The Fight

Three persons can be seen in the study of a mansion. And the environment of the room is quiet serious.

Senior Inspector Daya sitting on the couch present in study with angry and annoyed expressions while playing with the coffee mug present in his head…..his jacket present on the couch.

The Angry Young Man of the CID Mumbai Senior Inspector Abhijeet is really Looking in his Angry Avatar…..his coat is lying on the near by chair while sleeves of shirt folded up…shirt half tucked out…..Standing near by the window of the room….with both hand crossed over his chest.

Abhijeet (In Anger ) – Samjhte kya hai yhe log khud ko….joh yhe chahe ge vahi hoga…inke parion ki juti nahi hai hum…..Jis System ko chalane ki bat kar rahe the na…hum bhi usi system ki hifajat k liye….Huuh bade aae system chalne wale….System ka S bhi chalana nahi aata hoga in logo ko bas janta ko murkh banana aata hai inhe…jis din janta ne than li na sir inko sabk aikhane ki Pura system saaf hojaega…..Galti toh humari bhi hai….ek order aae….thoda sa political pressure pada or kardo case close. Acp sir – Abhijeet case ko sirf abhi k liye side pe rakh rahe hai…ek baar elections hojae…phir yhe case jarur open hoga or us ladki ko insaf jaruru milega

Abhijeet – aap kise smjha rahe hai sir piche 10 saal se mein bhi yahi Duty nibhata aa raha hoon or isi system se deal karta aa raha hoon…kya mujhe nahi pata ki ek baar yhe case close kardiya toh iski file bhi un hazaron ase cases ki file k sath dafan ho k rhe jaegi….Sorry sir but mein is baar yhe nahi hone duga….

Acp ( now in anger ) – Abhijeet baat ko smjhne ki koshish karo

Abhijeet ( in declarative and firm voice) – Sorry sir but I am not going to close this case…..or yhe baat aap ache se jante hai…..case incharge ke sign or closure k bina aap koi case ase hi close nahi kar skte or mein yhe nahi karu ga…Mera jamir iski izat nai deta sir.

He took his coat and stromed out.

Acp sir (in frustaiont0 – Daya tum samjhao ise…pagal hogae hai yhe ladka….josh mein kuch bhi karne chala hai…..voh log jaan le le ge iski…or mein bol raha hoon….mein us ladki ko insaf dilauga….yhe Acp Prduyman ka wada hai….mujh pe toh vishvas rakho.

Daya ( with straight) - Nanilini Murder case mein bhi apne yahi kaha tha sir ki aap us case ko khulwae ge….but baad mein apne….bhi yahi kaha tha ki Headquarter….se strict order hai voh case CBI handle krega…..or aaj tak us case ka koi verdict nahi aya sir….is baar nahi sir….is baar nahi…Mein Abhijeet k sath hoon….Sorry.

Acp sir ( in tention) – Yhe nahi sune wale is baar…(sighed)Headquarters toh vese bhi koi na koi mohra chaheye hi…..joh is jung ko chede or apni bali de kar yhe jung puri kare…or yahi mein nahi chata lekin yhe dono nahi smjhe ge…..(shaking his head) Raah toh sahi chuni hai bachon ne….par…..itna assan nahi hone waali yhe raah…bilkul bhi nahi ( taking a deep breath nodding to himself) tum log apna kam karo, or mein apna karu ga…tum pe koi anch nahi ane de skta…mere kabil officers hi nahi ho tum dono…..bete bhi ho.

Few days ago CID Mumbai has been handed over a case of Acid Attack Victim Girl…and on investigation….they have found the involvement of the One of most Reputed white collar Criminal Minister's Son involvement in the case. And as usual the pressure is being created to close the case from the political party as the Minister is from the current ruling party. And at the time the case was reported Acp sir was out of the city so Abhijeet was the case incharge.

Acp sir came back yesterday, and today he and Abhijeet was called to Headquarters for meeting regarding closing the case. But Abhijeet had strongly denied to close the case.

The fact is Department it self doesn't want to close this case….only due to continuous political pressure and some chamachas of the department they have to take this decision….but somewhere they are also frustrated from this continuous intervention of political parties in various cases. And really wants to give some reply to them….but….for that they need someone "TO PUT THEIR GUN ON HIS SHOLUDER TO FIRE"

Which is well understood by the Acp sir that's why he wanted to stop Abhijeet from taking any step….but he also know that what he is doing is right thing…someone has to take one step against this….but he also knows this is like to push a man into the wood fire. But also he has trust on the capabilities of his officer and son….and also know when his both son have together decided to do something, no one can stop them…and As long as both of them are together , no one can harm them.

Also this time, he himself is Determined to protect and support his son at every step

One is determined to protect his son's .

One is Determined to be on the side of his brother at every step.

And one is determined to deliver the justice .
