"One sweet flower"
The green-haired alchemist dropped the yellow flower into the pot in front of her.
Why am I doing this?
Ignoring the thought, she continued on with her experiment.
Grabbing a vile of a translucid gooey liquid, she took the cork off and let a single drop fall into the pot, infecting the water with an odd mist as soon as it touched.
"A drop of Slime"
Just stop it
Grabbing three tiny brown seeds from a small pouch, they made a small splash as she dropped them, slowly watching them fall deeper and deeper into the pot.
"Three Dandelion seeds"
This is wrong
Wanting to get this experiment over with she grabbed the next ingredient without looking at it and dropped it into the pot.
"A Luminescent Spine"
Stop while you can
Checking the recipe one more time, a repulsed feeling filled her as she read out loud the last ingredient.
"A DNA sample from the person of desire"
THIS IS MADNESS! YOUR BETTER THAN THIS!
Her own disapproving voice filled her ears, this was wrong on so many levels but... there was no turning back.
Not now.
Not when she was already on the last ingredient.
Pulling out a single thread of ash-blond hair that she had found near his desk, she gently laid it into the water.
The moment it made contact, the strand had dissolved just like a sugar cube.
But turning the once translucid water into a deep sinister black, somehow there was no reflection no matter how hard you looked, it was like looking into an endless void of darkness, something like the... Abyss .
Harmless sweetie...yeah right.
She was broken out of her trance when a bubble popped, realizing she still had one more thing to do.
She picked up a wooden spoon that was sitting beside her and started to stir.
