Percy Jackson: Son of Artemis and Brother of the Hunt

The hunt finds Percy at age 6 months and adopts him. The story is about his life as a hunter and each chapter is five parts of every year. He will go to school at age 5; I won't have Zoe die. Hello! Polyglot here. I have decided to do a Percy is the son of Artemis story, and I hope you like it! :D :D

No matter how much I like Percabeth, I can't pair him up, because a) he is going to be a hunter b) when he is a hunter I want him to stay hunter, and it doesn't make sense to pair him up with someone if I want him to be a hunter.

Hope you enjoy, I will give you a list of the hunters. There will be 53 hunters, not including Percy, or Thalia, but later in the story Thalia will become a hunter. Not all of the hunters are mentioned.

I will keep some OCs, but also add new ones. No pairing any of the hunters, including Percy and Thalia. Yes, I will add Hunter the Hunter from TOA. I will not list who the Hunters' parents are, just their names. Every chapter will be a new year, and Percy will be a year older, except when he gets to camp, then he will have some adventures. When he is 5, he will go to school with Zoe, Phoebe, Hunter, Grace, and Scout, who are his favorites.

K, I know that was a lot, but I wanted to make a lot of hunters. Thanks to all who read my stuff! I hope you like my story!

Zoe POV (percy is 6 months in this chapter)

Another day on the hunt! So far we have killed 18 monsters, 9 deer, and 12 rabbits. We are currently in manhattan, after killing a hydra. Then, we came across a baby, crying. My Lady walks up to him, and picks him up. The blanket was stained red.

"Only a monster would do such a thing. I must search his memories."

My Lady gasps, and says "oh, my. I must call upon my brother to heal him. He needs immediate help."

We are only a few blocks away from our camp, and we walk there as quickly as possible.

When we arrive, Apollo is waiting, and together, the 2 siblings rush into a tent.

I hear voices, and sobbing, and finally, My Lady walks out, her cheeks stained from tears.

" we must help him. He is a demigod but too young to go to camp. What shall we do?"

Surprised with myself, the greatest man-hater in camp, I step forward.

"My Lady, perhaps we may keep him here, train him, and make him a decent man. If we keep him, we can make sure there is at least one good man in the world, and not a cheating, dirty, lying pig."

I was surprised again when Phoebe stepped forwards, and said

"I agree with Zoe. If we train him to be a good man, there will be another good man in the world. But, if he betrays us like Orion, we can get rid of him, erase his memories, send him to camp, or hopefully turn him into a jackalope."

Artemis turns to us and says

"Good idea, girls. We can train him, and I have always wanted to have a child, though seeing as I am a maiden goddess I cannot have one. Perhaps I can adopt this one, and make him my own. Does everyone agree?"

All of the hunters nodded in approval, saying things such as "yes, My Lady", and "I can help with the training".

"Very good. Now, tomorrow, at the full moon, everyone will meet me here to see his adoption. You will love him like his brother, and care for him very well."

Piper pipes up "what is his name, my lady?"

Amber nodded her head, saying "yes, we all would like to know that, along with what happened to him, to him and how old he is."

"He is a small child, just 6 months. We must help him, and care for him. His name is Perseus Jackson, but we shall call him Percy. His stepfather, Gabe, snuck into his room one night, took him outside, and left him out in the streets. Gabe then told Sally Jackson, Percy's mother, that Percy was kidnaped. Of course, being a demigod, Percy attracted monsters, and somehow killed them all, but sadly they hurt him very badly and broke most of the bones in his body. "

The hunters gasped, and widened their eyes, and a few even fainted. I gritted my teeth, not believing what I had just heard. How could he do this to a child? We must find him, and punish him, after the boy, Perseus-no, percy, has been healed.

Lady Artemis, after she said this, as if she could read our thoughts (she probably could), said

"Not to worry. I have sent some of the gods after him, to punish him."

We all let out a sigh of relief, happy that he had been punished for his crimes.

The Next day:

Percy 3rd person

Percy yawned and opened his eyes. Wait, what?, he thought, as he saw a bunch of girls around him. Then he remembered.

-Flashback-

Everyone was crowding around Percy, cooing, and awwing. Everyone wanted to hold him, and feed him his milk. They loved him. He was happy. Family again. Percy yawned, and a woman about 20 came to him, smiling and laughing. Percy grinned. She reminded him of his mother. He stopped smiling. Why did stepdaddy take him away? he jerked back to the moment. The girls smiled at him, and he smiled back. He liked them. Then, the lady took Percy and 5 of the girls and said

"This is Zoe, Phoebe, Hunter, Grace, and Scout. They will be your main trainers and caretakers when I am not here. Can you say their names?"

"Zo- Zo-Zee? Zo-Zo! Zo-Zo!"

Zoe laughs, and smiles.

"Yes, you can call me Zo-Zo."

He keeps talking until Phoebe is Pheebs, Hunter is Huntie, Grace is Grey, and Scout is Scout.

The Lady starts talking again.

"Now, I Am Artemis, but I am adopting you, so you can call me Mamma, Mom, Mommy, Mum, Mummy, or Mother."

"M-Ma-Mamma! Mamma!"

When they got back to the room, Percy is tired. So-so-s-zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

ha fell asleep with everyone around him, sleeping in his tent.

-End of flashback-

Oh, so that's how they ended up in here. I'm hungry.

Percy starts crying.

The girls start stirring and opening their eyes, and Zoe comes to him, saying

"Oh, are you hungry? Let's feed you. Everyone, please wake up! Percy is awake, and we need to take care of him! Does anyone know where Lady Artemis is?"

"I'll go get her", Grace says, walking out of the tent.

Artemis POV

I was preparing the adoption when Grace came.

"Lady Artemis, Percy have awoken, and he is crying. Please come."

"Of course, Grace. I shall come now."

I walk into Percy's tent, to see most of the girls sleeping around him. Well, it looks like the girls have certainly taken a liking to him.

I am glad that they like him. I rush over to the table and grab his milk bottle, then Phoebe comes up to me and says

"Can I feed him?"

Surprised, I agreed, and handed her the bottle.

The Adoption

No ones POV

It was nighttime, and there was a full moon. The hunters were crowding around Percy and Artemis.

"Everyone, please take a step back. We must begin the adoption."

Artemis then took a knife, and made a small cut on the palm of her hand, and repeated it with Percy.

"I, Artemis, Greek Goddess of the hunt, the wilderness, wild animals, the Moon, and bows and arrows, Swear on the river Styx to care and train this child. Let my blood mix with his and make him my own."

Then, there was a great flash of light, and instead of having sea green eyes and black hair,

Percy had auburn hair with black streaks, and silver eyes with green flecks.

All of the hunters gasped, as most of them had never seen someone change like this before.

"Girls, he will also take some of my powers, he can control moonbeams, and hold them, he will be excellent with bows and arrows, he will be able to speak to some wild animals, including wolves and deer, he will be a very good hunter and will receive the blessing of strength and immortality like you."

The next day

Artemis POV

I was needed for a meeting with the council at the crack of dawn. I got Apollo to care for Percy while I was gone.

After the meeting, at noon, I walked into Percy's tent only to see…

Percy and Apollo, playing with-Sunbeams?!

"But- I- How? Apollo, he is your child?"

Then I see that he now has one silver eyes with green specks and one gold eye with green specks, and golden blonde streaks in his auburn and black hair.

"No, little sis", Apollo says, smirking. I roll my eyes.

"For the last time! We are twins! Now, please explain how he is playing with sunbeams."

"Well, he is super cute, and he already likes me, which makes him super cool, so I decided to bless him too! I didn't adopt him, but I gave him my blessing, which gives him powers to be good at music, poems, the ability to control sunbeams, he can look directly into the sun, he can sense when someone is lying, and who knows?! Maybe he will be as good as me with haikus!"

Ugh. Apollo is terrible at haikus. I hope Percy doesn't get into those. But, I don't want to be ungrateful, so I thank him.

He leaves to go drive his sun car in the form of a white and blue Bugatti Divo, because he apparently wants to impress my hunters. They are not impressed.

First of all, they find him annoying because of his haikus and limericks,

second of all, if he wanted to impress them he should make his car silver,

third of all, they have sworn off boys for life. They don't want Apollo.

I walk to Percy, tuck him in his crib, and settle him down for a nap. It had been a long day for him, and he should rest after using his new powers. He is certainly powerful, for such a young child.
