Snow in Hawaii
Steve and Robyn had just found out that there was a high chance that they were going to have snow in Hawaii which was old for them. Hawaii never had any snow but with the Global warming everything was changing and it was not a good thing.
"I saw that we are going to get some snow." Steve said to his wife when they were in bed.
"Yeah and it's not a good thing. We don't know how much snow we are going to have if any." Robyn said to her husband.
"I really hope that we get snow. I am sure that Danny is going to feel right at home with it." Steve responded to her.
"I thought that he said that he hated the snow." Robyn responded to him with a smile.
"I am pretty sure that he did not mean that. I know that he lived there for a while." Steve responded to her. "It might be a good idea to head to the store and pick up some items incase the weather is bad."
"Yeah that might be a good idea or I might just order it since we have five kids in which that I don't want to take them to the store." Robyn responded to her husband before giving him a kiss. "Also since I know that you might be called into work."
"Or I should go real quick before I get called into work." Steve said to her.
"Maybe take John and Michael with you. They are always wanting to spend time with you before get sent into work." Robyn said to him.
"Okay." Steve responded to her before going to get the boys. Robyn watched as her husband walked out of the room and smiled. She was hoping that the baby would be another little boy since she knew that is what her husband wanted. She also knew that he would be happy with another little girl too. She heard the door closed and the truck started a few minutes later.
Steve and the boys were gone for a few hours. Robyn was enjoying some time with their daughters before getting ready for the storm. Danny arrived at the house.
"I am not liking that they said that we are going to get snow. I thought that it was going to past us." Danny revealed to her.
"Do you ever stop complaining about the weather? At first you say that it's too hot and now you are complaining about the snow that we probarbly not going to have." Robyn responded to her friend.
"I know." Danny revealed to his friend. "I am just not a fan of the snow."
"So we can see that." Robyn responded to him.
"I hope that we don't get it." Danny responded to his friend when they heard that Steve's truck arrived. The boys came running into the house followed by Steve.
"Hey boys, You need to remember that we are not running in the house." Steve informed the boys with a smile.
"Sorry dad." John said to his father with a smile. He walked over to his uncle and gave him a hug. "Is Charlie here?"
"No buddy, he is with his mom." Danny said to him. Danny and Steve both loved the relationship that John had with Charlie. Charlie was a little bit older than John but not by much.
Steve went to the kitchen and was followed by Danny. He knew that his friend was not happy about the current forcast.
"I hate snow." Danny said to his friend.
"Why?" Steve asked his friend with a smile.
"Because I hate driving in. Why are you smiling?" Danny asked his friend.
"Because it's funny on how you are acting right now." Steve responded to his friend.
"How am I acting?" Danny asked his friend.
"Like a child. It's really cute but annoying." Steve responded to his friend.
"It's not my favorite thing to drive in. People get stuck when they know that they should just stay home but don't. My thoughts that if you don't know how to drive in it then you should just stay home." Danny responded to him.
"Or is it because you have a small car. You should really get a truck." Steve responded to his friend.
"But not even trucks can drive in." Danny argued with him.
"Are you sure about that?" Steve responded to his friend.
"Yeah I am pretty sure about that." Danny responded to his friend before walking out of the kitchen. He was waiting for the snow to hit and everyone going crazy. Hawaii is not built for snow.
The next morning, Steve was woken up by the kids running into the bedroom.
"What's going on?" Steve asked his sons.
"It snowed last night." John said to his father. "Can we go build snowman's?"
"Yeah buddy but after breakfast." Steve responded to his sons with a smile. Both Steve and Robyn got out of bed since they knew that the kids were excited about the snow.
"I am really surprised that it had snowed last night and it's still coming down." Robyn said to her husband with a smile.
"So am I but it's very pretty. We both know that Danny is not happy. He hates the snow." Steve responded to his wife.
"I don't understand why he hates it when he lived in a state that was used to the snow." Robyn said to her husband before hearing his phone go off. "Let me guess, Danny is calling you."
"Yeah, I will be right back." Steve said to her with a smile. Steve was gone for a few minutes before coming back. "Well, Danny is stuck with the kids and I need to go save them."
"Okay, please be careful." She responded to him.
"I will. Do you want me to take the kids?" Steve asked her.
"Not this time. I know that Danny is not going to be happy that he had to call you because he got stuck." She responded to her husband.
"Okay, I will be back with them in a little bit." Steve said before leaving the house. John was the first one to notice that his father left.
"Where did dad go?" John asked his mother.
"He went to go help uncle Danny and bring them back here." She said to her son.
About an hour later, Steve, Danny and the kids arrived back to the house. The kids went outside and played in the snow. It was a nice to watch them play together.
