he was 17. He is 19 now. They were in the Maze for three days. They were in the scorch for two years. They made a home on the island and stayed there for a long time. WE ARE MAKING THOMAS SARCASTIC AND FUNNY. Even though he isn't that in the movie he is Stiles therefore he is funny.
Background before the story: Tomas and Teresa did work for WCKD against their will. They were brainwashed before they were put in the maze. WCKD is an illegal organization that the FBI has been trying to catch for a while. The maze was underground, however the scorch was above ground in a land that WCKD owned. They were trying to find a cure for a random disease and somehow created Cranks. They have been trying to find a cure ever since (like the movies).
