Nakahara Chuuya glanced at the clock at his office then at the papers on his desk. After seemingly debating with himself, he sighed as he got up from his chair and left the room. A short while later, he returns with a babbling baby on his right arm, a bowl of mushy food on the left, and a floating high-chair behind him. He placed the excited little girl on the baby chair and began feeding her, her dinner. A few spoonfuls later, he decided to simultaneously start reading the paper he left earlier and reflexively giving food to the baby.
His multitasking was going really well.
That is,
Until he left his hand hanging a bit too far from the baby.
Incredibly focused on the documents on his hands, he failed to notice how the baby was looking at him then back to the food. Unsuccessful at getting the orange-head's attention, she settled for staring at the ceramic spoon containing the itty-bitty rice porridge with a frown on her face.
After a minute or so, the utensil glowed bright red.
As if the small girl was willing the spoon to come nearer, it gave tiny jerking motions to her direction. Minutes passed and it was now noticeable to other eyes that there was a considerable force bending the spoon. Perhaps the mafia executive's strong grip on the item prevented it from flying away.

As the clock struck the next o'clock, it was only then that Chuuya noticed the sudden change of weight on his hands. At the quick surprise turn of his head, the baby's concentrated look on the spoon ceased.
Splat
After initially flinching at the soggy rice bits hitting his face, he flatly stared at the culprit, unamused. As the slimy stuff rolled down his face, the little girl began to laugh heartily. With the supposedly growing anger dissipating from his being, he cheekily smirked at the giggling baby. Shaking his head, he picked her up from her perch and tickled her.
Leaving the papers behind, the pair left the room with the bowl and chair in tow.
NOTE TO SELF: Always give the baby enough time and attention, especially during feeding time. Do not multitask with work and eating. Prioritize eating on time with the baby no matter how much work is still on your desk.
*Stick to the 'Standard Spoon' type and NEVER attempt the 'Patience' type.
