Aiz meets her lost childhood friend after 7 years. She had a crush on him back then but thought he had died. She has forgotten him until he shows up in Orario. He attacks her with his dagger but she blocks it. In the process, Bell's hood falls off and Aiz recognizes his face. Bell calls out to her says I hope you don't think you're a hero cause you abandoned me and left me to die. I really hate you. Bell leaves the crowd disperses but Aiz immediately starts shaking. The upper echelons of Loki Familia notice this think that Aiz is scared of Bell. Riveria asks if she is alright. She shakes her head. Finn decides they should quickly get back to Twilight Manor.
Aiz says to Finn to gather everyone in the dining hall in an hour so she can reveal to everyone how Bell is related to her. She tells everyone that Bell her were childhood friends. He was like a little brother to her. One day they were playing in a field a monster attacked. Aiz was scared and she ran away leaving Bell by himself. She eventually gathered enough courage to turn back and help Bell. By the time she got back he was already dead with a huge slash mark across his body. Aiz cries for a while then begs a Level 1 adventurer to train her. She trains for 6 months before she travels to Orario and joins the Loki Familia. Tiona asks Aiz why she seems like she is scared of Bell. Aiz says she was secretly in love with Bell ever since they were children. She still loves him but he hates her. Still she can't blame him since she left him to die.
