Hello and welcome to another experimental fanfic of Tonikaku Kawaii, in which a new inspiration popped into my head in an unexpected way, and decided to try this out to see if this would attract readers and fans of this series…
While my other Tonikaku Kawaii fic, Curiosity, is currently ongoing, a thought hit me as I thought of making a T-rated fic as a way to show that I can also make fics that do not rely on lemons, and as I re-watch the anime, it showed that Nasa would try any kind of jobs just to make ends meet given that he is married to Tsukasa.
While scanning Google, I came across a TV special which featured a character who became a SUPERHERO with a motif of a wine bottle, in which it aired way back I 2009, and after checking it out, an idea popped into my head as I thought of having Nasa take a job of a sommelier and see how this would go…
This would be my first Tonikaku Kawaii fic that would incorporate the following genres:
- Drama
- Adventure/action
- Superhero
While Nasa will be the central figure, Tsukasa will play an important role here, and here I would get to see if the reception would be good as this would be my first attempt to do a fic beside romance and the like that were seen in the manga and anime.
Given that very few characters appeared in the anime, I will have to improvise on how to create characters that would come into conflict with the main characters, especially as this involve both Nasa and Tsukasa.
Given that this would be my first attempt, expect that this fic might last at least 13 chapters, but it would depend on the reception and reviews.

Ch. 1: Shitsugyō
Somewhere within Tokyo, Nasa Yukari is about to head home after spending time working, and though relieved that he is able to earn enough money to make ends meet, he began to realize that the money he earned won't be enough, especially as he is living with his wife, Tsukasa.
However, as he is about to leave, his employer came and grimly told Nasa the bad news, stating that the office he is working is set to close up in three days due to bankruptcy, surprising Nasa, as the latter knows that the company is well-off financially.
"Eh? Seriously?"
"I'm afraid so…"
"Then…"
"I'm afraid I have to lay you off…"
"But…how…? This company is doing well…"
"…"
"Sir…?"
"Um…it's like this…"
The employer regrettably said that certain factors led to this and said that Nasa will get his pay tomorrow, and for now he is out of the job, surprising him more, and now Nasa will have to find another job, but he reminded his now-erstwhile employer not to forget both his final salary and separation pay, which the now-bankrupt employer promised that he will pay Nasa tomorrow.
"Yes…of course."
"Really?"
"Yes. Really."
"…"
"You'll get your pay. I promise."
"Okay…"
"Well…off you go."
"…"
As Nasa left, he wondered what would he do next, as he anticipate that Tsukasa would get worried and suggest that he should at least take a break after working at that company for five months without a vacation leave.
However, he heard police sirens blaring and this made Nasa curious and went back, only to be taken aback seeing several police officers apprehending the employer who employed Nasa.
Nasa approached the officer and asked what happened, and there he is told that Nasa's employer is involved in drug dealing, involvement with loan sharks and other activities connected to grand estafa.
This caused Nasa to become apprehensive and confronted his now-former employer and asked for confirmation and about his final salary and separation pay, which only made the suspect flustered in embarrassment and defeat upon being exposed, as police brought evidence found from his office, which showed that the money he collected went to various drug dealers and loan sharks, thus explaining the sudden declaration of bankruptcy.
Nasa was devastated and grabbed the suspect and shook him hard in anger, as his hard-earned salary and wage were taken away from him even at the last moment.
"Damn you!"
"…"
"How could you?"
"…"
"What about the money I earned?"
"…"
"Answer me!"
"…"
As police break up the scuffle and calmed Nasa down, the suspect was taken away, and the police sadly tells him that it would take some time before he could regain his lost salary, and a dejected Nasa head home.

Much later, at the Arisugawa Bathhouse, Aya came and told both Tsukasa and Kaname that she saw Nasa arrived and is looking dejected, as his usual, upbeat self is absent and she sensed that something bad happened to him.
At the same time, the live TV news is aired and revealed the news about the company that Nasa worked at and its exposure and expose about the employer's involvement with drug dealers, the Yakuza and loan sharks, which the employer's MO is revealed, and the three girls realized that this must be the reason why Aya saw Nasa came home dejected.
"Whoa…"
"Guess that explains it…"
"My husband…"
"Nasa is really in the dumps now…"
"Kaname…!"
"My poor husband…"
"!"
"!"
Kaname tells Tsukasa that her husband needs her moral support which the latter agreed and leaves her work to go help her husband, who is having a bit of a crisis.
There Aya asked Kaname if Nasa is going to be okay, worried as this was the first time seeing him this distressed, yet Kaname is confident that Nasa will rebound and return to his usual high spirit self.
"Really?"
"Yup."
"How so?"
"I can tell."
"You sure?"
"Yup. I'm sure."
"You better be…"
"Hee-hee-hee…"

At the rented room, Tsukasa is seen comforting her husband after talking to him about the news she saw TV, and tells him that while his hard-earned salary and separation pay may have slipped from his grasp, the most important part is that he wasn't harmed in any way.
Moreover, Tsukasa said she is even relieved that he wasn't used as a scapegoat, as she pointed out that had his foolish employer used Nasa as a way to escape prosecution by framing him for the crime, the suspect would surely get away clean.
"…so in the end…things will be okay, darling…"
"But…"
"Don't worry. Thanks to Kaname, I was able to save money for us."
"…"
"Believe me, darling. I'm glad that you weren't implicated by that man."
"Tsukasa-chan…"
"It's okay, darling…"
"…"
She also reminded him that no matter what challenges came, she will stick with him because not only is she his wife, but also she loved him with all her heart and soul. She also said that he can find a new job, while she will continue working for Kaname, stating that the bathhouse is starting to become a popular stopover for students and call center agents.
"It's not the end, darling."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"…"
"Believe me, darling. You can rebound from this."
"I…see…"
"Okay?"
"Okay…"
Her words helped sooth him and he slowly recovered his confidence, and realized that it is not the end of the world for him, and he thanked his wife for lifting his spirit and tells her that tomorrow he will look for a new job that is not too shady and offer higher wage.
She in turn told her husband not to get too swayed if the offer is too high, as said that some companies who offer higher than usual wages might be a front of some shady individuals or organization, yet Nasa assured to her that he will be more careful from now on.
"Really, darling?"
"Yup."
"How so?"
"I'll be more careful, Tsukasa-chan."
"You sure?"
"Yup. I'm sure."
"You better be…you just got…"
"Don't worry…I'll be okay…"
Nasa hugged his wife lovingly and gently kissed her, which she returned the gesture, and as the kiss continued, it slowly gets passionate as he got carried away, which he pushes his pants down while he lifted his wife's skirt, exposing their crotches and he began to sway, causing Tsukasa to blush as she realized that he is getting a little bit too far.
But she couldn't rebut as they were kissing and all she and Nasa could do is moan through the kiss.
"Mmm…"
"Mmm…"
"Mmm…"
"Mmm…"
"Mmm…"
"Mmm…"
"Mmm…"
"Mmm…"
However, as Nasa started to kiss her neck, Tsukasa blushed even more, but then she looked at her side, and stared wide-eyed seeing Kaname and Aya watching the two, smirking naughtily as they get to see a make-out scene and they gave Tsukasa a THUMBS UP sign.
This caused Tsukasa to freak out as she screamed so loud that she accidentally threw her husband upward, causing him to crash headfirst onto the ceiling before he fell down, landing on Kaname's arms, and there Kaname tells Tsukasa to calm down as there is no one else here but her and Aya.
"Whoa…that scream was too loud…"
"Wheeze…wheeze…pant…pant…"
"Easy, Tsukasa…easy…"
"Wheeze…wheeze…pant…pant…"
"Calm down…relax…"
"Wheeze…wheeze…pant…pant…"
"There nobody here but us girls…"
"Wheeze…wheeze…pant…pant…"
Kaname puts a knocked out Nasa on bed as Aya checked on him, seeing that he is sporting a rather huge lump on his head, and tells Kaname that his marriage with Tsukasa will be a BUMPY ONE if he tries to ROMANCE his wife.
Kaname snickered and tells Tsukasa that she need to loosen up as making out with her husband is part of a married life, though Tsukasa is too shocked and embarrassed to respond.
"Gosh, Tsukasa…"
"…"
"You shouldn't be embarrassed like that. I mean…it's normal for married couples to make out…"
"…"
"If you keep this up…Nasa would end up calling you a DEMON WIFE..."
"…"
"Tsukasa…?"
"…"

Much later, a now-recovered Nasa is reading a bunch of flyers that he received a while ago at the mailbox, and while reading them, he found something rather strange, as he saw that a certain flyer is offering a job, one offering a job as a bartender and the other as a sommelier.
Nasa thought carefully as both of these job offers involve wine, and he wondered if he should try those jobs given that he hasn't tried taking a sip before.
"A bartender? A sommelier? Which one? This reminds me about the movie, Cocktail…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as the story is underway, and I capped it off with some drama like Nasa getting swindled out of his pay as his employer involved in underground criminal activity and nearly gets framed for the crime…
A bit of a comedy here as Nasa gets FRISKY and makes out with Tsukasa, only to suffer PHYSICAL PUNISHMENT when the Arisugawa sisters caught them.
Since this is a T-rated fic, this scene is mild as possible…
Nasa is looking for a new job, and seemingly found at least two…will he be willing to try them out...?
