"So uh what's your name? I'm Maxie."
"Cinnabar."
"Hahahah, cold response..."
Maxie laughed it off, looking elsewhere away from the Gem. He placed his hand on his head, mumbling something to himself.
"So what's your world like?" He asked, looking back at her.
Cinnabar turned to him, before turning back. "Well, I'm one of 27 Gems. I'm a hardness of 2, the weakest of all of them-"
"Well that was kinda obvious to me, cinnabar is also poisonous because it can produce mercury." Maxie interrupted him.
He turned silent. "How did you know?!" Silver liquid began to show up, making Maxie back away a bit.
"...Oh. OH! Shocker huh?!" He panicked, stuttering and laughing.
"Wait. Are there other Gems like me and Phosphophyllite at your world?!" Cinnabar exclaimed, grabbing hold of Maxie's jacket.
"What?! Of course not!"
"..."
He let go of the jacket, and left out a sigh of disappointment.
"So your world is different than ours?" He asked.
"Yes. Sorry to break it for you." He apologized, shrugging his shoulders.
"HEY MAXIE!"
Maxie turned to see Phos cupping their hands together.
"TEAM MAGMA SUCKS!"
Maxie's whole world shattered.
"What is Team Magma?-"
"DID ARCHIE SET YOU UP?! WHERE IS HE?!"
And right on cue, Archie appeared. Phos screeched, immediately falling down to the ground.
"WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?! YOU JUST APPEARED OUT OF THIN AIR!" He shouted, their legs completely broken.
"I...went back to my world for a bit." He mumbled, coughing onto his hand.
"Did you tell Phos about Aqua!" Maxie demanded, walking to him.
"Well I told him about the evil Team Magma. Does that clear it up for you?" He explained, smirking.
"YOU!-"
"Let's not fight." Cinnabar interrupted them, popping up in the middle of the two.
"YEA!" Phos jumped in, still having his legs broken.
"If you two want to have this fight, then go back to your world. Just not here, especially when you're dealing with two weak Gems that could shatter." He continued, pointing at Phos.
"Well great job at not making me punch Archie straight in the face."
"Excuse me what-"
Cinnabar shifted his eyes at the two man. 'They're going to drive me insane...' He said to himself.
