(Ed Edd N Eddy)

(Pokémon Special: Sinnoh)

(Diamond and Pearl Pokémon Adventure!)

(Chapter 1: Intro to Everyone)

(Scene 1: Arise, Lady/Missy Berlitz)

[Berlitz Mansion: Lady/Missy/Dawn]

"Good morning, my young lady." Said a Butler as he bowed politely to the daughter of one of the most ancestor-royal and wealthiest family of the Sinnoh Region.

Her details on her body was that she had cobalt blue silky hair and sparkling blue eyes. Her skin was as delicate and soft like a princess. And even though she was meaning to have a special day on a different day, she chose this day to be that day.

"Thank you, Sebastian." The Princess grinned as she stretched her body from the King Sized Mattress Bed. As she looked at her new clothes and jewelry, she puts on her new clothes as she was ready for the adventure. "On my left hand... is a flawless diamond on a humble silver ring.. on my right hand... is a perfect pearl on a ring of radiant gold.. and for extra value... a platinum necklace with a humble rare wooden emblem... to put the crest of the royal family heir... To represent the energy, the pride, and the humbleness of a perfect future queen... Isn't that right, my good friends?"

The Pokémon inside of the Pokéballs nodded and smiled.

"Young lady, it saddens me to see you go on your own journey..." Sebastian weeped. "But I'm sure you're in good hands, with the new bodyguards your father has assigned for you... On top of that, your Starter Pokémon are all here, ready for battle for the Royalty of the Berlitz name!"

"Indeed." The Princess nodded. "And so, I shall meet these bodyguards soon enough. I'll prepare myself."

"Of course, my lady." Sebastian left the room as the young Princess sighed. "Dear me... Sebastian is SUCH a Knight! What am I to do?!... But I guess it's my father's orders... If I don't prove my power in this mission... I get cut off from the family... But hopefully, that'll never happen... Right?... Not with you excellent warriors around!"

(Scene 2: Better Luck Next Time, Diamond and Pearl...)

[Twinleaf Road/Route 1: Diamond/Lucas and Pearl/Barry]

There were two young comedians walking by, alongside a Pokémon.

One of them wore a white undershirt with a black vest over it, a red scarf, baggy jeans, with red and grey shoes. He was Dia, or Diamond.

The other had yellow hair and orange eyes. He wore a short sleeve cardigan with orange and white stripes. He had gray pants, brown boots and wore a brown shoulder bag. He was Pearl.

"Well..." Pearl sighed. "So much for the 1 million yen reward... At least we got the Special Merit Prize..."

"Well, a Bicycle tour around Sandgem Park shouldn't be bad, Pearl..." Diamond tried cheering up his best pal. "And besides, it shouldn't be a huge responsibility for having a small vacation after all our rehearsals."

"Still, our performance was horrible..." Pearl sighed out of depression. "Maybe next month we'll get 'em..."

"For now, let's relax and enjoy the vacation!" Dia rested his head over his hands placed behind his neck and wondered about something. "I wonder how is everyone back at home..."

(Scene 3: Get your Game On, Hareta!)

[Professor Rowan's Lab: Hareta/Koki]

It would seem as if a monkey passed through the lab at some point, but fortunately, it was not. What's unfortunate was that it belonged to a small human. Meet Hareta, a boy kind of like Diamond/Lucas, but more energetic than Pearl/Barry and has the ambition of a Princess with the marvelous communication skills for Pokémon. The problem with him was he really lacks the catch up to modern times due to living in a forest. Luckily, he hadn't caused too much damage, right?

"Hareta! Get down from there!" Professor Rowan called out.

Professor Rowan was a Pokémon Professor who wore a brown coat, tie and shoes. He had white hair and a white mustache. He also had dark brown pants, and under his coat, he wore a blue suit with yellow buttons on it.

With his assistant, Mister Berlitz, he tried reaching the little boy from the tall bookshelves.

"Sorry, Gramps!" Hareta tried reaching for a mischievous Electric/Ghost Type Pokémon as it had Hareta's Scarf. "But your Rotom has my... SCARF!"

Hareta fell from the high bookshelf as the Professor and Assistant were shocked to see that he landed perfectly with Pokémon instincts. Hareta frowned looking at the Pokémon who giggled at Hareta as she handed him his Scarf back. This was a Rotom.

Rotom was a small, round, ghostly creature with a plasma-based body. Her vibrant, orange body mass was spherical with a long, spike-shaped, antenna-like feature atop her head, and a small, round orb on her underside. She was enveloped in a glowing aura of cyan-bluish plasma, with lightning bolt-shaped appendages on either side of her lower body.

Hareta and Professor Rowan sighed.

"It's SUCH a chore to take care of Volty, huh?" said Hareta.

"Yes, however, she is your Pokémon." Professor Roawn pointed it out.

"Wait a minute! I thought you caught it- OH! You mean..." Hareta leaped for joy. "I'm going to a Pokémon Adventure?!"

"Indeed you are, my boy!" Rowan smiled. "Now's your chance to show the world your potential with the connection with the Pokémon around you! I always knew you had a special superpower inside you. And with that, you may even compete with my assistant's daughter, with her two Bodyguards!"

"Really?! You don't mean... Oh my goodness!" Hareta got excited. "Ready to go, Volty?!"

"(Already ready!)" Volty the Rotom smiled as she zipped around the lab, scaring the assistants around.

"Be careful with that Rotom, young boy." Rowan warned. "Make sure she is kept under your supervision at all times."

Rowan ordered Hareta a mandatory order as he handed Hareta a Pokédex.

"Not to worry, Gramps!" Hareta winked as he knew the trick to calm down a mischievous Ghost Pokémon. "OH NO! I'M SO SCARED! I MIGHT JUMP OUT OF MY PANTS! (Not literally...)"

The little Rotom heard Hareta's fake cry of help that she ran to him in order to surprise him, but that's when Hareta caught her in his arms and cuddled with her. If there was anything that Volty liked, it was soft and warm cuddles from her favorite human boy.

Days ago, Hareta wished for a Piplup, but unfortunately, Rowan assigned it for Lady Berlitz, and was unable to find another one. But the day after that, Professor Rowan found a wild Rotom in Hareta's forest, but as he caught the Rotom, Hareta could somehow identify it as a Female, or a feminine kind, though she was unable to be bred.

"Gotcha!" Hareta smiled as he cuddled with the cold ghost. But he then took the Pokémon and caught her inside of the Pokéball. "Alright, Gramps! Smell ya later!"

And with that, Hareta walked out the door and began his adventure through Sandgem Town and beyond.

"You're not REALLY his grandfather, right?" asked Mr Berlitz.

"He's a child who I have been looking after for an old friend." Professor Rowan stated. "So far, so good. At least four Pokémon trainers got registered today. As for now, all is well, these days, besides the modern technology."

"All is well that ends well, right, Professor?" asked Mr Berlitz.

"However..." Professor Rowan looked over outside. "I believe there is bound to be chaos... lots and lots of chaos..."

(Scene 4: The Main Show Themselves)

[Lake Verity: Ed, Edd/Double Dee, and Eddy]

By the rivers that took down Lake Verity, a lake near Twinleaf Town, was a trio who was floating imside a wooden mallard, basically, a boat. All three of them were exhausted from running away from their homes, from Peach Creek, Chicago, Illinois of the United States of America, and somehow, ended up in this place.

"What an adventure!" Said a tall, yellow boy. He wore an evergreen jacket above his red and white striped shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. More about him, was that his face was skinny as the stereotype that he had no chin. He also had short, cut hair. His body was big and heavy despite the fact he rarely ate anything but gravy, pudding skins and Jawbreakers, a candy he and his team were usually after. "Right, Double Dee?!"

"Ed! Now's not the time to take a break from our adventure! We're on the run here!" Said a medium sized boy, known as Edd, or Double Dee. He wore a black ski cap with white stripes at the middle of the base to the end. He also wore an orange shirt, purple shorts, red long socks and blue sneakers. What lied inside his hat was a mystery, but he doesn't appear to reveal anything. He was timid but also strangely nerdy, but he acquired excellent book smarts, unlike his other two companions. "See anything, Eddy?!"

Double Dee looked at his second friend, who was looking around.

"Hey! Where are we anyways?!" Asked Eddy, the shortest of the three. He wore a yellow shirt with a horizontal red line going down his shirt, blue jeans, and red was the group's hot-headed leader, even though Double Dee does most of the calculations. Eddy's focus was on money to buy a lot of Jawbreakers, and would do anything to get the money for them.

The three boys looked around at the scenery. It was mystifying and yet, so gorgeous, like it had a source of power.

"Even by my calculations... we're lost..." Double Dee looked unnerved by the situation, due to the fact that they were far from home, even so when they crossed the sea... somehow... "I'm feeling worried... Mother and Father... They're going to miss me... What have we done?..."

Double Dee had teary eyes as he was about to cry, but Ed pat his friend's back.

Just as all three of them got off the boat, there were creatures everywhere. In the water, on the tall grass, in the trees, and even in a cave. Though it seemed like they were not as familiar as Double Dee studied for, but they were marvelous on their own.

"What is this place, Double Dee?" asked Ed.

"I'm... not sure, Ed..." Double Dee examined the fish in the water, and saw the beauty in all of them in their unique traits. "Whatever this place is... I have a great feeling about this... unexpected turn of events..."

"Whatever!" Eddy shrugged it off and found a bag. "Hey! A bag! Maybe we can find food! I'm starving!"

"Eddy! No!" Double Dee attempted to stop Eddy before he opened the bag, but it was too late.

Inside the bag, was a lot of balls... Balls with a red color at the top half, and white at the bottom half, where the two collide was a black stripe with a white button in the middle center. Examining closely, was unfamiliar.

"Where's the food?!" Eddy frowned as he shook the bag out of everything, and out came three doughy treats, three of them were pink. "Eh?!"

"Look! Pudding balls!" Ed smiled as he grabbed one and ate it.

"ED!" Double Dee looked scared.

"Hm..." Ed savored the treat. "Sweet... cold... spongy... DELICIOUS!"

"LET'S DIG IN!" Eddy took the other treat and grabbed a bite.

"I'm going to regret this..." Double Dee sighed as he ate the treat.

Out of one small snack, the three felt full immediately, and well energized.

"Well, now we can find the right person to give back this bag and apologize for our errors in desperate needs!" Double Dee stood proudly and took the bag.

"Hey! Give that back! Finder's Keepers!" Eddy followed his friend as Ed just stared at the Creatures. "ED!"

"Oh well. Bye bye, lovely creatures." Ed smiled as he walked out of Lake Verity.

The Pokémon all looked at each other and wondered something about the Eds they never knew, like if a huge event was about to unfold before history.

...

Days ago, how the Eds ran away from their home, was by a devastating scam that ticked every neighborhood kid off in their Cul-de-sac. And suddenly, like every other scam that was successful but a failure at the same time, the Eds were bound to be punished, but this time, by a major scale. Anyone who knew these guys, were bound to get something really painful for their money. But even so, all that the Eds wanted was respect and some money for Jawbreakers. AND there were even times when the Eds would legitimately earn money from a good cause, such as recycling, or successful "scams" such as selling some entertainment ride services that were safe and fun, until the customers THEMSELVES were the ones who did the damage, and they still picked on the Eds after that. But until now, there was no sight of the Eds anywhere.

(Scene 5: No More Scams)

People may have suggested finding the Eds who rode past the river and into the sea and search the whole ocean, but the cost was expensive and nobody wanted to help the Eds' parents, but the other of the Cul-de-sac Kids' parents, so everyone pitched in so that they could find the missing children.

There was a lot of mixed feelings. For a lot, it's revenge of having the Eds out of their hair for good, for others, it's like having the Eds perish right in front of their eyes, but no one could hold in the anger and sadness of all of the parents combined. Some felt sorry, and others felt not so sorry, but as angry as the Kanker Sisters.

Every Monday, the Kanker Sisters would come over to the Cul-de-sac and throw stuff at the neighbor's houses for making their "boyfriends" disappear. But even so, Kevin and Sarah weren't sure to have the Eds back or having to sleep with insects from the food the Kankers threw at them. It was a lose-lose situation. Only one can hope that the Eds were alive... and punished...

(Scene 6: Welcome aboard PKMN Trainers Ed, Edd N Eddy!)

[Twinleaf Town: Ed, Edd and Eddy]

Upon arriving at Twinleaf Town, the Eds were amazed by the fact that there was a History Festival. There were ancient ancestry cosplay all over town, and some even were happy to have come from a cultured clan. And there were even three girls dressed as... the Eds?

Double Dee looked closer, squinting at the gettup.

"Hey, Sockhead!" Eddy shook Double Dee awake. "Wake up!"

"Oh dear!" Double Dee looked ashamed. "Right! Our quest to help recover the lost backpack..."

"DOES ANYBODY HERE LOST THEIR BACKPACK?!" Ed shouted across Twinleaf Town and caught everyone's attention.

Everyone stared at the Eds, until there was someone who spoke up.

"Aha! There it is! Where did you find it?!" A man came up to the Eds. He was a tall man, who had orange eyes and yellow hair. He wore a green coat with yellow buttons, a white shirt, brown pants with a black belt, black boots and black gloves. The man looked at the three boys and then found something off about them. Sure, they looked like Canadian Americans, but also, they were... damaged. "Hey! What happened to you three?!"

"Ed decided to hug a fat mouse creature and it attacked us, then there were these birds that attacked us as well! And just to top it all off, Lumpy had to make the bugs mad!" Eddy yelled so loud it echoed.

"Aren't you all supposed to have Pokémon? And if you don't mind, my name's Palmer." the man wondered about the Eds since they arrived in scratch and bite marks.

"I'm really, REALLY sorry, Mister Palmer." Double Dee replied. "Me and my friends have arrived from a place called Peach Creek and have found some unknown nutrition inside this bag, and have sustained us after countless days on the run. But even so, we must have found refugee in this land."

"I see..." Palmer shook his head.

"And up until now, we have found this bag and would like to retrieve it to you, but on the way... we were attacked by some feral animals..." Double Dee replied, holding a pecj wound on his left elbow.

"I see..." Palmer sighed.

"What is a Pokémon?" Asked Ed.

"WHAT IS A POKÉMON?!" The town asked with shock on their faces.

"You don't know?!" asked Palmer with an old energetic tone in his voice. "They're the creatures that attacked you all! Of course, the explanation belongs to Professor Roawn, but I had always wanted to introduce a newcomer into the Pokémon World! Pokémon are creatures that exist all around us! Only some regions have them, while others do not! A lot of people use them for battling, while others had kept them as pets!"

"And what do you do?!" asked Eddy.

"Myself?!" Palmer laughed heartily. "I'm a Frontier Brain, meaning that I come from the very top of the respectable trainers! But to our Region's Professor, he studies Pokémon for a living!"

Double Dee was thinking of maybe learning more about these types of creatures if he ever became a Professor.

Respect and authority was all Eddy could ask for, and so he wanted to try to see if he could make it to the top. So far, he heard battling with Pokémon. All he had to do was let his Pokémon fight? And how would he get one? Whatever it may be, it would shine a brighter future for Eddy.

Ed was thinking he could be King of the Monster Pets. Everyone would bow to Ed as a true master as he makes friends with all of these Pokémon. But who knew about the competitive scene? Ed could command a Monster Pet Army, an Army strong enough to keep his bratty baby sister locked up in her house.

And suddenly, the Eds began thinking.

Palmer pulled out three Pokéballs. "But hey! Any trainer can begin any day! And I have a few fresh Pokémon!"

"WHERE DO WE START?!" All three of them asked with joy and suspense!

"Well, I know it might be generous of me, but here are each one of your Pokémon I caught from the Route above us!" Palmer blindly gave the Eds a Pokéball with the Pokémon's name on the label. "To summon, press the button in the middle! But I always like to toss mine, because it always comes back to my hand."

"Weird! I like it!" Ed smiled joyfully as he laughed, pressing the button and throwing it high up in the air.

[Ed received Bidoof!]

Bidoof's appearance was based on that of a beaver. Bidoof had brown colored fur all over his pudgy body, and had a tan belly and a tan "mask" around his eyes. He had four small, stump-like legs with dark brown paws that appear webbed. He had a small, fluffy tail. He had two front teeth that protrude out, a small red nose, and two beady eyes.

"(AIEEEEE!)" The Bidoof fell from high from the sky and into Ed's arms!

"Gotcha!" Ed smiled as he hugged his Pokémon. "I have that mouse that bit us!"

Double Dee hardly had any muscle to throw a Pokémon, but he pressed the button anyways. "Curse my lack of physique..."

[Double Dee received Kricketot!]

Kricketot was a red bipedal insectoid Pokémon. He had a pair of black, curled antennae attached to a deep red part of his head, and his mouth was similar. His eyes were black with white pupils. His arms and legs were short and black. He had a pale yellow collar around his neck, which was connected to his front, which had three lines going through it.

"(Phew!)" Said the Bug Pokémon. "(I thought I was going to get summoned in the air like Bidoof...)"

"A pleasure to meet you, fellow ally!" Double Dee smiled as he stood his distance, knowing it was a Bug.

Eddy was the last to summon, but at least he had got it right. But unfortunately to his surprise, he wasn't impressed with what he got. "OH COME ON!"

[Eddy received Starly!]

Starly was a small bird-like Pokémon. Her body was mainly brown-gray in color with white blotches on her face, chest and a single white feather on her tail while the others are black. There was a small feather located on the back of her head that curled up. She also had orange feet and an orange beak.

"(Who called me, hm?...)" The bird woke up from a nap.

"I GOT A STUPID BIRD?!" Eddy grumbled.

"Now, Eddy, be grateful you have a Pokémon!" Double Dee told Eddy.

Eddy tried arguing back. "Easy for you to say! You got..." (*Meow sound followed by a Goat Baaing Sound*) "Nevermind..."

"Well now! Now that you have Pokémon, I wanna see how you battle!" Shouted Palmer ready for a fight.

"But first!" argued a woman. "We have to get them refreshed!"

"Aw, honey, come on!" Palmer whined.

"Palmer, I know you can't sit still, but at least let's get these boys to recover!" Palmer's wife argued.

"Fine. But only if we can see them fight after!" Palmer replied back.

"Okay, Palmer!" The wife replied. "You boys look like you need to rest and recover. I'll get some stuff ready for you."

"Thank you!" The Eds thanked Palmer's wife.

Indeed, it was a change of pace, but at least it was a huge change, for the better.
