I apoligize to those of you who already read the first chapter but a reader pointed out to me that I did not put a trigger warning for the topics in this story so I do apoligize for that. When I have an idea for a story in my head it usually doesn't stay there long so i was so focused on getting it all down that i did forget to add trigger warnings. I am deeply apoligetic for that.

Lena Luthor was standing in a place she never thought she'd be standing in again contemplating if she was actually going to go through with this or if she would leave. Currently she is standing in front of her former best friends apartment aka Kara Danvers deciding if she would knock or if she would leave. How about we go back to see what's gotten her to this point standing in front of a place she swore she'd never be again even if absolutely necessary.

Three hours earlier

Lena Luthor was sitting at her desk in her office at L-Corp deciding if she wanted to have dinner before she continued working on one of her newest projects, this one being the one nobody other than herself knew about. Whether she wanted to admit it or not a certain blonde reporter had been on her mind a lot recently so she decided that she woud make her a new suit and one for her sister Alex as well. After 30 seconds of thinking she has decided to forego dinner in favor of more time on her project before Jess sends her home. Lately Lena has become thinner an thinner in the weeks since she and Kara had their fight regarding Kara's secret identity because truth is this isn't the first time she hasn't eaten she says it's because she's busy but really it's because she doesn't want to, without her and Kara's daily lunches the only time she eats is when Jess won't leave her office until Lena has finished whatever Jess brought her. Lena has also fallen back into some of her more harmful old habits including little to no food consumption, little to no sleep, and self harm. Lena has been struggling with depression and anxiety since she was adopted by the Luthor's. When Kara came into her life they were easier to deal with and she hadn't felt the need to cut since then but after her and Kara's fight she just couldn't cope with it anymore. It was close to midnight and since Jess hadn't come in telling her to go home yet she assumed that Jess herself had already gone home. Lena was just about to start working on Alex's suit when two armed men came storming into her office.

"Ms.Luthor right where she said you would be" goon number one said.

"Yeah thanks for making this so easy Luthor" goon number two said.

"Who are you and what do you want" Lena says backing up moving towards the balcony.

"Not what we want so much as what you owe us" goon number two said.

"I dont owe you anything. Now you need to get out of my office before I call security" Lena says.

"Well not so much what you owe us as what your mother does she said we could collect our payment by doing whatever we want with you so long as in the end you live" goon number one says moving closer to Lena with goon number two.

"This is going to be so much fun, for us at least" goon number two says.

The goons split up one on the left side of her desk and one on the right side and they move closer to her until they are on either side of her. They grab her and move her to her couch. While Lena tries to fight back her efforts are futile and she just ends up hurting herself. Goon number one holds Lena down on the couch while goon number two pulls up her skirt.

"No. Stop please don't do this!" Lena cries as goon number two unbuttons his pants and pulls them down along with his underwear.

Goon number two is about to come closer to her when she kicks him in his knee.

"You bitch!! You will pay for that!"

Goon number two punches Lena in her stomach a few times and then he rapes her. When he is done goon number one takes his turn and raes her two. They continue to take turns for about an hour then they start to punch and kick her until she is a bloody mess but still alive. They each rape her one more time and then on their way out they tell her how good she was and how they hope they can all do this again. The whole ordeal take about 2 hours in total. Lena is left laying on the floor for 10 minutes before she decides that she needs medical attention. She can't go to a hospital but she needs medical attention, then she remembers what day it is and as much as she doesn't want to she knows that it is her only option. She calls her driver and puts on a bulky coat with a hood. When her driver arrives she tells him to take her to the one place she swore she'd never go again. That is how she ends up standing outside of Kara's apartment. She finally decides that she won't be able to go much longer on her feet so she decides to knock on the door.

Lena's POV

I can't believe I'm here but I need help and I remember Kara telling me that every 1st and 3rd Thursday she and Alex had sister night and Alex is a doctor so she can help me I just hope Kara isn't to mad at me for just showing up like this. I can hear her pausing the movie she is watching and coming to the door.

"Hello... Wait Lena? What are you doing here?" Kara says confused my head is down so she can't see my face.

"I'm sorry to be a bother but I need help" I say as I lift up my head so she can see my face.

"Oh my Rao Lena. Alex!! Come in what happened?" Kara leads me to the couch. Alex must be in the bathroom.

"Some guys em... some guys came into my office and told me that my mother owed them money but she told them that I was their payment. That they could do what ever they wanted to me so long as in the end I lived." I say sitting down while wrapping my hand around my stomach.

"Oh my God. Ok. Alex come here!!!" Kara shouts for Alex again.

"Alright alright I'm coming. Who was at the door?" Alex says coming out of the bathroom. "Oh my God Lena what happened!!" Alex says rushing over to me.

"Her mothers goons are what happened" Kara answers before I can say anything.

"They're not my mothers goons. My mothers goons work for free if I was their payment then that means they did something for her." I say as I swallow wincing as I do.

"Ok what did they do?"Alex asks trying to assess my injuries without further hurting me.

"Just a few punches and kicks. I wouldn't have come but the hits were pretty hard so I wanted to rule out internal damage and broken bones but Kara's place is closer than a hospital and I knew that it was sister night." I tell her leaving out the part where they raped me repeatedly.

"Are you sure that's it. They didn't stab you or shoot you?"

"No why?" I ask confused.

"There's blood trickling down your thighs."

I look down and see what she's talking about.

"It's nothing" I say dismissively

"Lena what happened" Kara asks me giving me the look. The look being the one that makes me tell her all of my secrets.

"It's nothing. I knew coming here was a mistake. " I say getting up to leave wincing as I do.

"Lena sit down and tell us what happened blood doesn't just trickle down ones leg because of nothing." Alex says already sitting me down.

"They... They raped me." I whisper so low that she couldn't hear but by the look on Kara's face she definitely heard me.

"Lena" She breathes out.

"What?" Alex looks between us confused.

"Nothing. So anything?" I ask changing the subject

"I'd have to take you to the DEO to rule out internal injuries, but Kara do you mind?"

"Yeah" Kara takes her glasses off and glances over me a couple of times my guess to x-ray me for broken bones.

"So why is their blood going down your thighs" Alex asks

"What do think happened Alex!?! My mother told them they could do WHATEVER they wanted to me her only rule was that when they were done I had to still be breathing!!!!!" I yell.

"Oh my God Lena they *huffs*. We have to go to the DEO to-" I cut her off.

"There is no way in hell I'm going to the DEO Alex!!"

"Lena we need to make sure that you aren't bleeding internally. And you need to get looked at. You also have several broken ribs, a few more bruised, a broken wrist, and they shattered your right kneecap. Frankly I'm surprised you were able to stand in the elevator long enough to get up here." Kara says coming to sit beside me.

"And your also incredibly thin. I can't but I imagine that if I could see your torso right now I'd be able to see your ribs without even trying. When was the last time you ate? Drank something other than alcohol and coffee? When was the last time you slept? I know you and I know that you can go at least 40 hours without anything but coffee. So you have a decision to make, either we take you to the DEO so that I can further check your injuries with the proper equipment or we take you to a hospital and have a total stranger poke and prode at you for hours and they'll probably insist on keeping you at least a night for observation maybe longer. The choice is yours. You have 5 minutes before we make the choice for you."

huffs* "I guess we're taking a trip to the DEO." I definitely don't want to go to the hospital.

"Alright is it alright if Kara flys us there I don't want you on that knee more than absolutely necessary until I can get proper scans." Alex asks even though I know shes not actually asking.

"Whatever let's just get this over with" I say and we head out.
