Chapter 1
It may not be everyday, that Cartman wears clothes marketed toward women, but certain days, such as this, he simply feels like wearing a cute blouse or skirt, as opposed to his typical t-shirt and jeans. As he approaches the bus stop, in what appears to be a red dress, Kenny wolf-whistles. Cartman's baggy, red jacket is zipped over his large torso, so that only the bottom half of his outfit is visible. His thick, curvaceous legs are covered by translucent, white stockings, and his feet are currently in UGGs. There are flats in his backpack, which he'll change into, once they're at school.
"Shuddup, Kinny," Cartman says, flipping Kenny off. "What're you staring at, fire crotch?" Most people are accustomed to his fashion choices, by now, since he's always dressed in stereotypically feminine clothes, but Kyle Broflovski seems to be the only person who has a problem with it. This surprises and disappoints Cartman, for Kyle was the last person Cartman would've suspected to judge him for this. "Take a picture, it'll last longer."
Kyle's eyes widen, as he snaps out of a trance. "Um, s-sorry." He reflexively averts his eyes from Cartman's legs, and toward the latter's face, which is accentuated by makeup. Unlike when they were children, its applied more subtly, and actually looks good, Kyle thinks, despite his ignorance on this subject. Cartman's blue eyeshadow emphasizes the amber of his eyes, and Kyle finds that he has to force himself to look away, before he loses himself in them. Fortunately, he can see a spot of yellow in the distance, as the school bus slowly approaches. Soon, Kyle will be able to escape this awkward situation, as well as Cartman's accusing eyes.
Once the bus has pulled up, and its doors are opened, Kyle rushes onto it. Stan and Kenny follow, with Cartman closely behind. As always, when Stan and Wendy are broken up, the former sits with Kyle, so Cartman decidedly sits with the latter.
"'Ey, bitch." He plops down next to Wendy, who's now practically squished between Cartman and the window.
"Hey, asshole." Wendy surveys Cartman's attire, as he unzips his jacket, to reveal that he's not actually in a dress, but a frilly skirt. "Cute outfit. Where'd you get that top?"
"Not at the thrift store, hippie," Cartman says, eyeing her tie-dye t-shirt and ripped jeans. "Did you just crawl out of Tommy Chong's laundry bin?"
"Did you just get a makeover from Mimi Bobeck?"
"Oh, please, my makeup is on point." Just to confirm, he quickly checks his reflection in his hand mirror. "Speaking of makeovers, though, you could really use one."
"Ha," Wendy laughs sarcastically, with a roll of her eyes. "You know I believe in natural beauty."
"Yeah, but you'd have to be naturally beautiful."
Wendy playfully punches Cartman's shoulder. "Wanna shop with Bebe and I, after school?"
"Sure, why not?"
At school, the guys make their way from locker to locker. Cartman's is all the way toward the cafeteria and gymnasium, so they stop at his last. "Finally, I'm sweating balls," he complains, as he removes his baggy jacket. As chubby as Cartman is, he basically has breasts, and his lowcut top reveals cleavage, as he bend over to change into his flats. Kyle swallows dryly, and forces himself, yet again, to look away from Cartman. As he stairs aimlessly down the hall, Kyle can't help but wonder whether Cartman has on briefs or panties under his skirt.
