The following story is a work of fanfiction based in the setting of and utilizing the characters of the online comic Grrl Power. This is an unauthorized work not intended to imply canon either in the Grrl Power Universe or my own Aesperia fantasy series or its spin-offs. Some aspects or reactions of characters from Grrl Power are based on the comic run to date and guessing based on that, future installments may contradict what is written here, but hey, this is just fanfiction. Enjoy.
*scene 1*
Deep below the ground there is a place only accessible by a pool leading through a treacherous underwater sea cave exiting through a pool to a stone walkway before a fifty foot high door. However this night there is a large hole in the door, the markings implying the impossible, that the enchanted stone had been burned through. Beyond the door the next line of defense lies in ruins, the massive skull faced golem appears to have chunks missing from it as if bitten with the rest strewn about, the damage indicating it had been pulled apart. Further inside the main chamber with circular doors leading to the various sub-vaults is host to a fantastic figure; a twelve foot tall woman wearing what appears to be a white Victorian dress with wedding dress style accents; her waist held in a tight corset; her large breasts however are as white as the dress with a texture implying they too are fabric, along with her shoulders and long slender arms. Her long claw like fingers crossed in front of her like a lady in waiting taking a stroll. However above the shoulders this being is revealed to not simply be a twelve foot tall woman or some giant puppet, there is darkness there instead, a thick moving shadow that wafts back in many shades of darkness and the occasional spark of eerie blue and white lights like a curtain of ethereal cloud like hair trailing behind her. Where her face should be there is instead a white mask with red painted lips, tilted oval eye hole painted with black lines around them to accent their shape; within however there are two points of blue lights for eyes.
As she strolls through the large chamber the defenses kick in, a series of ceiling mounted guns blasting her with fire, ice, laser, electricity, and various magical elemental blasts; these do nothing to her, save those that hit her hair; into the void the blast vanish only to appear again striking back at the very weapons that fire them. These guns disabled another security feature comes into play as the ceiling begins to lower. The woman without even looking up raises one claw like hand, emitting a blue shock wave that causes the ceiling to stop, its gears being held tight by psionic energies. She looks around the room and zeroes in on one specific door. She walks into it, the stone dissolving around, giving zero resistance despite the enchantments placed upon it. Inside the room are what look to be columns with a section missing from each one's center with various creepy dolls on display behind strange energy fields. Further inside the room there are larger human sized dolls in crates with the same strange energy around them. One of which is a five foot tall ball jointed dark haired woman wearing a red and white dress. The eyes of the doll shoot open, revealing red gems for eyes. The giant entity reaches down, her fingers extending into longer sharper points penetrating the energy field, green veins of energy spread through the energy field causing it to dissolve unnaturally. The giant twelve foot woman lifts up the five foot tall doll and holds it to her giant bosom and utters only two words with her melodious voice before vanishing into thin air, "My dolly."

General Faulk and Zephan are in a board room with Maxima watching a recorded news Broadcast from three states over. The broadcast shows the news anchor standing in front of a still image of a petite girl wearing a silver uniform like something out of a 1980s cyberpunk anime, complete with the high spiky grey hair. She is flying in the air with her hands outstretched with what is clearly a large blue sigil with wavy symbols in it summoning water to help put out a fire. Faulk flips through other news stills of the same individual, flying to save a kitten from a tree, rescuing a dog and a small child who fell off a bridge into an aqueduct, and flying with a green sigil with curly symbols in it shooting a blast of air to blow smoke from a fire away from people as the fire fighters put out the smoke.
"Want to recruit this one too?" asks Maxima.
"Look closer," says Zephan, "she might be a super, however she's clearly using magic. In public and on the news. Chances are the Twilight Council will get involved if they haven't already."
"Exactly," says General Faulk, "We don't know if they've sent their own people after this individual yet, we do have reason to believe on top of magic they are also a super."
He licks the image showing the girl ripping a car door off at a traffic accident to save the kids inside and then using small water spells to put out some fires, a third image causes Maxima to raise an eyebrow as it shows the girl using a white sigil whose symbols are blurry on the camera to heal someone at the accident.
"We know who this?" asks Maxima.
"No," says General Faulk, "we already have Leon running facial recognition."
"and," says Zephan, "Gwen and I, along with a few others in Arc-Light are checking the magic network, if we're lucky they're on there or someone in the magic community knows them."
"We have anything to go on before I presume I'm sent to bring this kid in?" asks Maxima.
"Well," says General Faulk, "she likes to show boat at every rescue, some locals have caught her appearing via a portal or just appearing from thin air; and leaving the same way; however she calls herself ExZelia, even spelled it out for the news caster. No idea what that is supposed to mean."
"Aside from the magic," says Maxima, "doesn't look like this kid is doing anything to get Arc-Swat involved. This all looks like good Samaritan acts."
"Not exactly true," says Faulk, clicking the screen again to show ExZelia ending a car chase by striking the car with an electric blast from a blue sigil with zig zag symbols, "we have reason to believe this is just the beginning, given how quickly she shows up she's likely listening in on police and getting to the scenes ahead of them, as well as patrolling."
"Got it," says Maxima, "so extending an offer or a warning?"
"Your discretion," says Faulk, "however with magic involved; take Xurial with you."
*Scene 3*
Down a dark hallway lined with stone, down past old metal doors with small barred windows with sliding panels, there is a room locked tighter than most the rest. Three male figures, clearly vampires, walk down to this door. They put on strange glasses lined with runes, nod to one another, as one slides open the window. Inside is a well lit and padded room with a few piles of pillows and lying limp in one corner is a human sized doll with ball joints, wearing a blue Victorian era style dress, long blue hair. Her eyes shoot open revealing they are made of striking blue sapphires.
"It knew," says one of the vampires to the side, "it was down here laughing like crazy last night about its sister being free."
"I still don't get why this one was kept up here and the other one down there." says the other vampire to the side.
"Because," says the one who opened the window, "they are too dangerous together, and this one knows things, it has psychic powers, far too useful to just discard in some vault or crypt."
The doll turns her head, "She's coming."
"Who is coming?" asks the vampire.
The doll lifts its arm and points right at the door, "mistress,"
The vampires to the side barely have time to scream, "Behind us!" as a giant snow white hand with long needle like claws for fingers sweeps through them, slicing through them, the stone, and the door, as easily as the air. The door crumbles to the ground with bits of stone as the giant figure moves through stone, the high ceiling made to accommodate some of their larger prisoners barely above the twelve foot tall giantess causing bits of the ceiling to dissolve away as well on contact with the dark plume of waving night that is this being's hair. As with the red doll she has come for the blue one; she reaches down, her giant claw of a hand transforming into a more human like hand before lifting the blue doll to her bosom.
Alarms are going off through the facility as the security room saw everything on camera, except where this unknown entity came from, appearing to manifest in the dark hallway. She does not use whatever stealth she did before, instead levitating straight up with her prize, the ceiling dissolving away to clear a path. Each floor going up in panic as the giant being clad in white rises up floor to floor, any attempt to fire any weapons at her resulting in the bullets and even silver tipped cross bow bolts to dissolve in the air around her. As the entity reaches the roof she suddenly vanishes into thin air. Instead the vampires find someone else on their roof, the spiky silver haired superhero girl, ExZelia.
"Drat," says ExZelia looking around, "just missed her."
One of the six vampires exiting out to the roof glares at her a shine in his eyes, "You know what this creature issss, tell ussss,"
"Hypnosis?" asks ExZelia, "wait...I sense it, seriously? Vampires? Again?"
One of them hisses, "you are coming with us human!"
Before he can lunge or any of them make any more movements there is a sudden burst of intense light from an orb in her hand and the six of them on the roof are reduced to burning ashes, causing others in the stairwell to shield their eyes, and one stronger elder to push past them, only reaching the roof in time to see ExZelia flying off and vanishing through a sigil portal.
