Hello my fellow readers!
So this story involves my OC Lysara being transported into the realm of Star Wars. I haven't decided yet how she enters the fictional Sci-Fi series lol. Lysara has chestnut colored hair and blue-green eyes. Felicia Day would portray Lysara. I still don't have a design for Lysara's outfit yet but she usually keeps her hair in a braid or let's it hang loose. Her choice of weapons are daggers along with her ice magic. Original Lysara name belongs to George R. R. Martin whIle the last name Tamarin belongs to Elizabeth Lim. I don't own any Star Wars characters and they belong to George Lucas. Now I hope you enjoy the story!
Note: I still ship Anakin and Padme y'all. There's just not many Anakin/Darth Vader pairings and I love Anakin/Darth Vader XD.
Lysara's POV
"You seem nervous Lysara"
I jumped when Padme Amidala spoke.
"My apologies madam but the mere thought someone trying to kill you does not suit well with me"
Calm yourself my inner wolf advised. I rolled my eyes at her suggestion.
"Your wolf probably suggested trying to relax" Padme teased.
"Senator Padme!"
Padme and I turned to see Jar-Jar had escorted in the two Jedi Knights the council sent. I followed Padme inside and we came to a stop before Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Padawan Anakin Skywalker. At seeing Anakin for the first time I felt a blush come to my face. He was very handsome in person. Obi-Wan bowed before greeting Padme.
"It's a great pleasure to see you again my lady"
"It's been far too long Master Kenobi" Padme replied shaking the Jedi's hand. The senator then noticed Anakin. "Ani?! My goodness you've grown"
Anakin proceeded to smile.
"So have you, your more beautiful" Anakin paused before resuming. "Well for a senator I mean"
Padme smiled back at him.
"Ani you'll always be that little boy I knew on Tatooine"
Padme then turned to me and I had the two Jedi's attention.
"Obi-Wan, Anakin, this is one of my bodyguards Lysara Tamarin"
"A pleasure to meet you gentlemen" I greeted the two Jedi.
"Likewise Ms. Tamarin" Obi-Wan responded.
"I'm glad to see your keeping Senator Amidala safe" Anakin added.
It wasn't long until everyone sat down to discuss business.
"Our presence here will be invisible my lady I can assure you" Obi-Wan promised.
Captain Typho introduced himself to the two Jedi's before continuing.
"Though Lysara is a skilled guardian for Senator Amidala I am grateful you are here Master Kenobi, the situation is more dangerous than the Senator will admit"
"He is right" I agreed turning to Padme.
"I don't need more security I need answers, I want to know who is trying to kill me" Padme voiced in. She had frustration in her voice.
"We're here to protect you Senator not to start an investigation" Obi-Wan pointed out.
"We will find out who's trying to kill you Padme" Anakin interjected. "I promise you"
He's attractive for a human my wolf notified me.
Oh shut it I reprimanded her while Obi-Wan conversed with his Padawan.
"Perhaps with merely your presence the mystery surrounding this threat will be revealed" Padme finished. She then stood up and excused herself. My watch wouldn't begin until she was asleep.
"Excuse me Lysara"
I turned my attention to Anakin who was now in front of me.
"Forgive me my lady but I sense you are not human"
He looked embarrassed and it was cute seeing him blush.
"Your are correct I am not human" I confirmed. "I am a wolf shifter"
"Wolf shifter? Now that's interesting" Obi-Wan responded joining Anakin. "Wolf shifters are usually with a pack"
"My pack were my parents and unfortunately they died a couple of years ago"
Mated wolf pairs can't live without their life mate hence why I was now an orphan.
"I'm sorry to hear that" Anakin said giving his condolences.
"They lived a long life and one day I will see them again"
Tell Anakin he's cute my wolf demanded.
This time I chose to ignore my other half. Eventually night fell and once Padme was asleep did I go into her room to start my watch. Anakin and Obi-Wan were doing their watch in the living room area. Things were quiet until I noticed a shadow outside of the window.
Immediately I shifted to my wolf form and waited for the right moment to strike. A few minutes later two slimy creatures were deposited into the room. They were disgusting and also poisonous. Well to humans they were poisonous it was different with shifters. Once they got closer to the bed did I strike.
I seized one of the insects into my mouth and easily killed it with my teeth. Anakin suddenly burst into the room and his light saber was on. The other centipede was slaughtered before it could bite Padme. R2-D2 woke up and so did Padme. Obi-Wan noticed the robot outside and he burst through the window and grabbed hold of the damn thing before it tried to flee.
Anakin ran out of the room so he could aide Obi-Wan. Padme's handmaiden and Captain Typho arrived to make sure Padme was okay. She reassured them she was fine and I was next to be examined. I had to revert to my human form for this.
"Padme I am fine" I told the worried senator for the fifth time as a medical droid checked my vitals.
"You killed a poisonous insect Lysara I want to make sure you aren't in any danger" she argued.
I sighed and allowed the examination to continue for my friend's sake. Once I was in the clear Padme ordered I take the rest of the night off and get some rest. Sleep wasn't a bad idea and Captain Typho escorted me to my temporary apartment a few floors down.
"You did well tonight Lysara" he praised me.
"You know I will protect Senator Padme with my life" I replied as we entered my home. The apartment was similar to Padme's.
I then growled feeling a damn headache coming along. I took a pain reliever and Typho left.
Perhaps you shouldn't have bit the insect my wolf reprimanded me.
Oh shut up I replied before getting ready for bed.
