First things first, it feels glad to be back here on the website. I had to almost take a year-long break due to the pandemic and believe me when I say it has been rough. While I did promise that I would return with the re-write of The Legacy of the White Dragon Emperor, unfortunately, I have struck a writers' block with the story, despite the fanfic being close to my heart, there are some major issues with the story that cannot be ignored so I have decided to scrap the story for the time being and completely focus on my current project.
Now regarding The Destiny of the Forgotten Daughter, this is going to be a female OC-centered fanfic based in an alternate universe within the DxD timeline, I love using OC's and my timelines and sub-plots so there are heavy chances this story will portray that on a large scale.
I would love to thank a lot of people here on the website who were in constant touch with me despite my sudden disappearance and you guys are one of the prime factors that motivated me to make this comeback.
Seeing that I'm done with the self-conscious monologue, let's jump straight into the newest project from Ashes2Ace, I bring before you The Destiny of the Forgotten Daughter.
Prologue: The Forgotten Daughter
"Pride has always been one of the things that pushed creatures to live up to their potential, but in many circumstances, the very same pride has lead to the downfall of many. The devils' creatures born of pride and sin were perhaps one of the strongest creatures to walk the universe but it was their very pride that led to their downfall."
Felicia sighed as she removed her glasses before closing the book in her hands shut, she was never a fan of people from different cultures writing about her people but she would be lying to herself if she didn't believe what she just read.
It was never easy to read how the devil society had fallen off their pedestal at the top of the food chain, the original devil Lucifer struck fear into the heart of his opponents just with a mere look, if one from the old timeline would look at the current devil society, only one word could describe them "Pathetic".
Felicia let out a tired groan before she stood up off her chair as she put the book back in its place inside her bookshelf.
"I didn't think reading old extracts from the Greek pantheon would make me this tired", she let out a yawn as she walked out of the library.
"I hope you had a pleasant time Mistress"
Felicia turned towards the voice outside the library gates as she gave the said person a nod.
The person in question was dressed in a British butler uniform, he had light brown hair and deep blue eyes that could mesmerize any person that gazed into his eyes.
"It was decent Elliot, while I am far to be finished with the extracts, I do feel some sort of accomplishment for sitting inside a place that reeks of boredom for the last seven hours."
The butler now identified as Elliot gave his Mistress a faint smile as he closed the door behind her before following her towards the exit.
"Now that you are done with the books for today, should I get your dinner underway, Mistress?"
"I would appreciate that a lot, while you are at it relay my message to the chefs that I'd like some medium-rare steak for dinner", Felicia responded.
"Your message shall be delivered Mistress, is there anything else that I can do for you?"
"No, that will be all for now, I expect my food to be done within an hour, you know I hate delays after a long day", Felica spoke with a stern voice as she walked about of the halls leaving Elliot to his thoughts.
'She's definitely going to collapse sooner or later if this keeps going on.', the butler thought to himself before leaving for the kitchen.
[SCENE SKIP]
Felicia walked up to her room as he let out a tired sigh looking at the mirror, she had dark circles under her eyes due to her lack of sleep for the last few months.
She had snow-white hair that went down to her lower back. Her eyes were like the clear sky that radiated the pride she held for herself with a glimpse of pain hidden underneath it. She has a well-endowed physique, with a perfect amount of fat at certain places. Anyone who looked at her could tell, her looks and posture screamed royalty.
She let her current clothes drop down to the floor as she pulled out a towel from her wardrobe, wrapping it around her figure as she walked into the bathroom for a cold shower.
Felicia let out a peaceful sigh as she felt the cold droplets of water run down her smooth skin as she felt the entire tiredness she felt throughout the day escape her body.
Turning off the tap, the woman smiled as she dried herself off before covering herself with the bathrobe next to the shower as she walked out of the bathroom towards her wardrobe.
"I could just lay down on the bed and ask Elliot to get my food in the bedroom but that would be disappointing for the others that have returned after a while." Felicia smiled at her choice of clothes before changing into them as she walked out to the dining room.
The table was already occupied by five other individuals who immediately stood up from their seats as she saw Felicia walk inside.
"Greeting, Lady Felicia / Ojou-sama / Mistress!" all the five people spoke at once as Felicia nodded before signaling them to take their seats as she took her seat at the center of the table.
She looked at all the five individuals with a satisfied smile on her face before she turned towards the closest person sitting next to her.
"It's nice to have you back at the castle again Accalia, I had my reservations when you informed me about extending your stay at Kyoto for five more years last time we talked. I hope your time at Kyoto was fruitful!"
Felicia spoke with a caring yet stern voice as she looked at the dark-skinned woman sitting next to her.
"It feels good to be back with you and the others, Lady Felicia.", Accalia responded as she turned towards Felicia with a gentle smile on her face.
"As for my training, I'd be glad to inform you that the last ten years at Kyoto have been perfect for my growth and development. I'd like to apologize for extending my stay at the capital but Yasaka-sama and Wukong-dono believed I still had lots of room for improvement after my initial five years at Kyoto."
"That surely is pleasing to my years, learning under the Great Monkey King and the Queen of youkai must have been tiring, you can take the coming week off before you start with your regular duties.", Felicia replied with a smile.
"Thank you, Lady Felicia" Accalia responded as Felicia turned towards the other people present in the room.
"Lyra, Aria how have been things at your end at Ruthergard, I hope you have been handling all the matters that concerned the Ice Wolf Clan?"
"We have been managing all concerns pretty decently, Lady Felicia, Aria has been a great help throughout the whole mission as her being a descendent of the Ice Wolf Clan has helped up establish a strong position in the negotiations." a blonde-haired woman sitting two chairs away from Felicia replied as the blue-haired girl next to her gave Felicia a nod in agreement.
"That's music to my ears, good job Lyra. The same goes for you as well Aria, I'm glad both of you have been handling these negotiations with utmost responsibility. We cannot miss out on this alliance with the Ice Wolves of Ruthergard."
Everyone present at the table nodded in agreement as Felicia turned her attention towards the last two people present with them.
"Midori, how have things been with your family? I hope your father has finally come to terms that his daughter is no longer an onmyouji in service of the Kazehara clan!" Felicia spoke with a smirk on her face as the said person let out a tired sigh.
"He has yet to come to terms with the reality of the situation Ojou-sama, I knew my father was stubborn but I didn't think he would hold this grudge for so long, it has almost been fifteen years," Midori replied.
Midori was a fair-skinned woman who looked like someone in their mid-twenties, she was wearing a white Japanese yukata that went well along with her dark black hair that was beautifully braided in a ponytail that went down to her waist.
"You cannot do anything about the situation Miss Kazehara, your father is an old man who is quite strict of his beliefs, he reminds me of my grandfather every time I hear him speak." the final person on the table spoke as everyone turned their heads towards her intent on listening what she had to say on the situation.
"What do you mean that I cannot do anything about the situation, Evaline!, please close your words carefully, despite him not agreeing with my decisions he is still my father," Midori spoke with a stern voice as the woman shook her head.
"My apologies, Miss Kazehara. I did not mean any harm towards your respected father but I speak from experience when I say you can do nothing about the situation. People like your father are quite strict with their beliefs and do not tend to let go of things that easily."
Felicia looked at the two women and decided to intervene before the topic elevated, they had finally found some peace if nothing, and she wasn't going to let these two spoil it for her.
"That is enough for now, Midori, Evaline. If both of you have any kind of disagreement regarding any situation that does not concern all of us please keep it away from the dining table."
Felicia spoke in a stern tone as the two women quickly shook their heads in apology.
"By the way, if you do not mind me asking Lady Felicia, where is Lord Zero?" Accalia spoke as Felicia let out a chuckle in response.
"By now you all should know that he has a mind of his own, it not that he doesn't listen to me but if he doesn't feel like doing something he most probably won't!, And from what I've heard he is quite content resting back at Scandinavia inside his domain. He did say to send him a summon if things turn I quote, 'Interesting'."
"That sure sounds like something Zero-sama would say." Midori chuckled as others shook their heads in agreement.
"No offense to you Mistress, but I still do not get how you got Lord Zero as a member?" Evaline asked.
"None taken Evaline, and yeah you are definitely correct if you question how I got him as a member. With complete honesty, I do not remember the events that led up to it but he was the one that offered to join if I could give him decent chances to fight as he had been bored sitting at the abysmal pit of water." Felicia replied as she turned her head towards the gate as she heard Elliot enter with their food.
"As commanded earlier Mistress, the chefs have added your dish to today's dinner course. Since all of you gathered today I took it upon myself to get the chefs to prepare a full five-course dinner." Elliot spoke as Felicia gave him a nod.
Lyra, Accalia, and Aria had million-watt smiles on their faces as they remembered how good Elliot and the chefs at the castle were.
"I wouldn't be the only one when I think, it's good to be back." Accalia chuckled as Felicia let out a faint smirk.
Elliot walked up-to-the table as he elegantly placed the plates in front of everyone.
"For appetizer, we have prepared Ikayaki, it's a serving of a tender grilled squid which was lightly marinated in soy sauce, rice wine, miso paste, and ginger. I hope the food is up to your tastes, especially you Lady Kazehara as it is a dish from your homeland."
Midori nodded as she looked at Felicia who took a bite a mewled in delight, Lyra, Accalia, and Aria wasted no time as they saw the change of expression on Felicia's' face before digging into their plates followed by the other two.
"I must applaud you and the chefs for a great job Elliot, this is exceptionally good." Midori smiled as Elliot gave her a small bow and smiled towards the chefs who were standing nearby the gate.
Elliot patiently waited for the people to be done with their dishes as he swiftly removed the used plates before presenting them with the next course.
"For soup, we have prepared a serving of Ribollita, it is a thick crème soup from the Mediterranean, it constitutes of white beans, some sweet vegetables, and cream."
"Is it just me or Elliot explaining the dishes makes me even more excited for the dishes," Accalia spoke with a hint of amusement as Midori nodded in agreement.
"Yeah the way he goes on and on with the dish and its recipe surely creates a hunger for the upcoming dish," Midori spoke as Elliot gave the two women a short bow.
"Thank you Lady Accalia, Lady Kazehara.", the butler spoke with usual expression as he moved back towards the chefs to get the other meals leaving others to discuss as they enjoyed themselves.
"If you do not mind me asking Ojou-sama, is Elliot-san always like this, I mean, I have been at your side for the last fifteen years, and never have I ever seen Elliot-san break character!" Midori spoke as Felicia looked at her.
"Elliot has been at my side for the longest time, while it might be surprising for you to see him never break character for fifteen years, he wasn't always like this, but if you really want to know what brought this change, Elliot would be the most suitable person you should turn to," Felicia responded.
"Well if you speak normally to anyone of us that is!" Lyra chuckled as Felicia gave her an amused look.
"That I have to agree on, our definition of normal and what Elliot thinks normal is are two vastly different things."
Everyone smiled at Felicia's' comment as they continued with their soups' as Elliot rejoined the group with their next course.
"I hope you all are enjoying your meals, for salad and main entrée, we have Caesar Salad and medium-rare steaks as asked by the Mistress."
Elliot spoke as he quickly moved along the seats plating the dishes in front of everyone.
"You and the chefs have outdone yourselves this time Elliot, please let the chefs know that they can have the day off now other than that they can also apply for a land mortgage in my territory, let them know I'll sponsor it" Felicia spoke with a smile as Elliot nodded before moving back to the chefs to inform them of the news.
The six of them enjoyed their meal in silence as all of them were engrossed with the delicious food in front of them when they were interrupted by Elliot.
"Pardon my intrusion Mistress, but you have a guest," Elliot spoke as Felicia looked up with a frown.
"You very well know how much I dislike being interrupted during my meals Elliot, I will let this go as I am quite satisfied at the moment, please tell the guest to wait at my office, I'll meet them once I am done with my meal." Felicia stern spoke as Elliot showed a slight discomforted face but before the butler could interrupt his mistress again, a new person made his way into the room.
"It's bad to make important people wait Leviathan, haven't you learned it by now.!" the figure spoke in a humorous voice as smiled at the people before he took a place on the table.
"Well, I do not give two shits about you being important Azazel!"
The man chuckled as he looked at the people sitting at the table, all of their gazes now turned on him.
"Aww, you break my heart when you say that Leviathan, is that any way to talk to your teacher, by the way, Elliot-Kun can you quickly get me something to drink, I'd appreciate something hard."
Azazel spoke to the butler as he turned towards his mistress looking for a confirmation who just let out a sigh before signaling him to get Azazel something to drink.
"So other than testing my patience and ruining my dinner, why are you here Master Azazel," Felicia spoke emphasizing on the word master.
"Well I have some news for you, while I secretly know that you have been planning to make a return for a while, there is someone important that would like you to make your return at a grander stage!" Azazel chuckled as Felicia looked at him with a blank face as if looking for a better explanation.
Before Azazel could continue Elliot walked up to him with a glass of wine for him and his mistress. "Sorry for the delay, it took me quite some time to find something that might be suitable for the conversation you are having. This is Rüdesheimer Apostelwein, one of the finest wines at our cellar, It is dated back to 1625 from Germany." Elliot spoke as he placed the glasses in front of the two.
"Thank you Elliot-Kun, now as I was saying there is someone that wants to present you with a grand stage to make your return. I wouldn't want to spoil all the surprise for you but this does involve crashing a marriage ceremony." Azazel spoke as he slid an invitation card towards Felicia across the table.
Felicia looked at the invitation with a curious expression as she opened the card to read the content inside it. The expressions on her face quickly changed as she finished reading the letter addressed to her.
"This is crazy, I cannot believe how mad this plan is, so much that I think I think I'm in love with it already. Relay my message to him Azazel, he got himself a bonafide deal!" Felicia spoke with a predatory smile as Azazel chuckled.
"Not that I am disagreeing or anything but how did you make up your mind so easily?" Azazel questioned.
"It's very simple Azazel, I am not doing this for him or their family but for the girl, after all, you do not get a lot of chances to crash your goddaughter's wedding do you?" Felicia spoke as she looked at the people at the table.
"Get ready, it's time!"
That's it for the prologue, I hope you guys enjoyed the introductory chapter. I wanted to keep it simple and introduce the MC and my other OC's. As I have said it this will be a female OC-centered fanfic around Felicia Leviathan.
As most of you DxD followers may have already predicted where the next chapter is leading to, that's right it's time to crash the wedding.
The entire peerage has been finalized, while I have someone in mind for the love interest I would love suggestions as it is yet to be finalized.
After the end of each chapter, I will update the bios for my OC's that have made an appearance. I will try to limit them to Felicia and her peerage with a few important characters for the story that I have already developed so I can stick to the actual story and not deviate too far from it.

Personality
Felicia has a strong personality and does not take shit from anyone, she is proud of her heritage as a Leviathan and does not back down from any argument. She has a flirty and sadistic side that could any man or woman putty in her hands. She loves powerful individuals and most of her fantasies revolve around dominating them in bed.
Abilities
Being an ultimate class devil she has complete mastery over the devil magic and can deploy them in a fraction of a second. Her command over Water and Ice magic is considered to be strongest after the actual Leviathan.
She can also create creatures made up of water or ice during battle and use them to her commands.
She is a mastermind tactical strategist and was one of the main researchers that were involved in the development of the evil pieces that devils use for reincarnation.
