Adrien Agreste as Cat Noir
"LADYBUGGGG!!!" Cat's voice echoed in the night as streams of rain rolled off the back of his black leather suit, eyes searching for her bright red spotted suit.
She was nowhere to be found. How could she do this to him? They were partners. Internally he was screaming, memories rushing to the forefront of his mind. "It's you and me against the world m'lady!" Not anymore.
His father was Hawkmoth. Cat fell to the ground as his entire world caved in. He needed her now and she wasn't there. He had called, used the Ladybug symbol, everything. Cat Noir saw a purple winged creature flicker by in his peripheral vision.
Noooooo. Noooooo. Cat Noir knew he couldn't allow this to happen. In a desperate half-hearted attempt, Cat wiped the tears rolling down his face on the back of his leather-covered hand and breathed in and out so deeply as if it were the last time he would ever breathe in the bittersweet scent of life. It wasn't working.
"Cat Noir! Noooo, resist it please! Paris needs you; I need you…." exclaimed Marinette who was now running toward him with a basket of bread from her parent's bakery in her arms. The bread went flying as her arms reached out for Cat Noir. She flung her arms around him, stumbling to the ground next to him.
"Thanks Marinette. But no one needs me. Least of all Ladybug." He looked away, trying to break contact from her skin; he didn't want her to get hurt because he knew what was about to happen.
"Forgive me Marinette," he uttered as the akuma made contact with his mask.
"Cat Noir, I am Hawkmoth. You have been let down by the one you love most--Ladybug. But there's something else--your father--he--he's--Hawkmoth?"
"ADRIEN?"
"Yes father."
The akumatized Cat Noir could hear maniacal laughing from the voice invading and controlling his brain. "Son, you know what you must do. We will use your miraculous to bring your mother back."
Mom? It was a shock at first to learn that his own father was the supervillain behind all the akumatized victims in Paris. Yet, Adrien hadn't quite put two and two together that Hawkmoth wanted the miraculouses in order to bring mom back. He couldn't hate him for that. Maybe his father was right for doing it. Adrien wanted his mother back more than anything else in the world. No, no he must resist. Not at the cost of innocent lives.
"Adrien! Snap out of those foolish thoughts. Of course it's worth the cost. I'm doing this for you."
Cat Noir fully succumbed to Hawkmoth's akuma and will. He was swallowed up in a sea of white and blue as he transformed into the sinister Cat Blanc.
"Son, I am granting you the ultimate power of destruction. From here on out you will be Cat Blanc. First, you will capture Ladybug's miraculous and then I will de-akumatize you and take your miraculous as well. Emilie will be back with us soon."

Cat?
Marinette heard his cries but it was too late. She tried to stop the akuma and console her precious partner, but it was ultimately left up to him to fend off Hawkmoth's temptation.
"Yes father," the akumatized Cat Noir uttered, leaving Marinette stunned to her core. Had she heard that correctly? Hawkmoth was Cat Noir's father?!??!?!? Is this what he had found out and had been trying to tell her--tell Ladybug?
Tears bubbled out of Marinette's bluebell eyes as she realized that she-Ladybug-could have prevented this akumatization. Her partner was gone and it was all her fault. How could she fight against the boy who sacrificed himself for her more times than she could count? Her partner? Her…. Her first love?
Cat Noir had ripped himself free of her warm embrace, scaling buildings and running on rooftops, in search of Ladybug, in search of her. Marinette picked herself up from the grey cement, albeit on wobbly knees, as if she had awoken from an alternate reality. She scampered off into the nearest abandoned alleyway, as Tikki slowly made an appearance from her clutch.
"Mari--I"
"Tikki, Spots on!!!" Marinette yelled before Tikki had a chance to get out anything of substance. Tikki was truly one of her best friends but Marinette couldn't bring herself to talk to Tikki right now. Ladybug had to come out, despite Marinette's reluctance to become her again. Ladybug must capture the akuma and free her partner from Hawkmoth's, from his father's grasp. Buildings flew by as she ran like she never had before, finally deciding to call out his name.
"Cat Blanc, come out!!"
