It is the second year at UA for Izuku Midoriya. His mother invited him over for Sunday night dinner. He continued to walk his normal route to his mother's apartment complex when...
'Why do you have to be so rude, Kacchan.' Izuku pouted to himself. 'Hes always giving me a hard time... Can't leave without his input. Visiting my mother isn't something to make fun of.' A chill crawled up his back as he heard a women's voice call out to him. He quickly turned around to an empty street. 'Am... Am I just hearing things?' He wondered. He sighed in relief before turning back. When he did, he bumped into a high school age girl. Her face was covered by a dark red hoodie. Her black hair hung from her shoulders and long bangs covered her eyes. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't watching where I was walking." He nervously backed up from her.
She giggle at his reaction. "Izuku." She muttered under her breath.
Izuku could barely hear her, "D-Do I know you?"
She smiled as she removed her hood, revealing her face to him. Her hair reached down to her lower back. Her light blue eyes pierced out against her snow white complection. A single freckle stood out under her left eye.
Izuku's eyes widen as he stumbled back. "Who... Who are you? Is this a trick? Why do-"
She smirked at him. "I'm guessing you weren't told either." She spun around and darted off from him before he had time to react.
"Wait!" He yelled as he rushed after her. "Tell me who you are!"
"Catch me and I'll tell you." She laughed reaching her hand out to him.
She lead him a few blocks further, leading down an alleyway. She looked back to see Izuku still chasing her before turning right out of the alley.
He rushed out after her, accidentally running into the street. He felt something push his chest back onto the sidewalk, avoiding being hit by an incoming car. He took a moment to catch his breath as he looked down both directions and didn't see her. 'Where did she-?" He looked up to notice himself in front of his mother's apartment complex. 'Did... Did she lead me here? She couldn't have known where I was going.'
He walked into his mother's apartment with a curious look on his face. 'She looks so familiar...' He took his shoes off at the entrance and made his way down the hall. 'But where?'
"Oh, Izuku!" His mother, Inko, called from the kitchen. " I know you've been working hard these past few weeks. So I made you your fav.." She peaked her head out the kitchen wearing a floral apron.
Izuku looked up to his mom and froze. His eyes widen as he saw this mysterious girl look like his mother.
"Izuku? Is everything okay?" She grew weary, what has her son so bothered?
He rubbed his eyes a few times then looked at his mother again. "Ah... On... my way here. I ran into someone. A girl..." He paused and turned his eyes from her. "About my age. She has black hair, teal colored eyes... And looks exactly like you, mother."
She covered her mouth with her hands as tears filled her eyes.
He rushed up to her, "Are you okay?"
She continued to cry as she rubbed her tears away. "I'm sorry, Izuku."
They took seats next to each other at the dining room table. She leaned on into her left hand, covering her eyes as she held Izuku's hand tight with her right. "I-I just wanted to protect you. I wasn's sure.. How to have told you. Y-you have a younger sister, Kana..."
"So... That was.." He sat back in shock still holding onto his mother's hand.
"Your father insisted on taking her with him when he left for research in America. He said it was only a couple of years.. But after a year, we lost all contact." She continued to sob as her voice cracked. Izuku could feel her trembling as old wounds become visible. "You were so little... I wasnt sure what to do... please forgive me for not telling you."
Knocking caused both, Izuku and his mother, to turn to the door. Izuku got up and slowly approached it as the knocks continued. He shook as he reached for the door knob. 'Could she have followed me up here?' He thought, expecting to see his sister on the other side. He held his breath as he opened the door. "All... All Might." Izuku paused as he focused on the retired hero.
All Might's frail face lost his smile when he realized Izuku looked stressed. "Is there something wrong, young Midoriya?"
Izuku's mother stood at the end of the hall. She sighed as she forgot to mention All Might was coming over.
Izuku turned to welcome him in with his head down.
All Might kept his eyes on Izuku as he walked to the table. "If it's a bad time, I can leave." He mentioned.
"I-It's alright." Izuku took a seat across from All Might.
Inko walked up behind Izuku and placed her hands on his shoulders, "When you're ready, we can talk more about it."
Izuku nodded then looked up to All Might's concern face.
Later that night...
Katsuki Bakugou continued to jog down the pathway to the dorms. The light posts started to kick on, leaving him with little light. He slowed down as he approached the next light post. "Oi!" He growled out. "Quit following me or I'll-"
Kana popped up in front of him, covered by her red hoodie. She glanced up at him, her bangs covered her eyes as she grinned.
"Tch. Stupid Deku! Don't be following me like that!" He yelled out. She began to giggle, surprising Katsuki as she looked up at him with bright eyes. "You're not-" Katsuki's arms straighten out to his sides and he felt pressure against his jaw.
"Looks like I got your attention, you're out of breath. " Kana spoke in a hush tone as walked closer to him, leaned up to his ear and whispering softly in it.
"K-Kana?" Izuku hesitated to say her name as he approached the scene.
She turned around to see Izuku standing behind her. "That's not fair. You didn't catch me." She smirked at him then glanced back at Katsuki. He was released from the strange grip and fell to the ground as she started to walk away. Katsuki reached his hands to his mouth and rubbed it as he caught his breath.
"Kacchan!" Izuku cried out as he took a few steps towards him.
"Stay away from me!" He growled with anger. "I don't need your help." He picked himself off the ground and rub his neck. He remembered the words she whispered to him. 'Stay away from him or I'll end you.'
Izuku stared as Katsuki walked past him. He looked confused that he didn't try to fight. He turned back to Kana but she was already gone. 'How did she get inside the school? Wait... Does she-?'
