This is my first written piece that I decided to put together. I never really intended to publish it but here we are. I always have ideas in my head that I stored away in the many filing cabinets that fill my head
I do not own the ideas, concepts, or anything related to Pokemon. That goes to the rightful creators and owners of Pokemon Inc.
Hope you guys like this extremely unlikely, and kind of ridiculous interpretation of Pokemon.
Time is a everything to a boy standing on a floating island platform in the middle of an almost empty but dark abyss. All living things could not feel it, but it was always there. Humans surrounded their lived around time. It controlled them, told them when to do certain things. It kept order in the universe. Unlike space, where chaos roams without remorse, time is order. It keeps the universe flowing in harmony. At least that is when it came to humans. The boy stood there and thought about his life, what had happened over the course of time. Ironically, could not remember when he lost track of it, but the isolation had turned him to the serious and cold being that he was today. He knew his burden, he was chosen for this, for it was his destiny. For he was the new Lord of Time. He governed how time works and makes sure that it never "veers off course", so it never distorts.
He wore a dark blue cloak with sliver trims running along the edges. Armor plates layered the cloak but was still able to give off that feeling of comfortability and mobility. A helmet rested upon the crown of his head, the same dark blue with the consistent silver trim. A silver face guard the resembled a vertical "H" ran across his front, giving him protection and visibility. His dark blue pants and boots covered in the same dark blue armor plates sat comfortably on his lower half of his body. A sword rested from his right, back shoulder run all the way down to his knees, the handle and guard having the ironic same dark blue color as his outfit, but the blade, was a shiny silver metal. In the middle of his chest, a pentagon-like, blue diamond rested, energy flowing slowly through the gem.
He stood at 6 feet, 4 inches, radiating power. The irises in his eyes being blue with a silver shine. His face marked with two silver lines that run from under his eyes, down both of his cheeks and neck, and disappearing into his armor His rough, and messy black hair was the only thing that was not changed when the transformation occurred along with his signature birth mark, a pair of "z" like marks that rested under his eyes.
While he may be the Lord of Time, Time was something one of any power, not even Arceus himself should play around with. He knew, as Dialga, to never change time, to change the past, for it will alter the future in such drastic way, billions of lives of both Pokémon and Mankind will be affected. He was Dialga, Master and Lord of Time.
He observed an old photo, that was somewhat faded. He studied to contents of the people on it. A girl with honey-blonde hair with a white and red shirk and skirt on. Next to her was a tall dark-skinned man with spiked up hair, with some strange thing around his next that hung. His face held a big smile was brewing with confidence and pride, while the girl was screaming joy and excitedness. Holding on to his shoulder with her had was a mature woman. She gave off a loving grin and told people she looked inviting to people, like someone he could trust. But finally, in the middle, was him. A big wide grin with his eye closed and on his shoulder had a small yellow creature with red cheeks, sharing the same bright personally he did.
Sensing a call from a distant region, he decided it was time to leave, he jumped off the edge. Flipping over to dive down headfirst into the abyss, he called on his power and started to glow. The features of his body changing, first growing exponentially, and then adding he features of the alternate form. Once the glow died down, the Dragon of Time emerged. He blasted a beam of energy from his mouth, creating a portal to another dimension. He flew dove into the portal, Arceus awaiting his very presence.
Arceus, the creator of the universe, rested in the Hall of Origin. Looking up to see a portal open, seeing the Time Dragon piercing through the distortion and landing with a thunderous boom. Changing back into his human form, Ash bent on one knee, bowing his head and began to speak.
"My lord, you called for me?"
"Ah, Hello Ash, it has been a while hasn't it?" the ancient beast replied.
"I lost track eons ago, I think… you need something from me, I assume?" replied the teenage male, know known as Ash.
"Always to the point… very well. As you know, Gravity, Space and Time, makes up reality. Giratina, Palkia, and you keep it together with your power and your mere existence." Arceus spoke. "I suspected that everything would settle down ever since you have taken up the mantle of Lord of Time all those human years ago."
Standing up, Ash shot Arceus a curious look. "Is there something wrong my lord."
"I brought you here for an important duty. There have been some issues with space, for some reason it has been warping and twisting, and I have no clue why. I have attempted to call Palkia here to get an explanation, but he has not heeded my call. I need you to go into the realm of Space, where Palkia resides and see if he is alright. I fear the worse Ash." Ash, still scowling at Arceus, nodded his head and turned to leave. Arceus sighed, "I know you are struggling Ash; you do not need to hide anything from me. You can trust me." Ash stood there for a moment and nodded the god of Creation. "I at least hope that picture I gave you helped rejog some memories. For some sort of closure."
"I will be fine, my lord. You have nothing to worry…" said the human. That make Arceus even more concerned for the young lad.
Ash then transformed back into Dialga and then entered a portal into the realm of Space, seeking out Palkia and leaving the god to carry out his mission.
Arceus stared at the spot where the new Lord of Time stood. 'He is spending too much time in the Time Dimension. I didn't think it would be it would be this bad…' he contemplated. He could only pray that Ash was going to be alright, but what other power was a higher being that he was to pray to…
