Unknown Location , Several miles away from Azur lane HQ

She didn't knew how she end up here.

The last thing she remembered heading towards Western Command HQ , Vizag for her retirement .

Before a unusual storm hit her .

And since when Carriers like her started to look like humans , she wondered , staring at her reflection in the ocean she was standing mysteriously.

She tried to contact her home.

" Western Command . This is INS Viraat ….. do you read "

" Goddarn it…. Western Command, do you read" "...static…..static…."

She sighed in defeat. Guess something is preventing her from contacting her. Guess that storm did number on her.

Her radio buzzed.She tried to listen to transmission.

" Attention all Kansens , this is Commander David McCoy of Azur lane HQ , we are under attack by Sakura Empire. I repeat , we are under attack . Requesting immediate assistance.."

Azur lane , Sakura Empire , who the hell are they.

However, that's not the time to discuss. They are asking for help and her time in the navy taught her never to abandon her comrades .

" This is Aircraft Carrier INS Viraat , What is your status over "

" Several Siren production warships have storm HQ along with some Sakura Empire Kansens. We been swarmed by those Siren pesky bastards. Our Kansens are holding but won't for long…"

" Roger that...HQ. Heading to your position ASAP "

Giving a full thrust to her props and preparing her Sea Harriers , she headed towards HQ , ready to show how she brought pain on her enemies during her days.

Azur lane Harbour , inmidst of attack by Sakura empire.

Several Shipgirls were engaged in fierce battle against several siren production ships . Though advanced than the Azur lane in terms of technology , they were outclassed by Azur lane Shipgirls and their prowess in battle. They were holding them but between numerous enemies and few allies , it won't be long till the fight is kicked back at them.From a safe distance watched two elite carriers of Sakura empire , Akagi and Kaga.

" Looks like our plan is bearing fruits, neesan " Said Kaga as she monitored Siren production ships " I never anticipated they were this strong "

" Siren technology will lead us to glory " Akagi spoke as she carress her sister Kaga " Just like today "

" H...hai nee sama " Kaga said hesitantly as they both decided to join the battle.

" They just keep on coming " Cleveland murmured as she dodged another siren fighter before taking it out with her AA fire . However , she stood still when she saw something behind her. So does other Shipgirls.

Akagi and Kaga in full glory , in their ship forms. Fighters ready for combat.

" Akagi of First Carrier division" Said Akagi

" Kaga of first carrier division" Said Kaga

" Behold and trembled " both of them launched their fighters in air .

Multiple Shipgirls started screening the fighters down , along with already existant Siren fleet who were causing trouble. At this rate with no support , they won't last long.

However their fighters were interceted by Superman Seafires , courtesy of Royal navy carrier Unicorn , with her unicorn chan near her.

" Don't bully my friends " She announced as she entered the battle riding on her unicorn , supporting her fellow Shipgirls.

" That girl is an Aircraft carrier " Kaga said staring at Unicorn " However how formidable she is , a prey is still a prey "

Out of nowhere , Kaga's Ship form turned into a massive fox with nine tails and menancing look. It looked at Unicorn , hungry to taste it's prey.

" Ehhh…." Cleveland looked surprised

" I shall devour you " Kaga announced as her fox launched wave after wave of her fighters ,directed at unicorn herself.

Few miles away from Azur lane HQ

She managed to reach a few miles closer to her destination . Her Harriers spot what see could think as impossible. Bunch of human girls with ship rigging were fighting against alien army. She might not have believed it earlier , however considering she turned into one , she didn't have a choice but to swallow the truth.

' Maybe Azur lane might have some answers for her ' She thought before cross-checking her equipment for final go. She was ready to fight.

Back at Azur lane Harbour

Unicorn was knocked out of the sky by Kaga's Fox form.Nowhere to hide and nowhere to run , Unicorn closed her eyes ready to witness her end . Before Kaga could do something , she spotted something bright in the sky . Some kind of projectile..no... whatever it was , it was heading fast towards her. Before she could identify what the hell it was , that …. projectile...hitted the Fox at the neck portion , throwing it away a couple of feet away from Unicorn.Her Fox grunted at pain from that … projectile . Several unidentified planes flew over them , engaging the siren planes.

" What was that…" Cleveland said surprisingly.

" Akagi...neesama…" Kaga asked her sister , still shocked by that thing.

However , all of them , both friends and foes stared at the horizon . A somewhat familiar ship was headed towards them . Above that ship , stood a women . She look someone familiar from Royal navy with unknown flag on her hand .

" I don't know who you are but I won't let you thwart my plans " Kaga's Fox leaped upon her foe . That ship dissolved into millions of wisdom cubes before merging with that girl as she leap in battle , riding Sea Harrier with talwar in hand , with untold amount of squadron launched.Her Squadron of Sea Harriers obliterated the inferior zero fighters along with Siren fighters before turning towards siren ships bombarding them.They never stood a chance.

" Hermes…" Illustrious was shocked. She was supposed to be back at Royal navy along with her sister.

She leaped upon Kaga clashing her talwar against her body , throwing Kaga a good distance away.Before she could do anything , her Sea Harriers bombarded Kaga , turning her into injured mess.

" Kaga it's time to leave "

" But neesan "

" Now." Akagi tried to reason with Kaga " I can't see you getting hurt "

She then turned towards them.

" Let this be clear. Sakura empire is at war with Azur lane " before both of them disappearing into mist.Probably Siren Technology.

Azur lane HQ was saved , all thanks to...Hermes..or Viraat , as she seem to call herself.
