A/N: Hey guys I'm back again. This time with another installment in the Adventures of Team SNOW. I hope you all enjoy this second volume of Team SNOW centered around the Vytal festival.

Also my own Teams TERA and STRM will be making a cameo in this Volume. I may or may not decide to keep the fights between my Teams and Team SNOW separate, but we'll see what happens when it comes to the actual Vytal Tournament.

Team SNOW Vol 2: The VYTAL Festival begins

Both Team RWBY and Team SNOW were wandering around Vale, Which had been decorated with all sorts of banners and other decorations in preparation for the VYTAL festival. Shiro smiled at Weiss as he said to her, "I'm not sure I have ever seen you this happy or excited for something before Weiss, but why exactly are we walking to the Docks for?" and Weiss smiled back at Shiro as she replied,

"How can you not get excited Shiro? The VYTAL festival is the most important festival of the year, and there will be dancing at the end of the festival. There is also a tournament held every year as well." before she then added, "And we are going to the Docks, because I want to scout out any potential opponents. You should do the same Shiro, because you never know who you may be up against in the VYTAL tournament."

Shiro then let out a small sigh as he said, "I suppose you have a point Weiss, assuming either of us make it past the first round." Westlyn then smiled as she said to Shiro,

"Don't worry Shiro, I'm sure we will be fine. After all we have been training for weeks for this! This is our moment to show the other Academies what Team SNOW is capable of, besides your new weapon should be arriving some point today."

Ruby then had a beaming smile on her face as she said, "Ooh I wonder what Shiro's new weapon will look like, his rapier looked pretty cool but I bet his new weapon will be even cooler!" and Yang let out a small giggle as she said to her sister,

"Easy there sis, you always get excited the moment someone talks about weapons. Besides I'm sure Shiro is just as excited about seeing his new weapon as much as we are."

When Shiro and the others arrived at the Docks, a boy with blonde hair and a tail and wearing a white unbuttoned shirt and some blue jean shorts, jumped off a boat and ran past Ruby and the others before flashing a wink at Blake, and Shiro had a scowl on his face before Weiss shouted, "Quick after him, we have to observe him!" before Ruby and the others followed after Weiss.

Meanwhile, Shiro's team stayed behind and Westlyn looked at Shiro with some concern as she asked, "Are you ok Shiro? You look mad." and Shiro still had a scowl on his face as he scoffed in response,

"It's nothing. I'm fine."

Olivia then grabbed everyone's attention as she pointed towards the boat sitting in the Docks as she said with a beaming smile on her face, "Guys look, it looks like the students from Haven Academy have arrived!" and everyone looked at the boat as they saw a group of students stepping off the boat, one of the students was smartly dressed and wearing a fedora and holding a trumpet.

Naomi looked at the other students walking off the boat and she spotted a girl who looked similar to Weiss, as she had crimson colour hair and a similar matching colour dress before she looked at the her team mates and said with a small smile on her face, "I think I just saw someone who looks like they could be Weiss's cousin. I mean they dress similar." and Westlyn looked at the direction Naomi was looking and noticed the group of students Naomi mentioned walking towards them as she replied with a smile,

"Those students we have been accidently spying on seem to be heading our way. I wonder if they saw us and want to say hello?"

When the group of students got closer to Shiro and the others, he could see that they were mostly female except for the one male in the group. He could also see that one of the girls had purple colour hair with either grey or silver looking eyes he couldn't tell for certain had a scar over one of their eyes. There was also another group of students walking behind the group walking behind the group walking towards them.

The girl with purple hair had a beaming smile on her face as she held out her hand as she said to Shiro and the others, "Hello, I don't believe we have met before. Pleasure to meet you all!" and Westlyn shook hands with the purple haired girl as she nervously replied,

"Umm a pleasure to meet you too, we didn't mean to spy on you or anything, we just happened to be looking in your direction." before she then added, "I'm Westlyn. Westlyn Arc, Team SNOW." she then looked at the rest of her team mates, pointing at them individually as she introduced them, "And these are my friends and team mates, Shiro Branwen. Our leader. Next to him is Olivia Iris. And finally we have Naomi Torin. Together we make up Team SNOW."

And the purple haired girl smiled at Westlyn as she said, "Nice to meet ya Westlyn. My name is Tina. Tina Rose. Team leader of Team TERA." before Tina then looked back at her team mates as she introduced them one by one, "The dude standing next to me is Edward Nikos. But he prefers to be called Eddie. Next to him is Rachel Belladonna. And Finally we have Ashe Schnee. Together this ragtag group of crazies make up team TERA!"

Ashe then looked at Tina as she scolded in response, "Speak for yourself Tina, the only crazy person here is you! You almost died fighting a Goliath!" and Tina let out a small laugh as she replied,

"And yet I'm still here! I even have the scar to prove it. Yes I could have died, but I saved those villager's lives! I'd do it again given the chance because that's what being a huntress is all about. Saving as many lives as we can."

Rachel then looked concerned at Tina as she said, "Tina, I'm not sure having a scar like yours is something to be proud of. You should be more careful out on the field, if it wasn't for Qrow rescuing you, you wouldn't be standing here. The doctors said that most of your bones were broken!"

Tina then smiled at Rachel as she replied, "You worry too much Rach, my bones healed didn't they? Besides I've learnt my lesson the hard way about fighting Goliaths by myself. I also used to hide my scar because I felt ashamed of my peers looking at it and making fun of me, now I proudly show my scar as a reminder as to why you should never fight something as dangerous as a Goliath without backup." and Edward frowned a little at Tina as he said to her,

"We worry Tina, because we care! We could have lost you! How would Sapphire think if she heard you died out in the field because you were being too reckless?" and Tina scowled at Edward as she growled,

"Hey! That's not cool Eddie! I know how upset Sapphire would feel if she found out I didn't come back! It's the sole reason I try not to recklessly charge into every Grimm we find in the field!"

Naomi then perked a brow as she looked at Tina and asked, "This...probably isn't my place to ask but who is Sapphire? I'm guessing this Sapphire person must be pretty important to you Tina for you to defend her like that." and Tina looked at Naomi and shook her head as she smiled and replied,

"Sapphire is special to me Naomi, she's my girlfriend. Pretty crazy right? The leader of Team TERA is dating the leader of Team STRM. Well actually...most of my Team is dating Team STRM as Eddie here is dating Tanya Vermillion."

Olivia then smiled at Tina as she said, "Wow! I think it's cool that you guys managed to find someone special and who makes you happy." before she then asked, "But...if your last name is Rose, does that mean your related to Ruby?" and Tina smiled at Olivia as she shook her head slightly and replied,

"Well Olivia, I'm not related to Ruby, not by blood anyway. I'm Ruby's adopted cousin. My real parents...were murdered."

Naomi then smiled slightly at Tina as she said, "I know how that feels Tina...my parents were murdered by the White Fang."

Later…

Shiro was sitting in his dorm room with a box resting on his lap and he let out a small sigh before Westlyn looked at Shiro as she asked, "Well? Are you gonna open that box Shiro? You've been sitting here staring at it for the past ten minutes now." and Shiro set the box on his lap down next to him as he looked back at Westlyn and smiled slightly as he replied,

"I will open it Westlyn. Just...not right now, it just doesn't feel right. I'll reveal my new weapon to everyone at the VYTAL tournament. until then I think I'll just stick with my broken rapier."

Olivia then had a smile on her face as she said, "Ooh that's a great idea! We'll make everyone think you are still using your rapier then...BAM! they'll look up and see you holding a fancy new weapon. Completely bamboozling the competition!" and Naomi perked a brow at Olivia as she said,

"Somehow I don't think Shiro revealing his new weapon at the VYTAL tournament is really a strategy Olivia, but don't let me stop whatever crazy ideas you have in your head. Just as long as I can read my book in peace."

Shiro then let out a small laugh as he said to his team mates, "Don't worry guys, we will win this year's VYTAL tournament! Besides the first round matches haven't even been announced yet so we have plenty of time to prepare." Olivia then smiled at Shiro as she asked,

"Okay I guess you have a point Shiro, but...what was up with you earlier? you looked real mad when that boy ran past us."

And Shiro let out a small sigh as he replied, "Guys I'm fine, if there was something troubling me you know I would tell you. It's really nothing to worry about." before he then added, "I'm going to get some air, I'll be back later to finish some of our assignments." before he then opened the door of his dorm room and left as he started walking down the hall.

As Shiro was walking down the hall, he saw a boy with silver looking hair and a girl with green hair and dark skin, along with a woman who looked taller than the two people with her and had long black hair, the girl with green hair smiled at him as she said, "Sorry, we seem to be a little lost. Do you think you could help us out?" and Shiro perked a brow at the girl with green hair as he replied,

"Sure, I don't know if I have seen you around here before. Do you know your dorm number?"

The woman with black hair smiled at Shiro as she said, "I'm sorry, we're...exchange students, my name is Cinder, and this is Emerald and Mercury." and Shiro smiled and let out a small laugh as he replied,

"Oh umm well exchange students usually have dorms separate to the student dorms. The exchange student dorms are usually on the left side of the student dorms. What Academy are you guys from?"

Cinder then smiled at Shiro as she said, "Thank you, we're from...Haven Academy. I'm sure we see each other around...more often." before she walked past him with Emerald and Mercury following behind. Tina was leaning against a nearby wall as she looked at Shiro and smiled slightly as she said,

"I would keep an eye on them if I were you, something feels off about them but I can't place my finger on it."

Shiro then smiled slightly at Tina as he replied, "I'll keep that in mind, they said they were from Haven Academy. They friends of yours?" and Tina smiled back at Shiro and let out a small laugh as she said,

"Me? friends with them? That's a good one. I haven't seen them around Haven Academy before. Watch yourself ok birdbrain, I get bad vibes from them."

And Shiro scowled at Tina slightly as he scoffed, "It's Branwen! Shiro Branwen! You know I haven't exactly heard good things about you Tina." and Tina Scowled at Shiro as she growled,

"You don't know me at all! You can blame Ashe for the things you might have heard about me. Thanks to her, half of Haven Academy is afraid of me because they think I'm a crazed psychopath! I hoped things would be different coming to Beacon, but I see now that things will be just like they are at Haven. I hope I don't see you around...Shiro." before she then ran off down the hall back towards her dorm.

Shiro then leaned against a nearby wall and frowned a little as he let out a sigh as he said to himself, "Nice one Shiro, you're starting to push people away just like dad. maybe he's rubbed off on you more than you thought..."

A/N: That's it for this first chapter/episode of volume 2 guys! The VYTAL Festival has begun. Could there be sinister forces lurking in the shadows? What will happen during the VYTAL tournament? Stay tuned to find out.
