Ash, Pikachu, Goh, and Cinderace are at the Cerise Park at Cerise Laboratory in Vermilion City in the Kanto Region, they are relaxing with their Pokémon, Professor Cerise approaches Ash and Goh, he tells them there's a strange device somewhere in the Galar Region, and tells them to head there to check it out, they agree. Bob, Dash, Helen, Jack-Jack, and Violet are in the living room, Violet asks Dash to pass the remote, he passes it, Bob asks Helen to get the popcorn, she gets it, Jack-Jack has the butter, Helen asks for it, he gives it to her. Ash, Pikachu, Goh, and Cinderace are on a plane, the plane lands in Galar, Ash tells Pikachu how excited he is, he agrees, Goh says the same thing to Cinderace, it also agrees. Ash, Pikachu, Goh, and Cinderace are in Hammerlocke, they see the device, they push a button on it a portal opens up, they go in. Bob, Dash, Helen, Jack-Jack, and Violet are in the kitchen, they get done eating, they see a portal open up, they see Ash, Pikachu, Goh, and Cinderace come out. The Parrs are happy to see Ash and Pikachu again, and they are as well. The Parrs ask who is the person with Ash and Pikachu, Goh and Cinderace introduce themselves, Bob, Dash, Helen, Jack-Jack, and Violet introduce themselves back. The Parrs ask Ash how has he been since they last seen each other, he says good and that he won the Alola league, they are impressed, Goh is shocked and impressed. Ash and Goh show them their Rotom Phones. The Parrs look in awe and ask what are those things, Ash and Goh tell them they're Rotom Phones, the Parrs ask what can they do, Ash and Goh tell them they can act as a Pokédex which can scan data of any Pokémon, make calls, wake them up, and other cool things. Ash and Goh also tell the Parrs Rotom Phones come in different colors such as Orange, Red, Black, Blue, Green, Pink, Purple, Brown, Yellow, Gray, and White. The Parrs ask Ash where is RotomDex, he tells them it's in Alola, they tell him okay, Ash tells them he and Goh travel to different regions to see how things are, they tell him they find that interesting that there's more than one region in the Pokémon World, he tells them there's Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, and Galar, they like that there are various regions in the Pokémon World. Ash sends out Dragonite, Gengar, Lucario, Sirfetch'd, and Dracovish, the Parrs ask who are these Pokémon, he tells them they're Dragonite, Gengar, Lucario, Sirfetch'd, and Dracovish, he tells them he got new Pokémon and left behind his old Pokémon in Alola. Goh sends out Sobble and Grookey, the Parrs ask who are these Pokémon he tells them they're Sobble and Grookey. The Parrs find Sobble and Grookey to be so cute, they try to pet them but Sobble cries, which causes everyone to cry. The Parrs wonder why are they crying, Ash and Goh tell them that once Sobble cries, it causes everyone else to cry that's near it. Goh calms Sobble down and it stops crying, the Parrs are interested in Ash and Goh's Pokémon, Dash handshakes with Lucario, Gengar playfully scares Violet, Ash tells her it's just being playful, she calms down, Jack-Jack is playing with Sirfetch'd and Grookey, Dragonite hugs Helen tightly, she tells it it's hugging her too tight, Ash tells it to take it easy, Dracovish almost bites Bob, he wonders what is up with it, Ash tells him that's how it shows it's affection, Dash is playing with Lucario and Cinderace, The Parrs wonder if Sobble will Join in, Goh tells them it's kinda shy. Goh tells Sobble everything will be okay, it feels better. Sobble joins in and plays with Dash along with Lucario and Cinderace, it lets Dash pet it. Ash recalls his Pokémon, Ash, Pikachu, Goh, His Pokémon, and The Parrs head outside, Evelyn is walking she sees them. Ash and Goh pull out a device, the Parrs ask what is that, Ash and Goh tell them it's the device that can travel between worlds, they find that fascinating. Ash and Goh press a button on the device and a portal opens up, Ash, Pikachu, Goh, His Pokémon, and the Parrs go inside the portal, Evelyn enters the portal too.
