Chapter 1

All was good in the pride lands, Simba and Nala are best friends and also hung out with their other friends Chumvi, Kula, Tama, Malka, Aisha and Tojo, Mufasa and Sarabi were the king and queen, everything was good except for one being, Scar, the evil brother of Mufasa.

(Everything plays out the same as in the film the stampede, Simba runs away however Mufasa does not die, Simba, unfortunately, does not realise this)

Simba lay by his unconscious father weeping when Scar came and told him to run away and never return, once he left Mufasa stood up and was about tear apart Scar but his hyenas came and Mufasa knew he could not take down this many whilst injured, and so the Scar became a tyrannical ruler, with Mufasa having to follow his evil brother. Sarabi and the rest of the pride were shocked by this and also mourned for Simba's death since they could not find him, Scar then said he killed him, and everyone was furious first he tried to kill Mufasa then he kills Simba, they wanted to rip him to shreds but knew with the hyenas they would all die. Sarabi and Mufasa were depressed for a while, Scar just insulted them for it

Meanwhile Simba ran to a jungle, and found a beautiful lush, green landscape with waterfalls, tress with fruit growing out of almost all of them, he saw antelope leaping, ants carrying leaves, bugs flying it was beautiful but Simba could not enjoy this as the guilt of him thinking he killed his father overwhelmed him, for the next few days, he lived off of strawberries and other fruit he could find, he had to eat a few bugs as well to stay alive, but he was constantly plagued with nightmares and every night he would look to the stars and say "Im sorry Dad its my fault you completed your journey in the circle of life, I hope you can forgive me if you don't I understand", Simba, was always depressed, alone and hungry things a cub should not be feeling. But then he met a green bird with a yellow beak.

The green bird could hear Simba crying although, he was afraid of lions something told him to approach him so he did, hey what's wrong the bird said, Simba turned around, oh sorry, I didn't you there, Im just upset. What seems to be the issue I could help you my name is Banai. Hi Banai Simba said, im upset because something terrible happened, he hesitated then said Im responsible for my father death, he explained who Mufasa is, Banai recognises him since he has seen Mufasa before on his travels, how could a cub take the life of a lion 5 times his size, Banai said knowing this isn't true and that Simba would never do that, I guess so but I cant go back maybe some other time when im ready Simba said.

And like that Simba and Banai became friends, Banai helped Simba with his depression, and even helped him teach himself how to hunt, since he is gonna need to eat meat, Simba knows how to sneak up on prey, use the wind to cover his scent and how to properly take down a kill.

Simba is also very strong for his age (he is a teenager at this point), since hes always upset since he still carries the guilt of the death of his father, he tries to do things that take his mind of it and since he couldn't always hunt since he respected the circle of life and only took what he needed, he would work out, pretty much everyday meaning he is now a strong teen. There was a point where 4 hungry full-grown males wanted to eat Banai, luckily Simba stopped them in time and was able to beat them even though he was just a teen he was stronger, better at fighting and faster, he is ripped, his well-tuned body, makes him even more handsome than he already is, Banai knows that's Simba is really strong but couldn't understand how he could be so kind and gentle at the same time, Simba the big strong teen, once freed a butterfly which had its wing trapped underneath a rock.

Banai slowly started asking Simba questions in hopes of hopefully getting him to return home, one thing Simba mentioned is his childhood best friend Nala, he realised in the jungle that he loves her and even promised himself that if he ever sees Nala again even it were for only 30 seconds he would tell her how he feels. Little did he know that the now-teenage Nala was also thinking the same thing, they both also always looked at the same start every single night and at the exact same time they would both say "I miss you and I love you"

How was that, more chapters soon.
