Prologue: Since any AU has many confusing time changes this one also has some.
Lily Evans was born in the year 1891 moving to New Orleans in 1898. She goes to Hogwarts in 1902, dying in 1912. The events of Princess and the Frog happen after she dies in 1920.
In conversations, most wouldn't begin with how one was cheating on the other. Sadly Mrs. Evans was never socially adept. Hence the loud shouts echoing through the house.
Lily and Petunia Evans, two sisters unlike in every way, sit huddled trying to block out the screams. Neither understanding the seriousness of the situation, that is until they were separated.
The court officials granted the divorce but couldn't keep the sisters together, which caused shouts of protest from every side. Alas, the young seven-year-old Lily Evans was swept off to New Orleans with her mother. Why New Orleans? Because it was the exact opposite of Mr. Evans, spontaneous, colorful, and above all interesting.
