Hello everyone!! I'm a duo fan and this is my first story. Any resemblance with previous ff is a mere coincidence
It was a normal day in Cid bureau.
A case was reported in the afternoon which was solved by our brilliant cops easily and now they all were completing their pending work after a hectic chase
Vivek and Freddie were arranging data while Vivek making fun of Freddie at equal intervals of time and Freddie was making a cry baby face.
Purvi and Tasha were chit chatting while entering the data in pc.
Daya was doing his file work ( wait what Daya and file work, something fishy naa) and Abhijeet was making a report with a constant gaze on his buddy from corner of his eyes who was looking a cute child in his grumpy avatar.
Seeing that Abhijeet murmured:
Lagta hai aaj sahab ka mood kuch jyada hi kharab hai par galti meri bhi hai aise sabke saamne nhi kehna chahiye tha chalo Abhijeet babu aaj toh khub band bajegi and made a bechara face thinking about what made his buggy sad.
Flashback:Daya was coming towards Abhijeet desk who was busy in his work
Daya: Abhi chalo na lunch break khatam ho jayega kitna kaam karoge aake kar lena
Abhijeet: 5 min ruko Daya bas ho gya
Daya(sadly): Pichle aadhe ghante se tum aise hi bol rhe ho chalo na dekho meri bechari tummy kaise dubli ho rahi hai mujhe bhook lagi hai
Abhijeet (in strict way): Dayaaa...5 min bhookha rehne se tumhari 50 kg ki tummy ko kuch nhi hoga
Daya(grumpily) : tum jalte ho meri tummy se. hunh!! Jealous boss!!
Their conversation was interrupted by a phone call and a case was reported .On listening this Abhijeet looked towards Daya whose face fell as he had skipped his breakfast also but still for our cops duty comes first so they moved away.
The team solved the case till the evening and was relaxing in the canteen when suddenly
Daya ye kya tareeka hai tumhe ek baar mein koi baat kyu samjh nhi aati aaj phir tumne apni file complete nahi ki aur tumhari wajah se mujhe sir se daant padi aur abhi maine mnaa kiya na ki hum nahi jaa rahe dinner pe bahar toh phir kyu baar baar puch rahe ho...said Abhijeet angrily
All started looking in that direction and Daya felt embarrassed so he left the canteen.From that time Daya was just sitting on his desk and completing all his pending file work.
Abhijeet was thinking all this when Acp sir called him in his cabin. He sighed and went inside.
Inside
Acp(teasingly): Kyu bhai aaj ladle Chiranjeev ka mood kyu kharab hai ? Tumne kuch kaha kya.
Abhijeet (like a angry kid): Arey main kya kahunga... Maine bass itna kaha ki uski wajah se aapne mujhe daanta (complains like a kid ) aur woh abhi bhi apna kaam nahi kar raha yeh galat hai.
Acp: Oh toh isliye maun vrat dharan kiya hai usne??
Abhijeet (in a low tone) : haan
Acp: Haan toh kal subah se pehle mnaa lena usee(teasingly) kyunki shaanti se toh tum bhi nahi ho, tab se dekh raha hu apni chair pe aise uchal rahe ho jaise kisi ne kante rakhe ho .
Abhijeet firstly shocked but then in down head mode says shyly: jee sir
Acp: Aur haan ab sidha ghar jao aur baakiyo se bhi keh dena.
Abhijeet nodded and left the cabin. Coming outside he informed the same to everyone and gave a look to his pal who was still busy in his work or say pretending. Understanding his look and having no interest in talking to him Daya closed his files and went out of the bureau.
Abhijeet nodded like iska kuch nhi ho sakta and followed him with a constant smile on his face seeing his pal's antics.
